Abstract

Arabica coffee production in District Sumberwringin 2011 reached 6.08 tonnes with a productivity of 0.17 tonnes / ha. Total production and productivity is the largest number compared with other sub-districts in the regency, This study aims to: (1) find out the factors influencing the income of coffee farmers, (2) Proving the market structure formed at the level of smallholder coffee farmers is oligopsoni. Locations were selected in District Sumberwringin because it is a major production center or people's coffee-producing regency. The sampling technique using snowball sampling. The total number of samples are 30 people arabica coffee grower and 30 people robusta coffee grower. The analysis are linear regression and the concentration ratio (CR).The result in arabica coffee: the cost of drugs and labor costs have a significant effect on income, while the area of ​​land and the cost of fertilizer have no significant effect on income. The result in robusta coffee: land area and labor cost have real effect to income, while fertilizer cost and drug cost have no significant effect to income. By calculating the value of CR found more than 80 percent that the structure of the coffee market in the District Sumberwringin monopsony or oligopsony heavy concentration.

Abstract

In the district of Bondowoso, farmers are marketing of tobacco leaf production in rough chopped to obtain the added value of tobacco leaves, so that farmers' income is expected to be increased. This study aims to determine whether the chopped tobacco samporis have added value, determine whether production of chopped tobacco samporis profitable, knowing production, revenue and price of chopped tobacco samporis has exceeded the value of BEP Production, BEP revenue, and BEP prices. This research was using a survey method. The sampling is done by total sampling. Technic data analysis used added value analysis, analysis of R/C, production BEP, BEP revenue, and BEP price. Chopped tobacco samporis have added value. The ratio of added value for The lower leaves, The middle leaves and Top leaves: = 83.33%, 80.50%, 82%. and the profit rate = 82.3%, 80%, 82.2%. The farming of chopped tobacco ​​samporis is profitable and feasible to be developed. R/C ratio = 2.903757405, average of production = 2358.33 kg higher than BEP production = 52.08 Kg, average of revenue = Rp. 68117333.33 higher than the BEP revenue = Rp. 1450501.59, - and the average of price = Rp. 27 833/kg higher than the price BEP = Rp.9947/ Kg.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bondowoso merupakan salah satu wilayah di Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi sebagai penghasil tembakau rajangan. Dalam usahataninya petani pada umumnya melakukan pembibitan sendiri dengan menggunakan tanaman induk yang berasal dari tanaman tembakau pada musim tanam sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh biaya sarana produksi pembibitan tembakau rajangan terhadap pendapatan petani. (2) kelayakan usahatani pembibitan tembakau rajangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, korelasional dan analitik. Metode pengambilan contoh menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Harga benih, pupuk, obat-obatan, dan upah tenaga kerja, berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani.(2) Usaha pembibitan tembakau rajangan layak diusahakan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan biaya produksi antara usahatani tembakau rajangan lahan sawah dan lahan tegal, dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pendapat antara usahatani tembakau rajangan lahan sawah dan lahan tegal. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 responden/petani tembakau rajangan lahan sawah dan 20 responden/petani tembakau rajangan lahan tegal dengan menggunakan metode analisis proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan biaya antara usahatani tembakau rajangan lahan sawah dan lahan tegal sertatidak terdapat perbedaan pendapatan antara usahatani tembakau rajangan lahan sawah dan lahan tegal.

Abstract

This service partner is a white oyster mushroom cultivator and is classified as an economically productive partner, domiciled in Bedian Hamlet, Jambesari Village, Jambesari Darus Sholah District, Bondowoso Regency. He was domiciled in Bedian, Jambe Sari Village, Jambesari Darus Sholah District, Bondowoso Regency. Service Objectives: (1) partner to be more productive and have high entrepreneurial value (2) student can be improve the experience of studying outside the campus as one of the MBKM implementations. Implementation of activities includes: (1) Planning, (2) Administration preparation and Team coordination, (3) Continuous assistance from pre-production to post-production, (4) Evaluation (5) Controlling. The results of the activities: (1) Overcoming constraints on kumbung conditions, (2) Overcoming obstacles during the baglog filling process, (3) Overcoming obstacles in the baglog sterilization process, (4) Overcoming obstacles in the process white oyster mushroom production, (5) Overcoming obstacles in the post-production process, (6) providing added value to the production of white oyster mushrooms into mushroom chips.
