Abstract

Human resources development of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through education and training to form a professional apparatus. In order to be able to carry out its duties and functions so that services to the community can be qualified. The importance of education and training programs in the government apparatus is realized education through school lines, both public education and vocational education. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of education level, training and motivation on improving the quality of employee services at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital Takalar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with explanatory research approach. The population in this study was employees of Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital Takalar Regency. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling distributed to 269 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis.The results of this study showed that education has an insignificant positive influence on improving the quality of service; training has a significant positive influence on improving the quality of service; motivation has a significant positive influence on improving the quality of service; training has a dominant effect on the quality of service. Different medical and non-medical sample tests of four direct variables hypothesized only significantly different medical and non-medical motivations. This shows that the better the training and motivation of employees' work, the better the quality of service.

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan sarana untuk berkomunikasi dengan sesama manusia. Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa internasional yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi antar negara dan bahasa inggris digunakan serta berkomunikasi disetiap Negara. Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris sangat diperlukan karena sekarang adalah era globalisasi yang segala sesuatuh dipermudah dengan menggunakan bahasa inggris. Sehingga diperlukan suatu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris, yaitu melalui program Teras Belajar. Teras Belajar adalah program bimbingan belajar bahasa Inggris untuk siswa. Yang tujuannya untuk menjadikan wadah baru bagi siswa agar tidak menoton pada ruang kelas dalam belajar bahasa inggris dan ini juga dapat membantu siswa/siswi yang berkekurangan dari segi finansial untuk belajar bahasa inggris maka teras belajar hadir sebagai solusi yang efesien untuk bagaimana prose pembelajaran ini bisa dinikmati oleh seluru kalangan siswa/siswa di SMA Ngerei 8 Pangkep khususnya yang tinggal di desa Bantimurung dengan memanfaatkan Teras poskoh tempat mahasiswa P2K untuk belajar bahasa inggris secara gratis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation of local taxes at the Gowa Regency Bapenda office. The technique in this study uses applied qualitative techniques. The research data was obtained by the author through interviews, observations and documentation from the research site. The results showed that the calculation of district and city taxes was very effective, judging from its development from an average value of 3 years, namely from 2019- 2021 the percentage of the results was 114.05% although the results were very effective, basically there were still some obstacles experienced by the Gowa Regency Bapenda. namely the lack of knowledge and public awareness related to tax obligations, There are still taxpayers who do not understand the importance of paying taxes and the benefits that will be felt by taxpayers directly by paying taxes. In addition, the lack of awareness and compliance of registered taxpayers in paying their tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing Assemblr Edu media on science learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMPN 2 Pattallassang, Gowa Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 31 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the implementation of Assemblr Edu media. The average pretest score increased from 65 to 88 in the posttest. In addition, students’ learning activities improved during the learning process. The findings indicate that the implementation of Assemblr Edu media had a positive effect on science learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMPN 2 Pattallassang, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This study explored the development of a principled framework for language materials development in order to align instructional resources with curriculum objectives, pedagogical principles, and learners’ needs. The problem addressed in this study was the lack of systematic guidance in designing materials that are not only linguistically accurate but also contextually relevant, engaging, and inclusive. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using document analysis of relevant literature and curriculum policy documents. The data were obtained from books, journal articles, and official guidelines related to materials development, educational theories, and the Merdeka Curriculum. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis by identifying and synthesizing key principles such as authenticity, learner engagement, scaffolding, formative assessment, cultural relevance, and technology integration. The findings indicated that a principled framework played a significant role in ensuring the effectiveness and coherence of teaching materials. The integration of theoretical foundations with curriculum requirements resulted in materials that supported learner autonomy, critical thinking, and meaningful language use. Furthermore, the study highlighted the importance of inclusivity and adaptability in diverse educational contexts. In conclusion, the developed framework provided practical guidance for educators and material developers to design effective, learner-centered, and contextually appropriate materials.
