Abstract

Corrosion is an electrochemical reaction process that is natural and takes place by itself, corrosion cannot be prevented or stopped but can only be controlled using the Electro Plating method. Electroplating is a process that produces a thin layer of metal on top of another metal surface by electrolysis or electroplating using direct current (DC) and chemical solutions (electrolytes). The process of giving this protective layer aims to protect the metal from corrosion, in this study, will make a prototype electro plating tool for small industry or Home Industry, the completeness of the components needed to make a prototype electro plating tool is an AC transformer matic 30-50 A 12V, ampere meter, volt meter, fuse and switch, then nickel solution serves to provide strength, metal resistance from rust and chrome solution serves to provide resistance to corrosion and gives a glossy white color so it looks better, to produce a strong coating. With the occurrence of the anode, cathode, and electrolyte solution which are used entirely as related to coating materials, especially metals are illustrated as, the cathode can be interpreted as the workpiece to be coated, connected to the negative pole of the electric current source and the electrolyte in the form of a solution whose molecules can be dissolved. in water and decomposes into positively or negatively charged particles and the deposition in the process is due to the presence of ions in the electrolyte and will settle on the cathode and the process of coating the metal occursPlease write your abstract in English version here.

Abstract

Kemajuan yang cepat di bidang industri adalah dikembangkannya mesin-mesin untuk kelancaran pekerjaan seperti halnya mesin-mesin yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kelancaran suatu industri seperti alat press hidrolik multifungsi. Permasalahan pada bengkel bengkel sepeda motor yaitu alat untuk membuka suatu komponen dengan alat khusus di bengkel – bengkel yang tidak mempunyai alat khusus untuk membuka dan memasang komponen. Dibutuhkan Alat press hidrolik multifungsi kapasitas 1 ton untuk mempermudah atau mempercepat pekerjaan, dari latar belakang tersebut penulis ingin merancang sebuah alat press hidrolik dengan gaya maksimal 1 ton menggunakan dongkrak hidrolik, dengan dongkrak kapasitas 1 ton tersebut sudah dapat menghasilkan tekanan yang mampu memasang komponen seperti bearing dan mampu digunakan untuk mengepres shock absorber. Berhasilnya merancang dan membuat prototipe alat press hidrolik multifungsi kapasitas 1 ton, dengan pengujian rangka menggunakan Finite Elemen Methode (FEM) didapat hasil analisis tegangan (Von Misses) 232 mpa, perpindahan (Displacement) 1, regangan (Strain) 0 dan Faktor keamanan (savety of factor) 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kantor Kelurahan Gunungpuyuh Kecamatan Gunungpuyuh Kota Sukabumi, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem kearsipan terhadap efisiensi kerja pada kantor Kelurahan Gunungpuyuh Kecamatan Gunungpuyuh Kota Sukabumi, penulis menggunakan metode penyebaran angket/kuisioner, dan penelitian lapangan atau observasi. Seadangakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah bersifat kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengadakan pengolahan dan penganalisaan data yang diperoleh, dan untuk mencari pengaruh antar setiap variabel, maka penulis menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana guna menemukan pengaruh antar masing-masing variabel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Gunungpuyuh Kecamatan Gunungpuyuh Kota Sukabumi. Adapun dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan Sampling Jenuh dengan total sampel keseluruhan 13 orang. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan korelasi hubungan antara sistem kearsipan terhadap efisiensi kerja adalah “Sangat Kuat”. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi R Square 0,986. Sebesar 98,6% variabel sistem kearsipan mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja pada kantor Kelurahan Gunungpuyuh Kecamatan Gunungpuyuh Kota Sukabumi. Sedangkan sisanya (100 – 98,6% = 1,4%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
