Abstract

Islamic education is one of the leading human empowerment, good thoughts, mental and moral, to undertake humanitarian functions performed as a form of a servant of God and also as a custodian of this universe. The definition of Islamic education is to determine the maximum of effort from the base personality of the students, as elaborated in the al-Quran and al-Sunnah. Abstract

Various measures should be considered and implemented in order to improve the quality of education . Improving the quality of education is the improvement of teaching and learning process that is dependent upon the professionalism of teachers as human resources. Speaking of professional teachers, there are still many good people among experts discussed their own education or outside education experts . Even many who tend to abuse the position of teacher , whether relating to the public interest until the very personal nature . While from the teachers themselves barely able to defend themselves . Community or parents were sometimes accused of teachers lacking professional, quality and so on , when her son was not able to resolve the problem she faced alone or have the ability that does not comply with her wishes.

Abstract

Boarding school as one of the sub-systems of education in Indonesia, has been instrumental in educating the nation and many of them gave birth to a leader who is able to counter the society, which is controversial in the religious and moral norms. The existence of a boarding school in addition to educational institutions as well as social institutions. Boarding school grow and develop together society since centuries ago, because it was the agency receives. Despite boarding implicitly connotes as traditional Islamic educational institutions, does not mean the whole boarding covered with innovation. In line with the demands of the changing times is the boarding school itself has been trying to find a new alternative to the road opening up, so it is not surprising that since a few years ago many good boarding schools who live in cities or in villages have been changing rapidly. Changes here known as renewal, not only concerning the financial matters but rather subtansional such as goals, systems, curriculum and so on.

Abstract

Education is an integral part of life and human life, as education alone is the personality of the media in fostering and developing the potential of the human being. Quality multi-dimensional human beings is determined by the educational process, the process is good and right will be significant implications for the quality of its output. Naturally because education is the most basic needs of human beings. Education shall be directed to foster a sense of awareness of divinity and humanity, so as to create a way of life and human life without oppression between human beings with one another. Understanding of the nature, character and potential that exists in humans is one of the educational efforts in shaping the human personality. This of course is done through the process of developing the full potential of human beings, both its physical potential and his spiritual potential. The main runway to realize that education is able to produce quality human, it must rely upon the essential values, which comes from the One who (value divinity) and human values.

Abstract

The decentralized system of education in this era give a chance to each school institutions to improve the quality of schools that participate in improving the quality of education responded by seeking to every teacher to be creative to improve classroom management appropriately for learning run efficiently and effectively. Arguing that the media class is meeting all the educational component as well as the cutting edge and also educational base. This class management concept seeks to provide a solution to the problem in the class, whose scope is not limited to delivery of content, but also includes some things thoroughly to organize classes include: first academic activities such as planning, implementation and assessment of learning. Both administrative activities that include activities such as procedural and organizational arrangement of the room, grouping students in the division of tasks, classroom discipline, the procurement of test, organizing classes, reporting. So the concept of classroom management is trying to empower the potential of existing classes as optimally as possible to support the process of educational interaction in achieving learning goals that are particularly effective in the material Islamic Education.

Abstract

The presence of Islamic boarding schools as an educational institution of Islam, is now increasingly in demand by many, including the upper middle class society. This proves the institution is able to provide solutions to the educational needs of their children. The challenges faced by this institution according to the observations of experts are increasingly more complex, and urgent. This is due to the progress of science and technology (Science and Technology). In the midst of the progress of science and technology that became the motor of modernization movement, today many people feel doubt about the existence of pesantren education institutions. The doubt is based on the tendency of the pesantren to be self-close to the changes around it and the stoicism in responding to the modernization effort. The development of the world has spawned a modern age advancement. The fundamental changes in the cultural structure of society often strike at various establishments. Consequently there is a necessity to hold contextualization efforts of community cultural buildings with the dynamics of modernization, not least with the pesantren education system. Therefore, the pesantren education system must make constructive efforts to remain relevant and able to survive.

Abstract

The curriculum is an important thing in the world of education, without an educational curriculum will run unbalanced. Competency-based curriculum is an effort in improving the quality of education quality, this is what causes a problem and adjustment of PAI Teachers in teaching and learning process. The existence of the optimal application is done by Islamic Religious Education Teachers by seeking various preparations, methods and other efforts as mentioned above, as well as cooperation among teachers, both Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Counseling Guidance and general teachers. Therefore, efforts are made more on the increase again that the madrasah especially Islamic Religious Education Teachers improve again its cooperation with parents and more students execute themselves with other teachers, especially Teacher Counseling to monitor the problems and development of students.

Abstract

The impact of preventing the spread of the corona virus was also felt in Tulungagung district, especially the Muhammadiyah Islamic University (STAI) Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which was an appeal to learn from home. Precisely the appeal is March 2020 the second week. So online learning must be implemented. Of course, in practice, challenges will be found in the implementation of online learning. So on this occasion the writer will analyze the challenges of online learning in the midst of the corona virus pandemic at STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. In this study the authors conclude that the challenges of online learning in the midst of the corona virus pandemic at STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung include: some lecturers lack mastery in using online learning media, in addition some lecturers and students have difficulty with internet network signals in their respective locations of residence, and also the use of internet quota more than before this online learning.
