Abstract

During its implementation, the Sahid Hotel Surabaya website has never been evaluated. The solution to this problem is to analyze the variables that affect the acceptance of the website by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. This model has 4 independent variables, 4 moderating variables and 2 dependent variables. To determine the effect between variables using Structural Equation Model, Partial Least Square. The sampling technique used Ferdinand's theory with 75 respondents.Based on the results of the analysis on the model (UTAUT), it can be known that the influential variables with the T-Statistic provisions ≥ 1.96 or Pvalue ≤ 0.05 are Behavioral Intention to Use Behavior of 40.1% and Social Influence to Behavioral Intention of 33%. Based on the mean value of the influential variables, it is in the interval class (2.50-3.24) which means the respondent agrees to the statement and recommendations produced, that is, the receptionist of Hotel Sahid Surabaya offers to use the website for reservations, because if someone feels satisfied using the website it will affect the user another to use it. As for the second recommendation all information must be included on the website. Keyword: SEM, SmartPLS, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT),Website Hotel Sahid Surabaya

Abstract

The Royale Krakatau Hotel Cilegon is a 4 star hotel located on Jl. KH. Yasin Beji No.4 Cilegon, Banten. The Royale Krakatau Cilegon Hotel has a website that can be accessed with the link www.royalekrakatau.com. There are several obstacles from the website, namely the design of the user interface that is less attractive, complicated website flow, the main menu is difficult to find, the text is not legible clearly, the image size is too large, and the placement of content is not right. From these problems, the evaluation results using the Quality in Use Integrated Measurement (QUIM) method show problems with a high priority level of improvement found in the variables of effectiveness, satisfaction, and universality. Therefore a redesign was carried out using the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method. The steps in the GDD method are Research, Modeling, Requirement Definition, Framework Definition, and Refinement. Redesign has been compiled and tested. The final evaluation results on the website redesign carried out on respondents using the QUIM method, the average value obtained is 3.7 from the Likert scale with a rating scale instrument having a rating of 1 to 4, value 3 means good enough and there are no significant problems.

Along with the development of time, the Library UNITOMO create website Open Public Access Catalog (OPAC) which release in 2015 to facilitate students. According to the website www.alexa.com, OPAC website ranked 12.902 in Indonesia. Based on data from library visits from January to October obtained the result that most library visitors come from Strata 1 (S1) students. In addition, from 20 samples taken from UNITOMO S1 students, 60% of students stated complaints from this OPAC website is that the website is often down when accessed and 40% said the look of the OPAC website is less interesting. Based on existing problems, this study uses the DeLone and McLean models because this model evaluates the success rate of a website in terms of system quality, information quality, and service quality. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the number of 111 samples aimed at UNITOMO students. The result of the research is recommendation that the website developer of OPAC must review the available feature and fix it, if they found some mistakes such as broken links so the website can be used easily and quickly and always update the contents of the website information in the latest or in accordance with the time and do not contain information old that can make users confused.

Abstract

Development is a process of change that is carried out consistently with the aim of improvement in all aspects of life with the prevailing values in society to achieve predetermined life goals. The quality of life of the community is measured by the Human Development Index (HDI) at the provincial level through three indicators, including: economic level, health, and education. K-medoids is a method used to group objects that contain outliers. In determining the optimal number of clusters using the Silhouette Coefficient method which has the advantage of determining the best number of clusters that can measure how close the relationship between objects and measure how far a cluster is separated from other clusters. The technique called the Elbow method is employed to ascertain the optimal quantity of clusters, which is done by examining the percentage outcomes derived from comparing the quantity of clusters that form an elbow at a certain point. Then cluster evaluation is carried out using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) as a comparison for cluster validation. The results of this study using the Silhouette Coefficient method produced the best cluster, namely 3 clusters with a Silhoutte Coefficient value of 0,3129 and a DBI value of 1,3184. Meanwhile, using the Elbow method produced the best cluster, namely 4 clusters with an SSE value of 54,5548 with a DBI value of 1,1754. So that the best cluster is 4 clusters with the Elbow method with the smallest DBI value.

Abstract

The government's efforts to encourage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to "go online" get great support from the business people of e-commerce.This is because the economic power, especially in Indonesia with 60% lies in MSMEs. In the current mobile internet era, the number of smartphone users who have done online is the main source in the development of MSMEs. One of the strategies adopted by many businesses in Indonesia is the Online to Offline or Offline to Online (O2O) strategy. The O2O business model not only changes consumer mentality and service models but also bring a new challenge to the traditional e-commerce. It can be said that e-commerce is currently looking for new ways to combine online and offline economics, which is an inevitable trend in e-commerce development. Therefore, the O2O business model is the right business model for MSMEs because it has great development prospects. This paper will discuss the introduction of the O2O model and its development strategy to MSMEs, as well as to promote the development of O2O-based e-commerce applications at MSMEs.

Abstract

This study examines the existence of breast cancer from the perspective of statistics as one alternative solution. From a statistical point of view, breast cancer management can be done with early detection and appropriate and fast treatment measures through diagnosis classification. In conducting early detection, an accurate diagnosis model is needed and can be developed by developing and testing statistical methods, one of which is the classification method. The classification methods used in this study are Support Vector Machine (SVM) and LightGBM. Both methods have a high level of classification accuracy because the algorithm used is robust and sensitive in determining each object in the classification member. Therefore, these two methods classify breast cancer into malignant and benign categories. The results of this study show that the best method to classify breast cancer is the SVM method, with an accuracy rate of 97.9%.
