Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out about Incentives Device Capabilities In building have Nagari Nagari Nagari East Punggasan Linggo Sari subdistrict Baganti South Coastal District . Incentives Capability Development Tools In Nagari Nagari , motivational devices villages in village development and village participation in the development of the village .This research is qualitative . Informants in this study is the village . Key informants consisted of the village cadres . The technique of determining the informant by researchers is purposife sampling .The results of research in the field as follows : a) the ability Incentives Nagari village in development . The lack of the ability of villages in development and lack of funds to carry out development . b ) Work motivation in the development of the village . Lack of motivation in the development of the village is to make the village more advanced there should be a motivation of its people as well . c ) Participation in the development of devices work Nagari Nagari . Participation will be undertaken in the development of the villages villages is low according to key informants , and they alone are not enough participation also requires the participation of communities , community participation here is very less so because the village can not raise the participation of the community .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa Kelas III SDN 004 Sungai Besar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Telah dilaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas III SDN 004 Sungai Besar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dengan tujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Pembelajaran selama ini berlangsung secara konvensional, hal ini mengakibatkan hasil pembelajaran belum maksimal sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan selama dua siklus dengan setiap siklus dua kali pertemuan. Setiap kali pertemuan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Sebagai alat pengumpul data adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar kerja siswa dengan langkah-langkah perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, evaluasi dan refleksi untuk setiap siklus. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua dengan ditandai adanya peningkatan hasil evaluasi belajar siswa setiap siklus. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 75,39 menjadi 83,27. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari siklus I dan siklus II yaitu sebesar 8 poin. Selain itu peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal juga terjadi sebesar 33,33%. Oleh karena itu penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas III SDN 004 Sungai Besar.
