Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of operational risk management in efforts to minimize human resource errors at BMT Istiqomah Plosokandang Tulungagung. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, and the data collection method was carried out through direct interviews with Mr. Imam Mustakim, located at the BMT Istiqomah Unit 2 Plosokandang office.The research results show that the treatment taken to avoid bankruptcy is to use a modern digital system and be careful with prospective members and the form of responsibility borne by the person concerned when a problem occurs; establishing good relations with members and the surrounding community and participating in community activities by donating funds so that BMT Istiqomah is not underestimated; and BMT Istiqomah Unit 2 applies honesty, fairness, transparency and good trust so that leadership management can run smoothly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Public Relations strategies in increasing sales at Rumah Makan Bakso Bob, Kuala Lumpur, from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The Public Relations strategies implemented include publicity, persuasion, argumentation, and image, which are integrated with Sharia values such as honesty, transparency, and social responsibility. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The study reveals that publicity strategies using social media effectively enhance brand awareness, while persuasion emphasizing halal product quality and friendly service successfully builds customer loyalty. Argumentation strategies, such as transparency in production processes and halal certification, strengthen consumer trust. Meanwhile, image-building efforts through social contributions, such as food-sharing programs, create a positive reputation that supports business growth. These strategies align with the principles of Islamic business ethics, including unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, and benevolence. As a result, Rumah Makan Bakso Bob has not only significantly increased its sales but also generated positive social impacts within the community. This study offers insights into how Islamic values can be integrated into Public Relations strategies to achieve sustainable business success.

Abstract

This study attempts to investigate the awareness of halal food consumption among muslim immigrants in Malaysia. This is because Malaysia is the halal center of the world. Qualitative research approach case study method with data collection techniques through interviews, direct observation and documentation with a total of 9 Muslim immigrants in Malaysia. The location of the study is centered in Kampung Baharu. The results showed that Muslim immigrants' consumer awareness is high due to policies carried out by the Malaysian government such as halal labeling and halal policies that are able to increase their awareness. Providing halal assurance to consumers, both domestic and international, the government has created a business ecosystem conducive to the growth of the halal industry. The Malaysian government has given full support to the development and promotion of Malaysia as the world's halal center. This support is manifested in various programs and policies that support the halal industry.

Abstract

This study analyzes halal consumption behavior among Indonesian Muslim immigrants in Jinjang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews. The results showed that 67% of immigrants pay attention to the halal logo, and 58% read the ingredients before purchasing. However, many still have difficulty distinguishing between official and non-official halal logos, as well as low halal awareness among immigrant children. The implications of this study highlight the need for further socialization on halal and food safety, especially for children, as well as increasing halal literacy in immigrant communities. With increased awareness and understanding, it is expected that halal consumption practices can be more consistent and help create a more secure halal food ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital-based cash waqf at the Education Waqf Foundation of Indonesia. Currently, digital development is important for waqf institutions because it facilitates inclusive access to all levels of society. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative approach. The types of research data include primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques were obtained through informant interviews with institutional leaders, cash waqf managers, digital administrators, waqf nadzirs working with endowments, and waqifs. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies sourced from Indonesian Waqf Board, the Institute's website and information related to cash waqf obtained through electronic media. The data analysis technique uses field data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the Education Waqf Foundation of Indonesia in managing cash waqf funds is more effective and on target when done through digital. Digital-based cash waqf activities include the process of raising funds, managing waqf financial management, and distributing waqf funds. Digital-based cash waqf activities become more efficient, transparent and accountable, creating trust at all levels of society. Through the Pasifamal.id platform, all information related to waqf is easily accessible. This increases public trust and participation in waqf. Digital-based monitoring and reporting helps ensure that waqf funds are optimally used for their intended purpose.
