Abstract

Online taxibike servicehas its own charm because it is a new breakthrough for current conditions that make it easy for consumers to order a vehicle. Riding a motorcycle is an activity that requires awareness against road conditions that are dynamic and can change in seconds. This study aims to determine the level of awareness of online taxibikedriver when using a GPS and non GPS. The method used in this research is the QUASA method which combines the probing method in the situational awareness process with the self rating method. The results of data processing obtained that the value of actual accuracy and perceived accuracy when online taxibikedriver uses a GPS is greater than non GPS. In addition, other results stated that the level of awareness of online taxibikedriver when using a GPS was 4.7% greater than when without non GPS.

Abstract

SME played an important role in the economic growth in Indonesia, as Yogyakarta one of it’s promising province with relied so much on tourism and art and creative business, SME has become one of the main source of income for Yogyakarta. Rejowinangun Original Leather is one of SME in Yogyakarta that creates and produces its own hand made shoes. Not only producing themselves, this SME also buy several shoes product from another province, which ironically sells better than their own. One of the main concern of the failure in sale is the poor design of the self-made shoes. If the SME cared about their own design, it could be their selling point in order to survive and even played as an one of the big player in shoes industry. This research implementing both Kansei and QFD on the design of the shoes, thus collecting what the customer needs and creating the best design for the SME. The outcome of this research is the newly designed shoes based on what the customer needs, the shoes hopefully can also be used as a new branding image for the SME.

Abstract

Goat, is one of the most consume meat in Indonesia, it provides much nutrition to the eater and highly recommended by several nutritionist. One of the most critical part in breeding goats, is feeding them, this process is one of the most time consuming and takes a lot of effort, as the food preparation requires a lot of item to mix. Breeder, nowadays mostly feed their goat with “dry food” which are mostly consist of concentrate, this process unfortunately still done manually which, not only takes time but also some chances of potential hazard because most of the concentrate are heavy and huge. This research takes place in Rejodani District in Sleman Regency thus the sample and population of the research are goat breeder around the area. Using Quality Function Deployment method, authors intended to create a new food processing tools for food preparation of the goats. Using the concept screening and selection, out of 3 proposed design, the best design is chosen, followed by validation process to the respondents of the research. The final design of the food processor is the one that could increase productivity of the breeder and less chance of hazard.

Abstract

Food Packaging plays an important role in food industry, as it is not only to protect the food within, but also as a mean of advertisement for the product, a good packaging more or less could improve the awareness of the people to buy more the product. Eggroll Sasha by Griya Produksi SME is one of its best product. Made from sweet potato, the product is known for its taste, but unfortunately the packaging does not represent the taste of the product. Using Kansei Engineering (KE), the current packaging is being redesigned in order to elevate the aesthetics and to inform the customer about the existence of the product. The respondent of this research are people who reside in 3 district around Griya Produksi’s Factory, and the one who already purchase or eaten the product. The output of this research is the brand new redesigned package for the eggroll
