Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan beberapa variable SDM yang mempengaruhi kinerja Guru di era digital learning ini. Di Era digital learning ini diyakini bahwa peran guru sebagai saluran pendidik anak bahkan waktu tatap muka tergantikan oleh alat digital tersebut. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, kinerja guru diasumsikan menurun. Penlitian ini dilakukan di Pelita Harapan BangsaTegal. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 57 orang guru dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mennyebarkan kuisioner dan data dianalisa dengan alat penelitian Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel SDM yang terdiri dari disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja guru. Strategi SDM  berpengaruh  positif seperti: pendisiplinan terhadap seluruh jajaran, komitmen organisasi yang dinyatakan dan digenapi, serta limgkungan kerja yang dirancang senyaman mungkin bagi guru dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This writing aims to prove several HR variables that affect the performance of teachers in this digital learning era. In this era of digital learning, it is believed that the role of the teacher as a channel for children's educators is even replaced by the digital device. Based on this phenomenon, teacher performance is assumed to decrease. This research was conducted at Pelita Harapan BangsaTegal. The study population was 57 teachers and data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and the data were analyzed using the Smart PLS  research tool.3.0. The results of the analysis show that the HR variable consisting of Work discipline, Organizational Commitment and the Work Environment positively influences teacher performance. HR strategies have positive effects such as: disciplining all levels, expressed organizational commitment and fulfillment, and work costs that are designed as comfortable as possible for teachers can improve.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a profound impact on the world of education. Online learning (KBM) is a process that must be done. This study aimed to prove a number of HR variables that affects the teachers’ performance in the online learning era. In this era, it is believed that the role of teachers as a children educator even the face-to-face is irreplaceable by these digital tools. It turns out that the teacher who performs well is not merely motivated by payroll and bonuses, but there are other aspects that determine the good performance. This study was conducted at Pelita Harapan Bangsa Tegal. The population was 57 teachers and data collection techniques used in this study by distributing questionnaire, and the data were analyze with Smart PLS version 3.0. The result showed that HR variable consisting of Work discipline, Organization commitment and the Work Environment that positively influences teacher performance. HR Strategies have positive effects such as: disciplining in all levels, expressed and fulfilled organizational commitment, as well as work environment that is designed as comfortable as possible for teachers to improve their performance.
