Abstract

“Analisa Time Schedule Proyek Rehabilitasi Jalan Dukuh Warung Karangsambung”. Kerja Praktik. Teknik Sipil. Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Majalengka. ini bertujuan : 1. Mengenal manajemen konstruksi secara langsung di lapangan. 2. Mengenal berbagai unsur konstruksi yang ada didalam proyek. 3. Menganalisa pencapaian progres mingguan pekerjaan Rehabilitasi Jalan Duku warung – Karangsambung II 4. Mengetahui biaya. 5. Mengetahui waktu pengerjaan,. Penyusunan pengumpulan data diperlukan untuk memperoleh efisiensi dan efektifitas waktu serta gambaran dalam menganalisis hasil data, Agar hasil dari perbandingan yang dilakukan rencana dengan realisasi secara sekilas dapat terlihat, disebabkan oleh perubahan volume pekerjaan, Uitzet,Force Majeure.Kata Kunci : Kurva S,Manajemen Kontruksi, Realisasi Pekerjaan, Times Schedule.

Abstract

The method of implementing the Overbridge / bridge determines the stages that must be carried out in the Overbridge work, this study aims to analyze the work of making the Overbridge, especially in bored pile, pile cap, abutment, and girder work. The methodology used in this research is to directly see and observe Overbridge work, the Overbridge project location is located in Kertajati District, Cipali-Palimanan Toll Access to West Java International Airport, Majalengka, the concrete used is callas concrete B, F'c 20 90.130) with Slump value is 16 + - 2cm and for ironwork uses 32 mm main iron and 16 mm spiral. Then for the tools used are drilling machines, 45 ton capacity cranes, 6 m3 mixer truck, dum trucks and vibrators.

Abstract

The government continues to strive to improve the quality of sports facilities and infrastructure in various cities and districts throughout Indonesia. To realize this effort, the Majalengka Regency government is collaborating with PT. Pertamina (Persero) Tbk. carrying out the reconstruction of the Majalengka Youth Generation Center (GGM). This practical work aims to discuss the technical implementation of installing space frame truss roof structures and discuss the application of structural mechanics in the field of roof construction, especially space frame structures. The author used the interview method with the site engineering manager and the structure method, observation during the installation at the site, reviewing the rules of SNI 1721:2020 and SNI 1729:2020 as well as applicable case studies to prepare this practical work report. Modeling and structural analysis of a typical 13/14 space frame block series using SAP2000 v14 software. The structural analysis results obtained for the space frame structure used steel pipes Ø76.2 mm and Ø63.5 mm; steel pipe thickness, namely 3.2 mm and 2.8 mm; base plate connection measuring 350 x 350 mm with a thickness of 25.00 mm; 8 anchors with a diameter of 16.00 mm, are safe and suitable for use.
