Abstract

Computer students need a dictionary of computer terms to deepen lectures. In developing dictionary applications, the term computer will choose the fastest and most efficient memory algorithm. The comparison algorithm is Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) and Boyer Moore (BM) algorithm. Based on previous research, the KMP algorithm has a better performance compared to other string matching algorithms. However, other studies have concluded that the BM algorithm has better performance. Besides, the Zhu-Takaoka algorithm is more efficient than the KMP algorithm in dictionary development. The BM algorithm has the same search concept as the Zhu-Takaoka algorithm. The determination of the fastest and most efficient algorithm in this study uses the Exponential Comparison Method (ECM). ECM sets criteria for when searching and using the memory in the search process. The results of the comparison of the KMP and BM algorithm are the search time for the BM algorithm is 37.9%, and the KMP algorithm is 62.1%. The results of the use of search memory for the KMP algorithm are 50.6%, and the BM algorithm is 49.4%. The total ECM score shows that the BM algorithm is 0.55% better than the KMP algorithm.

Abstract

Kemunculan berbagai search engine memiliki peranan yang besar dalam proses pencarian informasi, dimana pemilihan dan penggunaan algoritma yang benar dalam pembangunan search engine merupakan langkah yangsangat penting dalam pembangunan search engine ini. Kompleksitas data yang ada dalam dunia bisnis farmasi harus ditangani dengan menggunakan komputerisasi dan membutuhkan model atau alat pencarian data.Search engine ini dibangun dengan menggunakan algoritma Boyer-Moore String Search, dimana proses pembangunan search engine ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML), seperti : Usecase Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Deployment Diagram. Search engine ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan terkoneksi ke basisdata MySQL, dimana search engine ini akan ditempelkan dalam website PT Galenika Farmasindo yang telah dipergunakan.

Abstract

Ahead of the Presidential Election, although it will run for about two years in the future, the large number of public opinion tweets about the 2024 Presidential Election on Twitter has caused positive and negative, from the data collection can be used as material for analysis. Naïve Bayes algorithm and the Support Vector Machine aims to determine the accuracy, precision, and recall values of the classification of positive or negative tweets. The method used is a qualitative method, the data taken amounted to 1606 datasets during April and May 2022. Result of RapidMiner 9.10 Tools, SVM Algorithm gets higher results by having an accuracy value of 98.43%, precision 97.15%, and recall 99.71%, Naïve Bayes algorithm has an accuracy value of 96.63%, precision 94.30%, and recall 98.90%. Based on the results of tweets that have elements of rejection of the 2024 Presidential Election, it is hoped that the public will not be able to happen

Abstract

Bantuan Sosial Covid-19 merupakan sebuah upaya pemerintah dalam membantu perekonomian warga dimasa pandemi Covid-19, dalam menentukan kandidat penerima bantuan sosial Covid-19 dibutuhkan sistem pengaturan kandidat penerima yang cepat, akurasi tinggi dan dapat dilakukan dari manapun. Dalam pendistribusian dan penerima bantuan sosial Covid-19 pemerintah sangat mengharapkan agar bantuan sosial Covid-19 dapat tersalurkan secara benar dan terarah, agar terciptanya sila ke-5 pancasila yakni “Keadilan Sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia”. Dari tingkat atas pemerintah sebagai media penyalur tentunya memiliki metode tersendiri dalam pengaturan penerima bantuan sosial dalam skala yang cukup besar, namun dalam skala yang kecil seperti halnya Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan Rukun Warga (RW), sistem pengaturan kandidat penerima bantuan sosial Covid-19 dari pihak RT, RW dan kelurahan maupun kecamatan, sering kali dibagikan tanpa ada metode yang cepat dan akurasi tinggi. Bisa dikatakan hanya menggunakan musyawarah atau masih cara konvensional yang dilakukan pihak kelurahan dalam menentukan kandidat penerima bansos Covid-19 tersebut. Keadaan tersebut terjadi dilingkungan kelurahan Jaticempaka, Pondokgede, kota Bekasi, maka dengan Sistem Pengaturan Kandidat untuk mendapatkan bantuan Sosial Covid-19 ini dibuat agar dapat menjembatani tujuan pemerintah dalam mensukseskan pendistribusian Bansos Covid-19 ini mulai dari tingkat atas sampai bawah.

Abstract

The presence of the development of information and communication technology in the field of education has an impact on effective learning and directly involves active students in learning. Krisnadwipayana University (UNKRIS) is one of the universities in Jakarta that also uses the campus academic information system (SIMAK) which has been used and developed by itself since 2017 until now. One of the features of listening is a feature where this feature is used by lecturers who teach at UNKRIS, especially the Faculty of Engineering who actively uses SIMAK. In the information system there are still several parameters that can be improved including functionality, appearance, quality of service, navigation, and usability. So to find out how the satisfaction level of SIMAK users at Krisnadwipayana University uses the Analytical Hieracy Process method to make decisions in solving problems in priority setting.

Abstract

In an era of ever-evolving information technology, modern organizations increasingly rely on digital communications to facilitate internal and external interactions. This research aims to investigate the role and impact of digital communication as a tool for improving organizational performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the application of digital communication has a positive impact on organizational performance. Factors such as adequate technological infrastructure, digital literacy of organizational members, clear policies and protocols, leadership level support, appropriate communication context and objectives, and information security, contribute significantly to the success of digital communications. Research highlights benefits such as rapid exchange of information, efficient coordination, strengthening internal networks, transparency, overcoming geographic barriers, and increased engagement of organizational members. However, challenges such as security risks and information overload also need to be considered. Therefore, understanding and managing these factors is key in maximizing the role of digital communications to achieve organizational goals more effectively.

Abstract

Organizations need to develop innovative IT governance strategies to achieve more effective and sustainable communications. However, challenges continue to arise in optimizing the role of IT in the context of organizational communications. This research aims to investigate how the concept of technological stewardship can be key in advancing organizational communication through the implementation of sophisticated IT governance. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research confirm that Technological Stewardship and Information Technology (IT) governance play a central role in improving organizational communication. With good IT governance, organizations can create an efficient technology infrastructure, enabling rapid exchange of information and reducing technical barriers. The choice and implementation of the right communications platform through IT governance supports better collaboration between organizational members, while strict information security policies create a secure environment for sharing sensitive data. An integrated IT infrastructure also has a positive impact on the speed and accuracy of information delivery, preventing communication errors. Meanwhile, IT governance adaptability supports responsiveness to technological change, keeping organizations relevant in a rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

With much higher speed and capacity compared to previous generations, 5G technology is expected to provide a new paradigm in human interaction and communication between devices. This research aims to describe and analyze the impact and potential of communication transformation with the adoption of 5G network technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research reveal that the implementation of 5G technology has a significant impact on transforming the way we communicate and interact with the surrounding environment. Incredible internet speeds and better connectivity are opening up new opportunities in various sectors, such as healthcare, education and industry. Nonetheless, it was found that security and privacy challenges emerged as critical aspects that needed serious attention. Therefore, to ensure the successful implementation of 5G technology, collective efforts are needed in developing effective security solutions, so that the benefits of this technological revolution can be enjoyed without compromising data integrity and privacy.

Abstract

Organizations need to reinvent strategies to face rapid changes in the digital era. A key challenge for companies is how they can take advantage of the opportunities emerging from this digital disruption by accelerating the company's digital transformation, which should be led by digital leadership capabilities. This research aims to analyze and design an IT governance framework that focuses on communication as a critical element in supporting effective digital leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results highlight the importance of digital leadership and the integration of communication-centered IT governance in facing the challenges of digital transformation. Research shows that digital leaders need to articulate a vision focused on leveraging technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational communications. Forming cross-departmental teams or committees is key to integrating efforts between IT and communications. In addition, IT policy designs that cover communication aspects need to pay attention to security standards and data governance, in accordance with the organization's communication values. Policy dissemination and regular training are essential to ensure the necessary understanding and skills across the organization. Regular evaluation of the implementation of the IT governance framework shows that adaptability and responsiveness to changes in the organization and the external environment are the keys to long-term success.

Abstract

There are changes in area that have narrowed and some have experienced widening. The purpose of this study is to analyze land use changes that are not in accordance with the Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) of Kasihan District. Analyzing the problem of incompatibility of land use changes in Kasihan District with the Draft Regional Regulation on the RDTR of Kasihan District, as well as developing a handling strategy to overcome land use changes that are not in accordance with the RDTR of Kasihan District. The methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, GIS analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The data collection technique is primary data and secondary data and uses purposive sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data from the community and experts in Kasihan District as respondents. Based on the results of the opinions of experts using the AHP analysis method, it is concluded that absorbing the aspirations of the community for the next RDTR planning by socializing the RDTR regulations to the community so that land use irregularities do not happen again.
