Abstract

Belajar adalah suatu proses yang ditempuh manusia untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, dimulai dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu. Berdasarkan pandangan teori belajar humanistik bahwa suatu proses dalam belajar itu penting, artinya siswa diberi kebebasan dalam belajar dan tidak ada paksaan dalam belajar. Berhasil tidaknya pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran sangat bergantung pada proses pembelajaran. Teori belajar humanistik sendiri merupakan teori yang memanusiakan manusia yang mengarah pada pembebasan. Oleh karena itu, belajar tidak hanya sekedar menyampaikan informasi, tetapi dengan penerapan teori humanistik, siswa mampu mengetahui dan memahami keberadaan dan potensi dirinya tanpa ditekan atau terancam.

Abstract

Abstract: The aplication of business ethics is a very important and needs special attention, since a good quality of school service can be obtained if the business ethic applications works effectively. The purpose of this study is to know the business ethics and theacher discipline of the quality of school service. the results of this study suggest that the implementation of business ethics falls at a high category. In addition, the effect of teacher work discipline on the quality of school service is civilised in moderate categories. based of research results, there are several recommendattions needed to improve quality management effectiveness, including continuous improvement and optimizing the total quality management approach. the reseach to discuss how corporate social responsibility must be reunderstood for better education. this suggests that there are mutually beneficial opportunities for national companies and governments to maintain human resources and overcome trade gaps and mismatches. Many companies often train and sponsor individuals to further study for their career advancement. It also indicates that some businesses angage in good behavior to attract prospective workers. In addition, the article argues that the providing of education, professional development and training will increase morale and employee job satisfaction, which in turn may lead to lower staff turnover and greater productivility levels in the workplace. Abstract

Abstract Along with efforts to increase product sales and income of UMKM in Notorejo Gondang Tulungagung village, digitalization of technology and business is very necessary. This challenge for business people and UMKM is also a good opportunity. Currently, the internet is an effective marketing medium for many consumers. The use of social media is also increasingly widespread as a medium for online promotion and sales. This research examines multisectoral community empowerment based on digital literacy with a focus on UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in the roof tile industry. This empowerment aims to increase the capabilities and independence of UMKM through the use of digital technology in the learning and production process. With digital literacy, UMKM players can access information, expand marketing networks, and increase production efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract: A madrasas that has good education, will create charismatic that is good in the eyes of the community. Because the quality of madrasas is an issue that has always been a serios study in the world of education from time to time. Various approaches have been taken by the goverment and administrators of educational institutions to improve the quality of madrasas. One approach is caracter education at MI Miftahul Huda Lamong Badas, and MI Al Ifadah Ngunut Tulungagung,two institutions that both are also instilling character education foe all schoolchildren, especially students. This reasearch is aimed at finding answers to three basic questions; a) how is the manajement planing to improve the quality of madrasas based on character education, b). How to implement character education based madrasah quality improvement manajement, c) How to evaluate character education based madrasah quality improvement manjement, in MI Miftahul Huda lamong Badas and MI al Ifadah Ngunut Tulungagung. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type af multi site study. Sources of data are informants, events locations, and document. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in depth interviews and documentations. Dat analysis unsed of the data ins done through peer discussion, triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. Research findings 1) Madrasah quality improvement planning is a process of determining strategic target and program in improving the quality of madrasah based on character education; 2) the implementation of madrasas quality improvemen manajement is an act of learning and habutuation of character-based curiculum, extra program and madrasas program; 3) Evaluation uses an approach to achieving the madrasas vision and mission indicators. The results of the study suport Sallis’s opinion that the steps for quality improvement are identivication of customer , produc development. Also Sallis’s opinion that quality madrasas are madrasas that have high moral / character values, excellent test results, and care concern for student. Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia terutama di Indonesia sutuhnya melalui olahhati, olahpikir, olahrasa, dan olahraga agar memiliki daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Peningkatan relevansi pendidikan dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan berbasis potensi sumber daya alam Indonesia. Peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu terus diupayakan dengan mengedepankan teori teori analisis mutu dan penerapannya dalam setiap proses manajerial. Permasalahan mutu selalu berimplikasi pada nilai jual suatu lembaga pendidikan. Hasil karya pada lembaga menjadi sangat bergantung pada kualitas pembelajaran, sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas pendukung, pendidik dan peserta didik, serta hasil pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (Library Reseach). Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan bermacam-macam material yang terdapat di ruangan perpustakaan seperti, buku-buku, majalah, dokumen catatan dan kisah kisah sejarah lainnya. Beberapa Konsep Mutu yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli yaitu konsep mutu menurut Joseph Juran dengan Teory Juran trilogy yaitu Quality planning, Quality control, Quality improvement dan konsep mutu menurut Deming dengan Teoi POAC dan siklus manajemen yang menjadi acuan dalam kegiatan penjaminan mutu yaitu Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA). Dalam upaya untuk pengembangan mutu pendidikan dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan,peningkatan mutu pendidik yang diupayakan melalui strategi yaitu: evaluasi diri, perumusan visi misi dan tujuan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan.
