Abstract

The debate on the effect of government expenditure on economic growth has still happened in relation to classical group’s and Keynesian’s view. The aim of this study confirms the relationship, with the application of the case in Indonesia. Gov-ernment expenditures are aggregated, while economic growth is measured by gross domestic product. With time series design, the secondary data used covers the period of 2004 to 2013. At first, the data were analyzed descriptive-graphics, while the hypothesis testing using t-test. The results obtained indicate that government spending has a positive and significant influence to economic growth. Thus, spend-ing and investment forms by government as a form of fiscal policy must be done with great caution in order to avoid misallocation or inequality in the distribution of inter-sector development, given the importance of its role as a pending national economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability,participation, and the principle of efficiency of school budget management on employee performance at Simpang Kiri Junior High School Subulussalam. This study uses quantitative data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to be assessed or scored on each respondent's answer. Sources of data used in this study are primary data obtained and collected from data collection questionnaires given to respondents in SMP Negeri Simpang Kiri Subulussalam. The sample used in this study is saturated sampling. the number of samples in this study as many as 67 respondents with all employees as respondents, which include principals, treasurers, TU, and teachers in SMP Simpang Kiri Subulussalam. Meode used in this study is a quantitative method with IMB SPSS Analysis tool version 25. The results of the research accountability management of school budget has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Simpang Kiri Junior High School Subulussalam, participation management of school budget has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Simpang Kiri Junior High School Subulussalam, the principle of efficiency management of school budget has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, participation and the principle of efficiency in managing school budgets together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Simpang Kiri Junior High School in Subulussalam City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,Tingkat Pendidikan dan TPAK terhadap Pengangguran di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sumatera Utara. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan Eviews 10. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan data time series kurun waktu 2010-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran. Sedangkan TPAK berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran, dan secara simultan pertumbuhan ekonomi tingkat pendidikan dan TPAK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya tingkat pendidikan terutama daerah pedesaan, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif sehingga terserap dipasar kerja, serta peningkatan lapangan pekerjaan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
