Abstract

Permasalahan pelayanan masyarakat yang sering terjadi di beberapa kantor Dinas di Sumatera Barat salah satunya di Kantor Dinas Tata Ruang Tata Bangunan Perumahan (DTRTBP) adalah kurangnya informasi tentang prosedur dan syarat-syarat pengurusan perizinan mendirikan bangunan (IMB) di Kota Padang. Untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pengurusan dan memberikan informasi perizinan mendirikan bangunan di Kota Padang.. Penelitian ini juga merupakan solusi bisnis untuk DTRTBP Kota Padang karena dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan pengurusan perizinan mendirikan bangunan di Kota Padang. The problems of public service that often occur in several offices in West Sumatera one of them in the Office of Spatial Planning of Housing Housing Management (DTRTBP) is the lack of information about the procedures and requirements of the building permit (IMB) in Padang City. To solve this problem using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help the community in handling and providing building permitting information in Padang City. This research is also a business solution for DTRTBP Padang City because it can assist decision making in building permit in Padang City.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan kebutuhan primer sebagai tempat tinggal dengan harga dan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Untuk meringankan Calon pembeli rumah, maka dibutuhkan pihak perantara (Developer) yang akan memberikan kredit pemilikan rumah. calon pembeli akan melakukan pembayaran dalam jangka waktu tertentu pada Pihak Bank sesuai perjanjian Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR). Perancangan Aplikasi yang dibuat pada Tugas Akhir ini untuk membantu menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit rumah, tidak melalui pihak bank tapi langsung dikelola oleh pihak developer itu sendiri. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemograman dan MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan datanya. Proses yang digunakan dalam menentukan pemberian kredit rumah dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang dibuat ini pihak developer tidak lagi menyerahkan sepenuhnya seleksi pemberian kredit kepada pihak bank, dan dengan adanya aplikasi ini lebih memudahkan pihak developer dalam menentukan pemberian kredit rumah, dapat meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan, salah membaca data karena telah menggunakan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Home is the primary place of residence as a requirement with the prices and costs little. To relieve a prospective home buyer, then needed an intermediary parties (Developers) that would give mortgages. the prospective buyer will make payment within a certain period the Bank agreement The design of the application made on this final project to help determine the feasibility of granting home loans, not through the bank but managed directly by the developer itself. This made the web-based applications using the PHP programming language and MySQL as storage of the data. The process used in determining the grant home loan by using the application that created this party developer no longer submit the selection entirely to the lending bank, and by the existence of this application easier party developer in determining the granting of home loans, can minimize the miscalculations, misread the data because it has been using a computerized system.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 9 Padang merupakan SMA Negeri yang berada di Kota Padang. Dalam menyeleksi pemberian beasiswa miskin, pihak sekolah dalam proses pengumpulan data masih menggunakan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dan tidak adanya kriteria yang jelas untuk siswa yang dapat memperoleh beasiswa tersebut. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah khususnya menyeleksi siswa dalam pemberian beasiswa miskin dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) sebagai tool untuk menyeleksi siswa dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu nilai rata-rata, penghasilan orang tua, jumlah saudara dan tanggungan orang tua. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic 6.0 dengan basis data MySQL serta Crystal Report. Dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini memudahkan pihak SMA Negeri 9 Padang dalam menyeleksi penerimaan beasiswa miskin dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) sehingga akan didapatkan hasil nilai siswa yang tertinggi yang akan layak mendapatkan beasiswa. SMA N 9 Padang is high school located in the Padang. In selection the scholarship poor, the school in the process of data collection still use manual so frequent errors and the absence of clear criteria for students who can obtain the scholarship. This application can help the students in the school, especially the selection of scholarships poor with predetermined criteria using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as tool for selecting students with some of the criteria that the average value, the income of parents, number of relatives and dependents of parents. Decision support system is built using Visual Basic 6.0 Programming language with MySQL database and Crystal Report. With this decision support system facilitates the SMA N 9 Padang in selecting recipients of poor by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) so that we will get the results of the highest grades of students who would deserve a scholarship.

Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia akan rumah yang layak semakin hari semakin meningkat, namun tidak semua orang bisa membelinya secara tunai. Bank Central Asia (BCA) menawarkan beberapa jenis kredit yang bisa dipilih oleh nasabahnya. Dalam pemberian kredit BCA mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek diantaranya kewarganegaraan, status pegawai, lama bekerja, usia, KTP, dan KK. Dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk kelayakan aneka kredit di BCA dapat membantu nasabah dalam memilih kredit yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Human need for decent housing is increasingly rising, but not everyone can buy it in cash. Bank Central Asia (BCA) offers several types of loans that can be chosen by customers. Bank lending to consider several aspects including citizenship, employment status, years of service, age, ID card, and Family Card. With the Decision Support System for various credit worthiness in the BCA can assist customers in selecting the appropriate credit needs.

Abstract

Administration the office of religious affairs (KUA) west Padang Panjang is responsible for data processing citations marriage certificate (KAN). KUA west Padang Panjang yet provide a good system in data processing KAN. KAN data processing itself is an important, to facilitate the matter, made of a data processing system KAN. This research aims to build a system that can simplify KAN KUA to process data relating to the marriage certificate data, quotes and deed. system is built with PHP programming using MySQL database and Apache web servers. This system will facilitate the west Padang Panjang KUA to produce more rapid and complete data processing KAN.

Abstract

Expansion of information technology through computers in all fields requiring a better handling, the counter emerging issues such as the fiesta Communica-checking balances and the amount and cost of media required for the supply of blank-blank and report of the transaction process. To that end, the author makes a system that is really needed or in accordance with the desires of the counter "Communica Fiesta '. manufacturing applications using Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL, Navicat. and a software interface such as Mobile FBUS ActiveX 1.5. To make this application first author conducted the analysis consists of the old systems analysis, user needs analysis and feasibility analysis of the system. Application of pulse sales system makes it easy for owners counter "Communica Fiesta" in terms of checking balances, sales report creation and recording of purchase and sale transactions .

Abstract

Telkom merupakan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan di wilayah Indonesia. Telkom mengklaim sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia, dengan jumlah pelanggan tetap sebanyak 15 juta dan pelanggan telepon seluler sebanyak 104 juta. Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perencanaan Karir pada PT. Telkom Padang berbasis web ini adalah sistem pengambilan keputusan yang dirancang untuk bisa membantu kinerja petugas telkom dalam hal input data karyawan dan penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk memenuhi jabatan baru. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman Pre Hypertext Processor (PHP), sedangkan pada databasenya menggunakan MYSQL. Telkom is the state-owned enterprises engaged in telecommunications services and networks in the region of Indonesia. Telkom claims to be the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, with the number of fixed subscribers and 15 million mobile phone subscribers, 104 million. Decision Support System Design Career Planning at PT. Telkom Padang is the web-based decision-making system that is designed to help telecoms worker performance in terms of data input and the performance appraisal of employees to meet the new positions. The system is built using a programming language Pre Hypertext Processor (PHP), while in the database using MYSQL.

Abstract

Banyaknya penyedia rumah makan yang terdapat dikota padang, menjadikan konsumen atau wisatawan yang datang mengunjungi kota Padang sedikit kesulitan dalam memilih rumah makan yang diinginkan. Bahkan hal ini bisa menjadi sesuatu yang sulit dan membutuhkan banyak waktu karena konsumen dihadapkan dengan banyaknya pilihan rumah makan yang terdapat di kota Padang. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu konsumen atau wisatawan dalam memilih tempat kuliner khusus masakan Padang. Dalam menentukan pemilihan tempat kuliner di kota Padang digunakan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial MPE) sebagai tool untuk menentukan tempat kuliner dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu : fisik, pengelolaan, pelayanan serta penggunaan produk lokal. Metode ini akan memberikan rekomendasi rumah makan berdasarkan nilai alternatif dari subkriteria yang diinputkan oleh pengunjung. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web responsif dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan. Proses yang digunakan dalam menentukan tempat kuliner di kota Padang dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang dibuat ini dapat membantu pengunjung atau wisatawan dalam memilih tempat kuliner yang ada di kota Padang, dimana pada aplikasi ini setelah pengunjung menginputkan nilai kriteria tempat kuliner yang diinginkan maka akan langsung muncul rekomendasi rumah makan yang sesuai dengan nilai yang telah di-inputkan sebelumnya. The number of providers of restaurant in the city of Padang, making consumers or tourists difficults in choosing the restaurant. Even this can be difficult and requires a lot of time because consumers force with many choices of restaurants, located in the city of Padang. Therefore, we need a Decision Support System to help consumers or tourists in choosing a special culinary cuisine of Padang. In determining the selection of culinary venues in we use Exponential Comparative Method (MPE) as a tool to determine in whid culinary several are classified: physical, management, services and use of local produce. This method provides recommendations based on the value of alternative restaurant of subcriteria entered by the visitor. This application is responsive using a web-based programming languages PHP and MySQL for storage. The process alternative because culinary place use the application that created want can help visitors or tourists in to choose a culinary place in the city of Padang, which in this application as a visitor input value criteria culinary desirable, it will immediately appear on the restaurant in accordance with the value which has been fed before

Abstract

Direction performed in high school performed in class X at SMA Adabiah Padang has done with the calculation of the value of math, science, social studies, IQ tests, and interests of students, the premises still computation performed manually by using media such as the record books data must be very economical and also much time in calculating the results of the placement of students class X. Applications are made at this final direction to help high school students of class X in Adabiah Padang. In determining the placement of students used methods of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as a tool to determine the placement of students with multiple categories of comparison are: math, science value, the value of IPS, IQ tests, student interest and parental support. Web-based application is created using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the data storage. The process used in determining the placement of students using the application that created it easier and faster to update the data from assessments to support placement of students and resource usage can minimal books and papers used in the old system and certainly more economical, because the system uses which has been computerized

Abstract

CV Jejak Publisher is a publishing company who has actively held writing competitions. However, there is a problem that occurs in the assessment process that has been running. The problem is several participants get the same value of the final score which makes it difficult for the jury to determine the order of winners. Therefore, to get a fairer and clearer result, need a calculation method that can support the jury's decision for determining the winners. This study aims to design a decision support system by applying the ROC and EDAS methods. ROC is used to assign a weighted value to each of the criteria set by CV Jejak Publisher, while EDAS is used to assess and rank the data of the participants. This system has output is the rank and final score of the participants from the highest to the lowest score. As a result, the ROC and EDAS methods were successfully applied to the system, as evidenced by 110 input data and all of them were successfully ranked by the system. The highest average score is 88.4 with the highest score based on 5 scoring criteria, namely 422. Thus, this system can be used to assist the jury in making a decision on the winner.
