Abstract

This study aimed to reveal how to develop the water cycle stage media for science learning at grade V, to analyze the feasibility of water cycle stage media developed for science learning at grade V, and to reveal the students’ response to the water cycle stage learning media. This study was conducted at SDN Teras 1. The subjects of this study were 20 students at grade V SDN Teras 1, in which 15 students were on a limited trial. This study was conducted based on Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono. This model included six stages: namely problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and product testing. The instruments in this study were questionnaire sheets which were addressed for the lecturer and students. Based on the result of data analysis, it was found that the quality of the water cycle stage media was presented in three categories. First, the feasibility of water cycle media from the media experts was categorized as very feasible with a percentage of 91.3%. Then, according to the material experts, this media was alo categorized as very feasible with a percentage of 93%. Finally, the feasibility result from education experts was also categorized as very feasible with a percentage of 93%. In addition, after conducting the trial to 15 students, the result of the students’ response to the water cycle stage media was 89%, which was also in the very feasible category.

Abstract

wisdom in Indonesian language lessons in class III elementary school and to see the feasibility of snake ladder learning media products based on local wisdom in the eyes of Indonesian language lessons in class III elementary school that is being developed worthy of expert. This study was conducted in Karang Tumaritis Elementary School with research subjects in class III with 20 students in limited trials. The type of research used in the development research (Research and Development) of Borg and Gall which issued from Sugiyono consisted of 6 stages. The instrument used was a questionnaire for expert validation and student response. The result of the shielding test by experts on the quality of the media that can be used in very large calculations is 88%. The results of the limited trial on students towards the media really correspond to the percentage of 93.33%. The results of the study can be concluded that the media developed are very effective in the process of learning Indonesian.  Keywords: snake ladder media, local wisdom, Indonesian

Abstract

:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berkarakteristik CTL dalam pembelajaran IPA materi perubahan energi kelas IV SD NEGERI MARGAGIRI 2 untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKPD berbasis CTL dalam pembelajaran IPA materi perubahan energi kelas IV SD NEGERI MARGAGIRI 2 dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD berbasis CTL dalam pembelajaran IPA materi perubahan energi kelas IV SD NEGERI MARGAGIRI 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang dimodifikasi dari Sugiyono yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, dan ujicoba produk (ujicoba terbatas).LKPD berbasis CTL ini dilakukan uji validasi ahli yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Setelah dilakukan uji validasi oleh tim ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan ujicoba produk (ujicoba terbatas) dengan subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SD NEGERI MARGAGIRI 2 dengan jumlah 17 peserta didik. Hasil uji ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis CTL ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,23% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji ahli media menunjukkan LKPD berbasis CTL ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 80% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji ahli bahasa menunjukkan LKPD berbasis CTL ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 98,33% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil ujicoba produk (ujicoba terbatas) memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,12% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis CTLyang dikembangkan pada peserta didik kelas IV SD sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) pada materi perubahan energi.

Abstract

This development research aims to develop, determine the feasibility, and determine students' responses to the development of a HOTS-based science learning implementation plan (RPP) in elementary schools using the TPACK approach on human circulatory system material. The method used is the Research and Development (RD) research method with a modified Sugiyono research and development model, namely: (1) Problem Analysis, (2) Data Collection, (3) Product Design, (4) Design Validation, (5) Revision Design, (6) Product Testing. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews in needs analysis, assessment questionnaires from several experts in the field of RPP assessment and LKPD assessment to determine product suitability, as well as class V student response questionnaires. The research results were based on the average value of the validation test results for the RPP assessment. 90.0% received the very appropriate category, and the validation test results for the LKPD assessment were 89.0% in the very appropriate category, as well as student responses with results of 86.91% in the very good category. Based on these results, the product in the form of a HOTS-Based Science Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in Elementary Schools with the TPACK Approach on Human Circulatory System Material is suitable for use in the learning process of students in class V of elementary school.
