Abstract

This study aims to discuss about the school (madrasah) management and the result of excellent school management on the integrated quality management perspective. It was a qualitative research with interview, observation, and documentation in collecting the data. The result of this research were: 1. the management of MI Plus Al Islam, Dangangan Madiun was including (a) Human resource: the principle management with firm, open, solid team, and focus on customer services quality, (b) student management: Islamic religion and values teaching in everyday life, local content for the development of students skill and creativity, (c) graduate competence standard: creating their own quality standardbased on SWOT analysis, without disobeying the government regulations. The quality is designed by strengthening the local content, self-development, and life skill education. (d) Funding management and institutional independence, including: fixed and non-fixed donors, canteen management, and varied payment system. 2. The quality management result was a solid team work and cooperation among management aspects and totally wholehearted services quality, selective and strict acceptance system to produce a quality teachers, improvement strategy and new breakthroughs on education quality improvement with fixed and non-fixed donors, as well as an optimal canteen management as a form of entrepreneurship and funding source for the school independence.This study aims to discuss about the school (madrasah)management and the result of excellent school management on theintegrated quality management perspective. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Public Relations strategies in increasing sales at Rumah Makan Bakso Bob, Kuala Lumpur, from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The Public Relations strategies implemented include publicity, persuasion, argumentation, and image, which are integrated with Sharia values such as honesty, transparency, and social responsibility. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The study reveals that publicity strategies using social media effectively enhance brand awareness, while persuasion emphasizing halal product quality and friendly service successfully builds customer loyalty. Argumentation strategies, such as transparency in production processes and halal certification, strengthen consumer trust. Meanwhile, image-building efforts through social contributions, such as food-sharing programs, create a positive reputation that supports business growth. These strategies align with the principles of Islamic business ethics, including unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, and benevolence. As a result, Rumah Makan Bakso Bob has not only significantly increased its sales but also generated positive social impacts within the community. This study offers insights into how Islamic values can be integrated into Public Relations strategies to achieve sustainable business success.

Abstract

Amil Zakat di LAZISMU Ponorogo berperan sebagai pengumpul dan penyalur zakat, infak, dan sedekah (ZIS) dengan meningkatkan pelayanan melalui program pendistribusian dana zakat secara konsumtif dan produktif, seperti pemberian modal dan pendampingan usaha untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Selain itu, amil zakat juga memiliki peran dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dan meningkatkan citra positif lembaga untuk mengoptimalkan penghimpunan dana ZIS, sehingga tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip pemasaran Amil zakat di LAZISMU Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lazismu Ponorogo adalah lembaga filantropi yang profesional, transparan, dan terdaftar dalam mengelola dana Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah (ZIS) dengan laporan keuangan yang terperinci, serta memiliki berbagai program penyaluran dana untuk membantu masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Pembinaan amil zakat di LAZISMU Ponorogo mencakup peningkatan literasi zakat, pemanfaatan teknologi, pelatihan manajemen modern, serta pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis agar amil mampu mengelola dan menyalurkan dana Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah (ZIS) secara profesional, amanah, dan produktif.

Abstract

Sharia-based digital marketing to increase batik sales and improve family welfare has been implemented since 2024. Sharia-compliant batik marketing is carried out using digital marketing platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook) while prioritizing Sharia-compliant marketing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study analyzes the application of Sharia-compliant marketing principles in digital strategies. The results show that Sakha Boutique has successfully implemented Sharia-compliant digital marketing by selling halal and thayyib products, utilizing social media for market expansion, conducting honest and transparent promotions, setting fair prices according to quality, maintaining healthy Islamic competition, and implementing product distribution based on the principle of trustworthiness. This effectively contributes to increased sales while strengthening the brand's image as an ethical business that improves family welfare.

Abstract

BAZNAS Kota Madiun dari berbagai program zakat produktif, seperti BISAFARI, BISAFARI penyandang disabilitas, pemberdayaan UMKM melalui Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) berbasis masjid/musholla, dan program BUNDA (Bantuan untuk Dhuafa Janda). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS Kota Madiun telah melaksanakan program zakat produktif dengan memberikan bantuan modal usaha kepada mustahik yang memiliki potensi ekonomi. Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui survei lapangan dan verifikasi administratif. Hambatan utama dalam pelaksanaan program ini antara lain terbatasnya dana, kurangnya pendampingan usaha, serta rendahnya literasi kewirausahaan di kalangan mustahik. Meskipun demikian, program ini memberikan dampak positif seperti peningkatan pendapatan, kemandirian ekonomi, dan berkurangnya ketergantungan pada bantuan konsumtif. Oleh karena itu, zakat produktif merupakan solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan perlu direplikasi secara lebih luas di daerah lain.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya kesehatan mental dalam perspektif Islam sekaligus menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada generasi muda, khususnya anggota Komunitas Jurnal Pelajar Ponorogo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis kreativitas literasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait konsep kesehatan mental Islami yang berlandaskan nilai ketenangan hati, kesabaran dan tawakal. Selain itu, peserta mampu merumuskan ide-ide wirausaha sederhana yang dapat dikembangkan melalui keterampilan membuat produk kewirausahaan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi upaya preventif terhadap masalah psikososial remaja serta meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi berbasis nilai Islam.
