Abstract

ABSTRAK        Proses pembelajaran di masa pandemik virus Covid-19 mendorong semua pihak menggunakan media online sebagai alternatif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara tatap muka. Para Guru di SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah terbebani dengan besarnya file penyimpanan data karena harus mengirim data satu-persatu ke siswa didiknya melalui Whatsapp sehingga media penyimpanan Smartphone penuh. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) berinisiatif untuk melakukan pelatihan penggunaan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan dan berbagi bahan ajar bagi guru SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah untuk memperkenalkan media penyimpanan berbasis cloud yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu berupa workshop. Tim PkM melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan 1 narasumber sebagai pemateri workshop dan 2 pendamping untuk mendampingi guru dalam pelaksanaan workshop. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan guru dalam memanfaatkan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan dan berbagi bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di masa pandemik virus Covid-19. Kata kunci: google drive; media penyimpanan; cloud ; workshop. ABSTRACTThe learning process during the Covid-19 virus pandemic encouraged all parties to use online media as an alternative in carrying out face-to-face learning activities. Teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah are burdened by the size of the data storage files because they have to send data one by one to their students via Whatsapp so that the Smartphone storage media is full. With these problems, the community service team (PkM) took the initiative to conduct training on using Google Drive as a storage medium and sharing teaching materials for teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah to introduce cloud-based storage media that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The method used in this training is a workshop. The PkM team conducted direct training with 1 resource person as a workshop speaker and 2 assistants to assist teachers in the implementation of the workshop. This training can increase teacher knowledge in utilizing Google Drive as a storage medium and sharing teaching materials that can be used in the learning process during the Covid-19 virus pandemic. Keywords: google drive; storage media; cloud; workshop.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi covid-19 yang tidak kunjung berakhir dan terus  di perpanjangnya kebijakan PPKM membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar masih belum bisa dilaksanakan secara tatap muka meski telah memasuki tahun ajaran baru. Untuk itu adanya kegiatan Amikom Mitra Masyarakat, tim kami melakukan pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran daring kepada masyarakat luas khususnya orangtua dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran orangtua akan pentingnya peran orangtua dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas proses belajar daring. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan Participatory Action Research (PAR), dimana tim melakukan observasi guna mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan peluang mitra dampingan pada awal tahun 2021 yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara daring diawal tahun ajaran baru dan terakhir melakukan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti 59 peserta selama berlangsungya kegiatan sangat antusias sampai selesai pelatihan ini. Sebanyak 74,58% peserta dapat memahami penggunaan media pembelajaran daring dari hasil pelatihan tersebut. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran; daring; pandemi; peran orang tua. ABSTRACTThe ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the continued extension of the PPKM policy have made teaching and learning activities unable to be carried out face-to-face even though it has entered the new school year. For this reason, with the Amikom Mitra Masyarakat activity, our team conducts training on the use of online learning media to the wider community, especially parents, with the aim of increasing parental awareness of the importance of parents' role in optimizing the quality of the online learning process. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the team conducts observations to identify problems and opportunities of assisted partners in early 2021, which is then followed by the implementation of activities carried out online at the beginning of the new school year and finally evaluates the results of activities. The training activity was attended by 59 participants during the activity very enthusiastically until the completion of this training. A total of 74.58% of participants were able to understand the use of online learning media from the results of the training. Keywords: learning media;online; pandemic; the role of parents.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMI Muhammadiyah Wangon merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mempunyai tenaga pendidik atau guru dengan rentang usia yang variatif, dalam menyajikan bahan ajar para guru mempunyai cara yang variatif juga. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini para guru dalam menyajikan bahan ajar masih merasa kesulitan untuk membuat video pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan interaktif. Tim pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) memberikan pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan PowerPoint. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu berupa workshop. Tim PkM melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan 1 narasumber sebagai pemateri workshop dan 2 pendamping untuk mendampingi peserta dalam pelaksanaan workshop. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat video pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan interaktif. Kata kunci: pelatihan; video; interaktif; powerpoint; workshop. ABSTRACTMI Muhammadiyah Wangon is one of the schools that has mentors or teachers with various age ranges, and has various way of presenting teaching materials as well. During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers in presenting teaching materials still found it difficult to make communicative and interactive learning videos. The community service team (PkM) provides training on making learning videos using PowerPoint. The method used in this training is a workshop. The PkM team conducts direct training with 1 person as a speaker and 2 assistants to assist participants in the implementation of the workshop. Abstract

Data from Bank Indonesia shows that the rupiah exchange rate against dollar weakened at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. This exchange rate volatility is an important problem in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the prediction model for the exchange rate against the dollar is needed during the Covid-19 pandemic to predict the exchange rate during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study is proposed to compare the prediction of the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar using the GA-based Neural Network algorithm and the PSO-based Neural Network algorithm. Initially the data was collected in the period 2019 to 2021, then the data is preprocessed. Validation used the k-fold validation technique with a ratio of 70:30, while the evaluation is carried out with the output of RMSE. The results showed that the performance of PSO and GA was the same, namely 0.020 +/- 0.006.
