Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of islamic leadership and islamic organization culture in variable through islamic work motivation to SMEs leather in Magetan.This research uses questionnaires in primary data collected and the method used is quantitative descriptive by using two independent variables islamic leadership and islamic organization culture and a dependent variable islamic work motivation. Research sampling is the employee of SMEs leather in Magetan industry area in east java, it was 110 people. Sampling collected takes in proportioned stratified random sampling because each SMEs leather will be taken a random sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by using F and T treatment as hypothesisThe results showed that simultaneous and partial Islamic leadership and Islamic organizational culture influence significant on Islamic work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the influences of product knowledge including product knowledge product knowledge as bundle of attributes, product knowledge as bundle of benefits, and product knowledge as value satisfiers towards the decision of being donors in Baitul Mall Hidayatullah Branch Kediri, especially in the middle of development of Intitution of Alms Amil (Amil Zakat) in Indonesia.This research uses quantitave descriptive approach. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling, i.e. a sampling technique which provides equal opportunity to each member of the population to be selected as sample members. The sampling is conducted by using simple random sampling. The number of samples in this research is 75 people. The technique analysis which is used is analysis of multiple linear regressions.The results of the research show that there is similarity of regression Y = 0,409 + 0,473 X1 + 0,194 X2 + 0,214 X3. Product knowledge has simultaneously influenced the decision of being donors in Baitul Mall Hidayatullah Branch Kediri with R Square 0, 594. Product knowledge including product knowledge as bundle of attributes, product knowledge as bundle of benefits, and product knowledge as value satisfiers has partially influenced the decision of being donors. The variable of product knowledge as bundle of attributes appears to be dominant in influencing the decision of being donors.Baitul Mall Hidayatullah Branch Kediri is suggested to improve the content of its bulletin. The bulletin distributed to prospective donors or donors should contain more complete, informative, and educative information since it plays quite important roles. The government is also expected to support the program of alms (zakat) centralization to be used as social importance and to reduce the poverty in Indonesia, instead of being in debt.

Abstract

This research aims to know how Islamic Pattern Behavior Consumption of Students Faculty Economics and Business University Airlangga in in Choosing Halal Food and Thayyib reviewed by level of religiosity. The method that used is qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data was collected by interviews and direct observation of the object research. The analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis that is narrating the results of interviews and direct observation. Based on the results of the study concluded that the Faculty of Economics and Business University Press Islamic behavior patterns of consumption good and there is no difference between students of each program of study. Suggestions for further research should deepen the Islamic consumption behavior of various faculties at the University of Airlangga.

Abstract

This study present to determine the management analysis of BPRS. This study was conducted at management that is different from the phenomenon that occurs in the object of research, namely PT BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The way to manage the data is done by a focused open-ended method. The analysis technique used is matchmaking of patterns by comparing empirical patterns with predicted patterns. PT BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng has carried out operational management in accordance with ISO 31000 (2009). Possible conditions, but at the time of BPRS analysis Jabal Nur did not make a list of risks in which there was a Composite Risk Index (CRI) and made a matrix. In the evaluation phase, it was found that BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng were people involved in internal processes and fraud. So far BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng has been handling various operations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, BI Rate, exchange rate, Industrial Production Index (IPI), Third Party Funds (DPK), on MSME sector financing in Islamic banking in Indonesia, both short term and long term periods from January 2014 until December 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach with Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis technique. The result showed that inflation had a significant negative effect on the short and long term on MSME sector financing, while BI Rate and DPK had a significant positive effect on MSME financing in the short and long term. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Third Party Fund Growth (DPK growth) to Return On Assets (ROA) of Islamic Rural Bank in Indonesia. All data that uses in this research contained from Sharia Banking Statistic (SPS) Bank Indonesia. This research used the quantitative approach method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this research showed that simultaneously CAR, FDR, NPF, and DPK growth had significant effect to ROA with significant value 0,000. Partially, CAR had not significant effect to ROA, but FDR, NPF, and DPK growth partially had significant effect to ROA. The ability of CAR, FDR, NPF, and DPK growth in explaining ROA ratio of 58%, and the remaining 42% was explained by other variables outside the model used in this research.

Abstract

This research attempt to analyze the effect of variable inflation, Rupiah exchange rate, and gross domestic product towards investment result of sharia life insurance in Indonesia period 2012:Q1 until 2016:Q1. This research using quantitative methods. The analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with data panel and significance level of 0,05. The approach used in this research is Random Effect Model. The result of t-test, gross domestic bruto has a significant influence to investment result of sharia life insurance with 0,0459. Inflation and Rupiah exchange rate has not significant influence to investment result of sharia life insurance. However, inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and gross domestic product simultaneously provide a significant effect to Investment result of sharia life insurance.
