Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the impact of the plastics factory on the socio-economic communities around the Village Harjosari District of Sukajadi. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the field of direct data collection obtained by interviews, observations and questionnaires directly spaciousness, while secondary data is data obtained from various agencies or institutions associated with the problems examined include the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province, Department of Industry and Trade of the City of Pekanbaru, and the Village Office Harjosari. Based on the research results can be concluded that the positive and negative impacts on the socio-economic communities around the Village Harjosari District of Sukajadi. There is a positive impact on the socio-economic variables (1) employment, which the company is able to create opportunities for people (2) income, as seen from the increase in people's income from a second job as a result of the establishment of the factory. Moreover, the existence and development of this plastic factory, has indirectly fueled the growth of other businesses that support the community's economy. Meanwhile, in the aspect of health, environment and comfort are not so a negative effect / adverse effects for the surrounding communities, as only a few houses are affected because it is very close to the location of the plastic factory.Keywords : Ekternality, Social and Economic.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors thatinfluence the production of rubber, how the condition of scale and efficient use of capital and labor in the rubber plant in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan. In this study, the population is around the rubber farmers in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan in 2013, as many as 221 families. The sampling technique used is random sampling, ie random sampling technique. Where the number of samples taken 69 samples of the population. Methods of data analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative, where all the values of the variables obtained in the natural logarithm transformed and continued to analyze the data and simultaneous partial. Simultaneous testing (F test) showed that capital and labor jointly significantly affect the production of rubber trees in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan. With the calculated F value of 19,508 and the value of F table at 3.980. Based on calculations known value of 0.512 or 51.20% R2 sebesar factors affecting the production of rubber plants are capital and labor. Rubber plant scale production effort to describe Decreasing Scale. The use of capital and labor in the production of rubber plants are not efficient.Keywords: Rubber Plant Production, Capital, Labor

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village of New Intersection Panam Pekanbaru. to find out how much WTP paid household garbage and how much garbage levy comparison of government and that there is a large field and know the elasticity of variables that influence WTP household waste in Simpang New Village Housing Panam Pekanbaru. In this study, the population is the entire group perumnas the levy garbage collected by the Department of Health Village New Intersection Panam Pekanbaru. Total population sample drawn as many as 368 and as many as 45 or 12% of the population, data analysis methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Simultaneous testing (F test) showed that income, education and number of family members together significantly influence WTP of household waste in the Village of New Simpang Panam. With 19.750 F count value is greater than the value of the F table 3,200. Based on the results of the calculation are known R2 value of 0.561 means that income, education and number of family members simultaneously affecting WTP of household waste by 56.10%, while 43.90% are influenced by other factors not analyzed. WTP households in Housing New Simpang village Panam larger than the existing levies and charges specified field by PERDA. The elasticity of income independent variable changes (X1) was 0.78, meaning that if income (X1) increased by 1% then willingnes To Pay (WTP) will increase by 0.78%.Keywords: WTP, Income, Education, Number of Family Members

Abstract

This research aims to know the factors that affect the income of live stock farmers group Bukik Potai Stems in the village of Penyesawan sub-district of Kampar as well as to know what factors affect the income of the farmers group dominant cattle BukikPotai Stems in the village of Penyesawan subdistrict of Kampar. Sampling method used is the method of sampling of saturated (census), where the total population of 24 members of the group are examined. Methods used in research is descriptive quantitative methods and the quantitative analysis the analysis simultaneously test ( f) , and partial test ( t ) with program assistance spss 16 .Data-data used in research is the capital , the number of cattle respondents and the experience raise the farmers cattle bukik stem potai in the village penyesawan in kampar. The research results show that value adjusted r square of 0,859 which means that 85.9 % gain group cattle farmers in stir in together by variable in the mode.While the rest 14.1 % in stir by other factors outside model .In partial variable the number of capital ( x1 ) , total number of livestock ( x2 ) , and experience animal farmers ( x3 ) influential in significant impact on variable dependent namely the farmers to bukik stems potai ( y ).KeyWord : Income , capital, and experience farmers

Abstract

In today's world of tourism development, the type of tourism in Indonesia is environment based tourism (nature) and tourism based history. However, management and development in Indonesia is still lacking attention. One of these attractions Muara Takus located in Kampar regency. In a development needs to be carried out in depth study to determine the current situation and the development of effective strategies so that their potential can be utilized as much as possible. This research problem formulation is the development strategy of attraction in the village of Muara Takus. The purpose of this study was to determine the development strategy attractions Muara Takus in District XIII Koto Kampar regency. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis. SWOT Analysis is used to determine the situation of attraction Muara Takus to identify the internal and external factors that affect attraction. The results based on SWOT analysis showed attractions Muara Takus are in quadrant 1 with a intersection of 1.74; 1.18 where the situation can be done by having the opportunities and strengths that can take advantage of existing opportunities in order to enhance the growth of attraction Muara Takus. It describes the situation attraction Muara Takus in a position to support an aggressive strategy means in a favorable situation.Keywords : development strategy, attraction, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

The research was carried on in Kampar regency precisely in the District XII Koto Kampar. This study was conducted in Kampar regency located in District XII Koto Kampar. This study aims to (1) Identify the characteristics of visitors, businessmen and labor (2) To identify the perception of the condition of Tourism Muara Takus by visitors, businesses and workers in the tourist area (3) Measuring multiplier effet that caused by Muara Takus tourist activities on the economy of the community. The method used is descriptive method. By sampling methods Quota sampling techniques using Sampling Insidential election. In assessing the perception of using Rating Scale and analyzing the economic impact of travel activty in Muara Takus using Keynesian Income Multiplier to see the impact directly, impact indirectly and impact advance are processed using a computer application Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study showed the perception of visitor 54% is good enough, the perception of buisnesses 65% good and perception of labor 66% good, For value of Keynesian income multiplier is 2.6, Income Multiplier Ratio Type I with a value of 1, and the ratio of Type II income multiplier of 1.19, in accordance with the provisions (META, 2001) if the value of Keynesian income multiplier ≥ 1 which means that the existence of Muara Takus tourism has economic impact on the economy of the local community is quite large.Keywords: Characteristics, Perception and Multiplier Effect

Abstract

The fishing sector is divided into two types based on general waters there are fisheries pond, outdoor and marine fisheries and aquaculture. Marine fisheries and aquaculture subsector includes all activities of arrests, seeding and cultivation of all types of salt water fish and other biota. Marine fisheries and cultivation of natural resources including renewable but also potentially depletd because every system environment there is a threshold population size. If the size of a population or stock falls below this limit, then population will perish. Marine fisheries and aquaculture is resource that move and movement is strongly influenced by the physical waters (currents and temperature), lead to this resource in the management strongly depends on the time and season, therefore it is not predictable like other resources. The data used in this study is secondary data coming from various sources, among others the fisheries agency and maritime Province of Riau, the central bureau of statistics of the Province of Riau, that explaines the interconnectedness of marine cultivation and fisheries with the absorption of labour, exports and contributed to the gross regional domestic revenue is seen from time to the time (time series). The result of the study explained that the role of marine fisheries and aquaculture subsector in terms of employment , exports and contribution to regional gross domestic income is relatively small, becaused the marine fisheries and aquaculture is only subsector of fisheries and of course it’s small scope and limited. In addition there are several factors that hinder the development of marine fisheries and aquaculture subsector include economy problems such as difficulty in fuel, global crisis. Besides the weather and pollution issues are also thing that hinder the development of marine fisheries and aquaculture itself.Keywords : Role, Marine Fisheries and Aquaculture Subsector
