The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and financial compensation on job satisfaction employees of Restaurant Warung Taulan Badung. This research is quantitative associative. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The method of determining the sample in this study is the sample saturated, so the sample in this study is the same with the number of population is 31 people. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tranformational leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction Restaurant Warung Taulan Badung.

Diabetes is not a new disease. Egyptians in 1552 BC have recognized it. The symptom occurs in high frequency of urinating, rapid loss of body weight, and pain. They named it Poliuria. In 400 BC, an Indian writer, Sushrutha, named it a honey urine disease. It was in 200 BC that this disease is called Diabetes Mellitus for the first time. Diabetes is a bully for many sufferers. Unfortunately, most of them do not realize it. Even the limit of blood sugar in more than 80% of the sufferers is not well-controlled. Based on the result of a test and measurement carried out to 63 Unisma workers, it can be concluded as this: the condition of blood sugar limit in their bodies is commonly well; it means that they are not diabetic. Instead, most of them have the amount of blood sugar below normal level. And it is as dangerous as having diabetes itself.

The aims of this stiiiiy is to find out the effect of extracurricular outbound activity and basket hall to the level of self confidence for the student In SLTP Negeri 2 Bekasi. The aims of this study also to the find out the effect of achievement motivation both outbound and basket ball activity, and also aimed to find out the differences between achievement motivation both high and low achievement motivation. The analysis was applied experimental method and factorial analysis 2 X 2 by simple random sampling with 52 students as sample. The instrument for this is self confidence test and an achievement motivation test with tested questionnaire. And there is effect between extracurriadar outbound and extracurricidar basket ball activity.
