Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh  antara lingkungan belajar dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap prilaku konsumsi mahasiswa STI E ‘Indonesia Pontianak. Metode pendekatan  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode  pendekatan kuantatif. Bentuk penelitian nya adalah studi hubungan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan documenter dengan alat penelitiaan berupa soal angket, soal test dan dokumen pendukung. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara lingkungan belajar dan prilaku konsumsi mahasiswa sebesar 0,413 atau 4,13% Jika dibandingkan dengan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 95% sebesar 0,220 maka r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel atau 0,413 > 0,220, terdapat pengaruh antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap prilaku konsumsi mahasiswa sebesar 0,561 atau 5,16%. Jika dibandingkan dengan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 95% sebesar 0,220 maka r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel atau 0,561 > 0,220 sedangkan terdapat pengaruh keduanya antara lingkungan belajar dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap prilaku konsumsi mahasiswa STIE ‘Indonesia sebesar sebesar 0,629 dengan kategori kuat. Jika dibandingkan dengan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 95% sebesar 0,220 maka r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel atau 0,629 > 0,220 Abstrak : This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the learning environment and socio-economic status of parents of student consumption behavior STI E ' Indonesia Pontianak . The method of approach used in this study is the quantitative approach . Her research is a form of association studies . Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and the tools penelitiaan a documentary about the questionnaire , test questions and supporting documents . In the present study shows the influence of the learning environment and student consumption behavior by 0.413 or 4.13 % if compared with the r table at the 95 % significance level of 0.220 the count r greater than r table or 0.413 > 0.220 , there is influence between status socioeconomic consumption behaviors of parents of students at 0.561 or 5.16 % . When compared with the r table at the 95% significance level of 0.220 the count r greater than r table or 0.561 > 0.220 , while there is the influence of both the learning environment and socio-economic status of parents of students STIE consumption behavior ' Indonesia was at 0.629 with category strong . When compared with the r table at the 95% significance level of 0.220 the count r greater than r table or 0.629 > 0.220 Kata Kunci : Lingkungan belajar, status sosial ekonomi, prilaku konsumsi

Abstract

This article analyzes the efforts made by the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) in realizing a landmine-free world. In particular, this article examines the role of the ICBL to establish a regime for the prohibition of landmines—known as the Ottawa Convention. The birth of the regime for the prohibition of landmines cannot be separated from the role of various parties, especially ICBL, which are the driving force of this movement. In addition, there is also support from countries, such as Canada. The ICBL continues to strive to build the regime and, to date, most of the countries in the world have already ratified the convention. Altghouh obstacles remain, ICBL and its partners continues to build a world which is free from landmines.
