Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on UMKM in the City of Banjarbaru. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of MSMEs while the independent variables include financial aspects, technical & production aspects, marketing aspects, human resources aspects, and technological competency aspects. The survey research was conducted on 106 UMKM which are under the guidance of the Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Banjarbaru. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the decline in UMKM performance that occurred in almost all UMKM in Banjarbaru was a decrease in the marketing aspect, in this case, a decrease in people's purchasing power caused by the Pandemic.

Abstract

The problem facing the Secretariat of the DPRD Tanah Bumbu Regency is that it is currently a mistake to put employees in a position that is not their expertise. The purpose of this study that the constituents did 1) To find out the strategy of promotion and rotation of work employees related to the promotion and rotation of employee work at the Secretariat of the DPRD tanah Bumbu regency. 2) To find out the right promotion and rotation strategies related to the promotion and rotation of employee work at the Secretariat of the DPRD tanah Bumbu regency. The method used in conducting this Final Task research is Descriptive, where the constituent will describe and explain the events regarding employee work placement including promotion and rotation of work in the relevant agency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The variables used in this study are free variables i.e. employee work placement and bound variables that are strategies. The data collection techniques that the constituents do are questionnaires and documentation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the placement of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRD tanah Bumbu regency can be said to be good in its application. It can be seen in the promotion of employees that employee promotion is good in its activities. Similarly, in the rotation / mutation activities of employees, as well as rotation / mutation indicators in the Secretariat of the DprD tanah Bumbu regency can be said to be good so as to realize the appropriate placement of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the organizational culture at PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara Banjarmasin and also to determine the performance characteristics of the employees working at PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara Banjarmasin. Descriptive research approach method where descriptive research is research that is used to describe or analyze a research result but is not used to make broader conclusions as the scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the social sciences, including education science. This descriptive study was chosen by the author to describe the characteristics of organizational culture and employee performance at PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara Banjarmasin. The results of this study found that the characteristics of organizational culture at PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara Banjarmasin have several points that must make adjustments and developments in order to be in accordance with the theory, while for the performance characteristics of employees at PT Mitra Lintas Nusantara Banjarmasin already meet the elements of the theory of employee performance characteristics. when compared with the results of existing questionnaires
