Abstract

Calon pengusaha merupakan bagian penting dalam mengembangkan kemandirian usaha bagi mahasiswa. Inovasi produk usaha mahasiswa merupakan kekuatan utama dalam membentuk kemampuan mengembangkan minat berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kemandirian usaha mahasiswa melalui minat berwirausaha mahasiswa ketrampilan wajib kewirausahaan Universitas Muria Kudus. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 115 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teorinya Ferdinant dan teknik probability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian usaha, serta minat berwirausaha mampu menjadi mediasi inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kemandirian usaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah mempunyai peran ganda, salah satunya adalah sebagai supervisor untuk melakukan pengawasan. Namun ada kalanya karena tumpang tindih pekerjaan mengakibatkan tugas sebagai supervisor tidak dilakukan dengan maksimal dan kontribusi kepala sekolah dipertanyakan karena adanya tugas yang sama yakni supervisi yang dilakukan oleh pengawas. Adanya fenomena tersebut maka dirumuskan permasalahan bagaimana kontribusi supervisi kepala sekolah dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa kontribusi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah khususnya dalam hal supervisi yang telah dilakukan pula oleh pengawas. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey pada 39 responden. Hasil penelitian, kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi yang cukup kuat pada upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai persentase sebesar 59%. Peran kepala sekolah diwujudkan dengan menjalankan fungsi-fungsi supervisi akademis pada sekolah untuk dapat memacu peningkatan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, namun peran tersebut masih disandingkan dengan peran lain sehingga peran sebagai supervisor belum jelas dilaksanakan dengan detail. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kepala sekolah berhasil menjalankan peran dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan subyek guru-guru di SMP 3 Bae Kecamatan Bae Kabupaten Kudus tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Waktu penelitian selama 4 bulan yaitu Oktober-November 2018 dan Februari-Maret 2019 . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik obeservasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif terhadap RPP buatan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa dengan supervisi akademik tersebut kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun RPP mengalami peningkatan dari kondisi siklus I dan siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut ditunjukkan data kualitas RPP guru sebagai berikut: kondisi siklus I: kurang: tidak ada (0%), sedang: 26 orang (76%), baik: 8 orang ( 75%); Siklus II: kurang: tidak ada (0 %), sedang: 6 orang (18 %) dan baik: 28 orang (82%). Jadi disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran bagi guru di SMP 3 Bae Kecamatan Bae Kabupaten Kudus.

Abstract

Education is a process of building human quality. Education is carried out with various educational plans, implementation of national education standards and supervision to produce evaluations. However, the implementation of academic supervision still has weaknesses, so a comparison with clinical supervision that is more focused on improvement efforts is needed. The research objective is to analyze the factual conditions of academic supervision and to compare the effectiveness of academic supervision with clinical supervision. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study, the implementation of academic supervision by forming a supervision team was not in accordance with the essence of academic supervision that was carried out to develop the ability of teachers, because there were teachers who had problems in teaching and learning process that were not getting optimal treatment. The way to increase professionalism is by clinical supervision by the principal so that it can be used to find solutions to educational problems, especially the teaching and learning process. Conclusion clinical supervision is more appropriate to be applied in schools that still have problems in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effectiveness of gabilpanet-based number line learning media to enhance elementary school students’ understanding of the concept of integer counting operations at grade IV in Kabupaten Jepara. This research was a development research using Borg & Gall model. The development steps included: 1) researching the existing products, 2) studying the literature, 3) planning the product development, 4) designing the product, 5) conducting limited trial, 6) conducting main field trial, 7) conducting operational field trial. The subjects of this study were sixth grade students at SDN 4 Tulakan, SDN 2 Bandungharjo, SDN 3 Bandungharjo, and SDN 4 Bandungharjo. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, tests, and interviews. Then, the validation results were analyzed by accumulating the scores and the statistical test of the effectiveness was carried out with SPSS version 26. Data on the effectiveness of gabilpanet-based number line learning media were analyzed through normality and homogeneity tests at a significance level of 0.05. The finding revealed that gabilpanet-based number line learning media was effective and useful to be utilized in learning activities in order to enhance studetns’ understanding of the concept of integer counting operations. Based on the data obtained, the average score of students’ learning activities was 0.76 with a percentage of 76%. Moreover, the result of students’ learning outcome based on the average score of n-Gain was 0.69 with an average pre-test score of 43.00 and the average post test 82.50.

Abstract

Penelitian yang telah diseminarkan pada Duconomics Sci-meet 2021 ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman kewirausahaan, pelatihan kewirausahaan, dan minat berwirausaha dalam meningkatkan produktivitas usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa peserta program pengembangan kewirausahaan Universitas Muria Kudus sejumlah 264 mahasiswa. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin terdiri dari 136 mahasiswa, dengan teknik sampling menggunakan proposional random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kewirausahaan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, pemahaman kewirausahaan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas usaha dan minat berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas usaha. Minat berwirausaha mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pemahaman kewirausahaan terhadap produktivitas usaha. Minat berwirausaha mempunyai pengaruh yang positif untuk menjadi intervening dalam memediasi pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap produktivitas usaha.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Describe the planning of training and supervision of training school principals on teacher competence at the Elementary Schools in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in 2020. 2) Describe the implementation of training and supervision of school principals on teacher competence in SD Negeri Jati District, Kudus Regency Tahun 2020 3) Describe the follow-up of training and supervision of school principals on the competence of teachers in SD Negeri Jati District, Kudus Regency, 2020. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, observation and literature study. The population in this study amounted to 315 samples, 74, while the data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: 1) The effect of training on the competence of elementary school teachers in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in 2020. The results of hypothesis 1 testing indicate that training has a significant effect on teacher competence where the t value is 2.134 and the probability (sig-t) is 0.002. 0.05, and t table n = 74 of 1.992, then the value of t count t table (2.134 1.993), 2) The effect of principal supervision on the competence of teachers in Public Elementary Schools, Jati District, Kudus Regency, 2020. Results of hypothesis testing 2 shows that the count is 2.462 and the probability (sig-t) is 0.002 0.05, and t table n = 74 is 1.993, then t count t table (2.462 1.993). 3) The effect of training and supervision of school principals on the competence of teachers in SD Negeri Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in 2020. The results of testing for hypothesis 3 show that the value of F count = 6.293 and probability (Sig-F) of 0.003 0.05. This shows that the probability is less than the 5% significance level (p 0.05), and the F table is 3.13. Due to the value of F count F table (6.293 3.13). This study shows that the supervision of the principal is very important in increasing the competence of teachers in schools. Therefore the principal must increase the effectiveness of his supervision so that teacher performance can increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on interest in entrepreneurship, the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on business productivity and the effect of interest in entrepreneurship on business productivity. The population in this study were 264 students participating in the entrepreneurship development program at Muria Kudus University. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula consists of 136 students, with a side technique using proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software. The results showed that understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on business productivity and interest in entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on business productivity. interest in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant influence in mediating the understanding of entrepreneurship on business productivity. Interest in entrepreneurship has a positive influence to become an intervening in mediating entrepreneurship training on business productivity
