Abstract

Banyuwangi is the largest oranges-producing city in East Java, and the orange produced is Siamese citrus fruit. Siamese is Banyuwangi local citrus fruit often found at the harvest time and has a sweet taste. To determine the citrus fruit level, people can detect it from the color and texture. In this modern era, people can use an application to determine the citrus fruits' maturity level. From the elements of color and texture, this research will add the citrus fruit's contours, namely the pore size of the citrus fruit and the distance between the curve of the tip of the orange. Taking pictures of citrus fruits will be following the application stages that will be used as the image of inputting the data. The detection is then conducted using the K-NN method based on several criteria based on the input image after the feature extraction process. The feature extraction stages are segmentation, normalization, thresholding, and thinning, which will be produced in several criteria: the maximum RGB value, the minimum RGB value, pore size, and the distance between the tip's curve of the orange. The research results that have been carried out are based on the research stages to get a similarity percentage following the inputted data. The E-Detection application can provide information to citrus farmers, especially beginner citrus farmers, to know the level of fruit maturity oranges to be harvested.

Abstract

In the Banyuwangi regency area there is a wifi service that is specifically for students, government agencies, and urban and rural communities. Hopefully everything can be done quickly and easily by utilizing internet services. To find out the level of utilization of existing services, research is conducted by making an information system. In this study an application system made based on Android using a questionnaire. The application is made based on android in the form of an E-Questionnaire that can help to access and find out the level of utilization of wifi service

Abstract

Akreditasi merupakan instrumen penjaminan mutu eksternal yang menentukan kelayakan program studi, namun penyusunan Laporan Kinerja Program Studi (LKPS) di STIKOM PGRI Banyuwangi masih terkendala data yang tersebar di berbagai unit kerja (silo data) dan proses pemindahan data manual ke template Excel resmi yang kaku. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi akreditasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan data enam kriteria LKPS LAM-INFOKOM 2.0 ke dalam satu platform terpusat, dikembangkan dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui tahap Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop, dan Implementation, didukung Next.js, Express.js, MySQL, serta pustaka ExcelJS dengan algoritma Coordinate-Based Data Mapping untuk otomasi ekspor laporan. Hasil Black Box Testing pada seluruh modul menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan valid dan berkas Excel yang dihasilkan memiliki presisi format 100% identik dengan template resmi LAM-INFOKOM, sehingga sistem ini efektif menurunkan beban administratif dan mempercepat kesiapan institusi menghadapi siklus akreditasi.Accreditation is a critical external quality assurance instrument for study programs, yet the preparation of the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) at STIKOM PGRI Banyuwangi still faces obstacles from data silos across work units and rigid manual transfer of data into official Excel templates. This study designs and builds a web-based accreditation information system that integrates the six LKPS criteria of LAM-INFOKOM 2.0 into a single centralized platform, developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation phases, supported by Next.js, Express.js, MySQL, and the ExcelJS library with a Coordinate-Based Data Mapping algorithm for automated report export. Black Box Testing on all modules shows that every function runs validly and the exported Excel file is 100% identical in format to the official LAM-INFOKOM template, indicating that the system effectively reduces administrative burden and accelerates institutional readiness for the accreditation cycle.
