Abstract

Business process reengineering adalah salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk memperbaiki kinerja operasional bisnis. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan distribusi adalah bagaimana menjaga komitmen yang baik kepada pelanggan dalam hal pengantaran produk yang dapat diterima tepat waktu dan dalam kondisi yang baik. Hal ini pun yang menjadi perhatian pada PT Galeri Mata Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk lensa mata. Oleh karena itu perusahaan berencana untuk melakukan tinjauan evaluasi bisnis proses yang berjalan saat ini dengan mengimplementasikan metode analisa value chain dan critical success factor (CSF). Adapun konsep business process reengineering yang akan dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil analisa perbaikan proses bisnis dan strategi perencanaan rancangan pengembangan sistem distribusi yang akan dilakukan oleh PT Galeri Mata Indonesia berbasis mobile application. Sehingga pelayanan distribusi lensa mata kepada pelanggan dapat mencapai service level agreement (SLA) yang baik, memuaskan serta meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Implementation of e-Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) in financial services industry will give influence to increase customer loyalty. One indicator of this is the development of features in the e-CRM application that make access easy for customers. However, the development of the e-CRM model is generally applied to the banking sector, while customer service needs in other financial services sectors such as insurance company are equally important. One of the main problems in life insurance companies is the measurement of claims service level agreement. In this research we intend to design an e-CRM application that can facilitate the management of complaints and claims reports in a life insurance company more effectively. The e-CRM application can also facilitate measurement of customer service staff performance in serving customers. In this research we applied the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for development e-CRM application. The results of this research are development of e-CRM application, complaint management and supporting daily operational of customer care staff in a life insurance company.

Abstract

Project Planning is an important phase in a production supply chain flow in the business. In project planning, information about the project achievement targets will be described in a series of activities and measurement of the clear target time for completion of work. If this concept of project planning can be applied in the development of micro-business sector in North Meruya Jakarta, so it will greatly assist entrepreneurs especially beginners in planning business operations in a measured and systematic manner. This will also be a solution for how the concept of electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) system can be accommodated in the micro-business sector to increase profitability and economic growth. As we understand that micro-business entrepreneurs often find it difficult to survive in the problems of production, capital and business competition. So they need to understand the right production concepts and tools such as e-SCM. Therefore, this research will try to apply the concept of project planning method with e-SCM. e-SCM system design will use the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD). The final goal of the research is to provide solutions for changing the concept of production management for micro-business entrepreneurs in Meruya Utara Jakarta.

Abstract

Promosi Karyawan merupakan proses peningkatan pergerakan karir karena perpindahan posisi dari level posisi yang lebih rendah ke level posisi yang lebih tinggi. Dalam mengelola karir karyawan dan perusahaan sama – sama berperan dalam hal tersebut. Karyawan bertanggung jawab merencanakan karir dan meningkatkan kompetensi untuk mendukung perencanaan karirnya, sementara perusahaan bertanggung jawab menyediakan sistem pendukung untuk pengembangan kompetensi karyawan, infrastruktur dan informasi yang diperlukan untuk pergerakan karir karyawan sehingga kebutuhan karyawan serta kebutuhan Perusahaan berjalan selaras dan seimbang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang Sistem informasi pengelolaan karir untuk promosi yang “Jelas & Pasti” yaitu pengelolaan karir untuk promosi seluruh karyawan di perusahaan jelas karena dilakukan berdasarkan sistem dan pasti karena setiap data karyawan terdeteksi oleh sistem sehingga pengambilan keputusan promosi harus didasarkan kesamaan kesempatan (Equal Opportunity) dengan mengacu pada kriteria yang jelas, terukur, dan penilaian yang objektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan sampai tahapan design.

Abstract

Web Canva technology as a marketing tool is expected to help the PKK Movement Team draw up exciting and professional marketing materials. Socialization is carried out through interactive training, group discussion, and the creation of examples of marketing materials using Canva. Expected with this socialization and learning, the performance of the PKK Movement Team can be enhanced in achieving more effective and efficient marketing goals. Other benefits obtained from the results of socialization and training Web Canva to the PKK Team of The Northern Meruya are to help design the making of logos, posters, packaging design, to promo discount products, media video design digital-based learning as well as make presentation slides more interesting and interactive to give an explanation for the PKK team cadres about the performance realization of the already running PKK Team that can be presented more interesting through the digital template. The final result of the implementation of this PkM activity is the presence of digital transformation and the use of the internet in a healthy way in improving the quality of IPTEK-conscious society in the Meruya Northern Environment. In addition, the activities of dedication to the community are expected to provide significant benefits for the Northern Meruya Foundation, in particular for the PKK Movement Team in optimizing marketing strategies through the use of Web Canva technology. In addition, it is also expected to be an inspiration and example for other regions in increasing the use of information technology in the development of marketing for society.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 menciptakan berbagai perubahan di sejumlah sektor dalam skala negara hingga rumah tangga. Terganggunya perekonomian rumah tangga juga menyebabkan gangguan sosial dan kesehatan terhadap anggota keluarga seperti ibu dan anak dalam rumah tangga. Pada masyarakat kelompok pra sejahtera, pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan potensi kerawanan pangan terhadap anak meningkat. Selain itu para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada sektor industri rumahan juga mengalami dampak negatif dari keberlangsungan pandemi Covid-19 dalam dua tahun terakhir. Terjadi penurunan drastis omset dan kesulitan dalam pemasaran produk. Padahal pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara ini banyak dilakukan oleh para ibu rumah tangga yang merupakan komponen penggerak ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini mengangkat tema mengenai strategi pemanfaatan sosial media dalam pemasaran produk UMKM kepada Tim Kader Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Kelurahan Meruya Utara. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah agar para Tim Kader Penggerak PKK di Kelurahan Meruya Utara nantinya setelah mengikuti kegiatan PkM ini dapat mensosialisasikan kepada para pelaku UMKM rumah tangga di Wilayah Meruya Utara Kembangan Jakarta Barat agar dapat memaksimalkan promosi produk dengan sosial media yang digunakan serta kegiatan ini bertujuan menjadi salah satu upaya pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan pendayagunaan IPTEK secara optimal.

Abstract

Beautiful, comfortable, safe, and affordable tourist attractions are every tourist's dream. Meanwhile, tourism in developing countries, the authenticity and uniqueness of nature and culture are the main attractions for tourists. The lack of accurate information that can accommodate tourist locations, local culture, unique tourism, transportation, and accommodation of a tourist attraction for developing countries is an obstacle to the success of tourist visits. The role of technology and society can help the concept of smart tourism governance for developing countries. Therefore, a framework model is needed that can explore the advantages of tourism in developing countries. The success of Smart Tourism cannot be separated from the development of the application architecture that is used as the basis for developing the Smart Tourism system application. So, the purpose of this study is to create an informative, accurate, safe, and easy smart tourism application architecture. This study uses a qualitative method, namely with literature studies and in-depth interviews were also conducted with tourism and informatics experts. The Mc Farlan Matrix used in the Ward and Peppard method and the TOGAF framework are used in the formation of smart tourism applications. The results of this study are The results of this study are in the form of an application architecture that focuses on stakeholder interests in the form of Smart Tourism Service Application Architecture for various Stakeholders which is an integration of smart tourism organization, smart destination, smart service, smart decision, smart share, smart experience, smart recommendation.
