Abstract

Sub-clinical mastitis causes decrease in milk production and milk quality. It is not only happen tomilking dairies, but also happens to dairy buffalos and goats. The objective of this study is to know thedifferences between IPB-1 mastitis test (IMT) and Breed method to diagnose sub-clinical mastitis ondairy buffaloes and goats. Fourty two samples of buffalo’s milk and 20 samples of goat’s milk were used tosomatic cell count (SCC) with direct and indirect method. Direct method was performed by counting themilk’s SCC with Breed method, and indirect method was performed by observing the reaction betweenIMT reagent and milk. The results showed that 28 from 42 samples (66.67%) of buffalo’s milk and 13 from20 samples (65%) of goat’s milk tested with Breed method came from the herds which suffered from subclinicalmastitis and 27 from 42 samples (64.28%) and 10 from 20 samples (50%) of goat’s milk testedwith IMT showed positive reaction. This research also showed that IMT has sensitivity of 96% and specivicityof 100% for buffalo’s milk and sensitivity of 71% and specivicity of 100% for goat’s milk. IMT can be usedto obtain fast result for sub-clinical mastitis diagnosis and it is faster and easier for buffalo’s and goat’smilk.

Abstract

Air Conditioning hibrida adalah perangkat mesin konversi energi yang memiliki fungsi ganda dimana efek pendinginan dan pemanasan dapat dimanfaatkan secara bersamaan. Kalor yang terbuang melalui kondensor cukup besar sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memanaskan air sekaligus dapat menaikkan kinerja sistem AC dan meningkatkan efisiensi energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi laju aliran air panas yang bersirkulasi pada tangki berkapasitas 50 L terhadap kinerja Air Conditioning hibrida menggunakan kondensor dummy tipe helical coil diameter 1/4˝ dan panjang 6,7 m yang berfungsi sebagai alat penukar kalor untuk memanaskan air. Pengujian menggunakan beban pendingin 2000 Watt pada ruangan simulasi dan variasi laju aliran air dengan mengatur pembukaan katup 0, (tanpa sirkulasi), 1/3 (Q = 0,031 L/s), 2/3 (Q = 0,59 L/s), dan 3/3 (Q = 0,086 L/s) sebagai simulasi ruangan yang akan didinginkan dan pemakaian air pada tempat tinggal. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh seiring meningkatnya laju aliran air yang bersirkulasi terhadap menurunnya temperatur air panas dan meningkatnya temperatur ruangan yang dihasilkan, dimana temperatur air panas tertinggi yaitu 59,53 °C pada kondisi bukaan katup 0 (tanpa sirkulasi) dan temperatur ruangan tertinggi yaitu 33,73 °C pada kondisi bukaan katup 3/3 (0,086 L/s) juga terjadi pengaruh terhadap menurunnya daya kompresor berkisar antara 0,72–0,80 kW, kapasitas pendinginan berkisar antara 3,26–3,68 kW, dan kapasitas pemanasan berkisar antara 0,44–0,52 kW. Sedangkan tidak terjadi pengaruh yang berarti terhadap nilai Coefficient Of Performance (COP) dimana COPc (kinerja pendingin) berkisar antara 4,53–4,60 dan COPC+WH (kinerja pendingin dan pemanas) berkisar antara 5,14–5,28.

Abstract

The competition in the beverage business is getting tighter along with the increasing activity of the population. One of the successful beverage products on the market is EsTeh Solo Jumbo. This iced tea is usually sold at an affordable price, which is around Rp3,000 to Rp4,000 per glass. In addition to its affordable price, Es Teh Solo also has a fairly large packaging size, so it is expected to be able to attract consumer interest. This study examines the effect of price and packaging size on consumer interest in Es Teh Solo beverage products. The research population consists of 40 people, all genders, who have purchased Es Teh Solo products. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 Muslim students in Banten. Based on the research, consumer interest in Es Teh Solo has a positive and significant impact on price and packaging size.

Abstract

The development of technology is experiencing very rapid growth. One of them spreads to advertising activities where the advertising activities carried out become more effective and directed. However, these activities are also used by certain parties so that they become negative, such as online gambling advertising. Online gambling is also currently increasingly prevalent, one of which is caused by promoters who promote or advertise online gambling. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out about law enforcement against online gambling promoters and the efforts of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) or which has now changed its nomenclature to the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) in eradicating advertising content from online gambling. The methods used are historical approaches and legislative approaches. As a result of this writing, online gambling promoters are charged with article 27 paragraph 2 of Law Number 1 of 2024 and article 45 paragraph 3 of Law Number 1 of 2024 and the efforts of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) or which has now changed its nomenclature to the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) in eradicating advertising content from online gambling have made their best efforts.
