Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS yang menggunakan penataan lingkungan belajar moving class, (2) motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS yang menggunakan penataan lingkungan belajar kelas menetap, dan (3) perbedaan yang signifikan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS antara siswa yang menggunakan penataan lingkungan belajar  moving class dengan penataan lingkungan belajar kelas menetap di SMP N 1 Kerambitan dan SMP N 2 Tabanan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode komparatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Independent-Sample t-test yang diolah dengan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS yang menggunakan penataan lingkungan belajar moving class sebesar 78,99 tergolong kategori tinggi, (2) rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS yang menggunakan penataan lingkungan belajar kelas menetap sebesar 63,38 tergolong cukup tinggi, dan (3) ada perbedaan yang signifikan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS antara siswa yang menggunakan penataan lingkungan belajar moving class dengan penataan lingkungan belajar kelas menetap di SMP N 1 Kerambitan dan SMP N 2 Tabanan tahun ajaran 2013/2014, dengan perolehan thitung > ttabel (27,527>1,967).  Kata kunci : kelas menetap, motivasi belajar siswa, moving class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Serba Usaha Tabungan Nasional Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dalam Koperasi Serba Usaha Tabungan Nasional Singaraja yang berjumlah 31 karyawan, di mana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian karena jumlah dari populasi kurang dari 100. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (pada tingkat kesalahan 5%), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifkan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Koperasi Serba Usaha Tabungan Nasional Singaraja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan, (2) mengetahui prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tidak aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan, dan (3) mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar antara mahasiswa yang aktif dan tidak aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatiif dengan metode komparatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang aktif dan tidak aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomi Undiksha, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang aktif dan tidak aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Independent-Sample T-Test yang diolah dengan program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) rata-rata nilai prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan sebesar 3,36. tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik (2) rata-rata nilai prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tidak aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan sebesar 2,80 tergolong dalam kategori baik (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang aktif dan tidak aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di Fakultas Ekonomi Undiksha, dengan perolehan thitung > ttabel (8,974 > 1,969).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of cultural factors and personal factors on saving behavior. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling as many as 134 students. Data collection methods in this study using a questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis through the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially cultural factors and personal factors have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior with a cultural factor significance value of 0.001 and a personal factor significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, cultural factors and personal factors have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify (1) public perception reviewed from the dimension of perception performers, (2) public perception reviewed from the perceived object dimension (3) public perception reviewed from the context dimension of the perception situation, (4) community participation reviewed from the indicators of engagement results, and (5) community participation reviewed from special interest indicators to the implementation of the Pertiwi Lestari Waste Bank program in Penyaringan Village. The sample of this study was determined through purposive random sampling in total of 96 respondents. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that (1) public perception reviewed from the dimension of perception performers obtains a score of 4311, in the range of scores of 4032-4800 and categorized as strongly agreed. (2) Public perception reviewed from the dimensions of the perceived object obtains a score of 856, being in the range of scores of 806-960 and categorized as strongly agreed. (3) Public perception reviewed from the context dimension of the situation obtains a score of 2532, in the range of scores 2420-2880 and categorized as strongly agreed. (4) Community participation reviewed from the indicator of engagement result obtains a score of 331, in the range of scores 288-384 and categorized as active. (5) Participation reviewed from special interest indicators obtains a score of 599, in the range of scores 576-768 and categorized as active.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of cocoa farmers in Jembrana Regency towards the Kerta Semaya Samaniya Cooperative. The type of this research is descriptive research, to describe the perception of cocoa farmers in Jembrana Regency towards the Kerta Semaya Samaniya Cooperative. This study uses all cocoa farmers in Jembrana Regency who are not yet members of the cooperative as the population with 99 cocoa farmers as samples used in this study after calculating the sample size using the Slovin formula. To collect data from 99 respondents used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and then analyzed using descriptive analysis to obtain research results that can later be used in answering the research problem formulation. The results showed that the perception of cocoa farmers in terms of the expectation dimension obtained a score of 3,269, so it could be categorized as agree. The perception of cocoa farmers in terms of the dimension of need obtained a score of 1.825, so it can be categorized as strongly agree. The perception of cocoa farmers in terms of the dimension of need obtained a score of 2,777, so it was categorized as agree.

Abstract

The low critical thinking skills of students encourage the need for solutions to control the problem. The recommended solution to this problem is the use of learning model project-based learning help mind map in economics studies. The purpose of this research is to know the use of the model project-based learning help mind map and its effectiveness in improving critical thinking skills in class X students at SMAS Dharma Kirti Sengkidu. This research is classified as experimental research by design nonequivalent control grup design. The population in this research is 49 students with a sample of class X E.A totaling 24 students as a control class using the expository model and class X E.B totaling 25 students as an experimental class using a model project-based learning help mind map. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. This research was measured using multiple choice test instruments and observation sheets. Research results are interpreted from independent sample t-test, normalized gain test, and analysis of the observation sheet. The results of this research are: (1) there are differences in critical thinking skills with the experimental and control classes, (2) the percentage of student activity shows that students are more active with the experimental class than the control class, (3) the percentage of normalized gain scores with the experimental class is higher than the control class. Based on these results so that the model project-based learning help mind map effective in improving students critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) public perception in terms of the perceptual actor dimension, (2) public perception in terms of the perceived object dimension (3) public perception in terms of the context dimension of the perceived situation regarding the provision of business capital by BUMDes Bandem Jagathita in an effort to alleviate poverty in the Bendadem Village. The present study employed a descriptive research design, utilizing a quantitative approach. The study focuses on the population of the village community in Bebandem who have access to business capital. The research sample for this study was determined using a saturated or census sampling technique, consisting of a total of 68 respondents. The employed data collection methodology entails the utilization of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed in this study is descriptive analysis. The findings of this research demonstrate that: (1) The public perception, as measured by the dimensions of the perpetrators of perception, achieved a score of 2,821 within the score range of 2,570 – 3,060. This score falls under the category of “strongly agree.” (2) The perception of the general public regarding the dimensions of the object, which is associated with a score of 600, falls within the range of scores 571 to 680, and is classified as “strongly agree.” (3) the public's perception in terms of the situational context dimension obtained a score The score of 1.203 falls within the range of scores from 1.142 to 1.360, and it has been classified as “strongly agree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore whether financial literacy and financial attitudes influence financial management behavior. This study used causal quantitative research. The population of this study is 338 students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Undiksha. The total number of samples in this study was 184 people obtained by random sampling technique. The types of data used include quantitative data, secondary data sources, and document data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is a data analysis technique used. The results showed that (1) Financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management behavior. (2) Financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior. (3) Financial management literacy and financial management attitudes simultaneously have a positive impact on financial management behavior. The higher a person's financial literacy and ability to apply financial aspects, the wiser his financial management behavior will be to be able to make the right decisions in making financial decisions. The higher the level of awareness of financial attitudes, the more decisions are taken in financial management to avoid financial problems.
