Abstract

Abstract - Archive is one of the resources that have important functions to support the administration and management of an agency. All activities performed by the agency, whether it be proposals, correspondence and other documents will be archive. The recorded information is also evidence and memory for the agency concerned. Archives need to be laid out well with the computerized records management to establish an effective, efficient, and productive. Keywords : archive, computerized, documentation, internet networks, web applications. Abstrak - Arsip merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang memiliki fungsi penting untuk menunjang proses kegiatan administrasi dan manajemen sebuah instansi. Semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh instansi, baik itu berupa proposal, surat-menyurat maupun dokumen-dokumen lain akan menjadi arsip. Informasi yang terekam tersebut merupakan bukti dan juga memori bagi instansi yang bersangkutan. Arsip perlu ditata dengan baik dengan komputerisasi untuk membangun manajemen arsip yang efektif, efisien, dan produktif. Kata kunci : aplikasi web, arsip, dokumentasi, jaringan internet, komputerisasi.
