<![CDATA[This writing aims to prove several HR variables that affect the performance of teachers in this digital learning era. In this era of digital learning, it is believed that the role of the teacher as a channel for children's educators is even replaced by the digital device. Based on this phenomenon, teacher performance is assumed to decrease. This research was conducted at Pelita Harapan BangsaTegal. The study population was 57 teachers and data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and the data were analyzed using the Smart PLS research tool.3.0. The results of the analysis show that the HR variable consisting of Work discipline, Organizational Commitment and the Work Environment positively influences teacher performance. HR strategies have positive effects such as: disciplining all levels, expressed organizational commitment and fulfillment, and work costs that are designed as comfortable as possible for teachers can improve.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the entrepreneurial intention among business school student in Jakarta, Indonesia .The numbers of unemployment raise significantly in recent years especially who graduate with business management major. This article presents the effect of Entrepreneurial Learning to Entrepreneurial Intention with Fintech Adoption as intervening variables. The results showed that Entrepreneurial learning is the strongest factors which affected competitiveness, but fintech adpotion could motivate student to start a new business after they studied Entrepreneurship. The model was tested using SEM- Path Analysis. A total of 64 valid questionnaires were collected from snowball sampling. This paper addresses the topic in a strategic and managerial point of view, and it can be used in entrepreneurial studies particularly those relating to entrepreneurial intention and financial technology]]>

<![CDATA[Studi ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana laju Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) di Jawa Barat dalam menjalankan strategi komunikasi politiknya berbeda dengan PSI di DKI Jakarta, hal ini menjadi sebuah fenomena menarik karena sejatinya Jawa Barat berbatasan langsung dengan DKI Jakarta. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Etnografi untuk menemukan dan menggambarkan dinamika partai guna meningkatkan performa komunikasi politik PSI di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapati bahwa manajemen komunikasi politik new wave terdapat dalam tubuh PSI Jawa Barat. Tak terkecuali pada anak anak muda generasi millenials berikutnya. <![CDATA[Universities not only provide theoretical reinforcement to students, in this era of technological disruption and globalization, universities should provide facilities and opportunities for students to apply the theory they have learned. In any study program, the interests and entrepreneurial skills of these students are good. can be channeled. The university must be able to transform student entrepreneurship through intellectual capital and build business incubators in order to provide students with a better experience. This study uses a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires to 72 business incubators in Jakarta, Tangerang and surrounding areas. The results show that learning entrepreneurship theory will become intellectual capital if the university builds a business incubator as a training ground for its students]]>
