Abstract

The use of public wireless networks and not integrated between tourist destinations is an obstacle for visitors when moving to other tourist destinations. This is an obstacle to internet access in the tourism era 4.0. To overcome this, smart wifi is needed. Smart wifi is an integrated internet network access among other tourist destinations so as to expand the connectivity and interaction of tourist visitors. This study used the NDLC method. The result of this research was the design of smart wifi which was built on a wireless network with captive portal technology and barcode scanning. Smart wifi contributes to the development of digitalization in smart tourism, making it easier for visitors to get internet access in various tourist destinations.

Abstract

Abstrak Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dan pemulihannya, kegiatan belajar mengajar belum sepenuhnya berjalan normal. Siswa masih diharuskan untuk lebih banyak belajar dari rumah secara online dan mandiri. Untuk itu pemerintah melalui kemdikbud telah menyediakan portal pembelajaran yang menyediakan bahan belajar serta fasilitas komunikasi pendukung interaksi belajar siswa dengan media online maupun komunitas di dunia maya. “Rumah Belajar” hadir sebagai bentuk inovasi pembelajaran di era kemajuan industri 4.0 dan pandemi COVID yang berkepanjangan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh siswa dan guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), Sekolah Dasar (SD), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), Sekolah Menengah Atas/Kejuruan (SMA/SMK) sederajat. Dengan menggunakan Rumah Belajar, kita dapat belajar di mana saja, kapan saja dengan siapa saja. Seluruh konten yang ada di Rumah Belajar dapat diakses dan dimanfaatkan secara gratis. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi mengenai portal Rumah Belajar dari kemdikbud kepada ibu-ibu PKK warga Meruya Utara untuk memotivasi putra/putri mereka ketika belajar di rumah. Hasil dari sosialisasi Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah portal tersebut diperkenalkan dan dieksplorasi maka nilai prosentasi pemahaman dan penggunaan portal “Rumah Belajar” semakin menigkat.

Abstract

There are several methods that can be used in evaluating the management of IT Governance in a business organization. Some of them are able to use the IT Balanced Scorecard and COBIT 5.0 framework. The Information Technology Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives, including corporate contribution, customer orientation, operational excellence and future orientation. With the implementation of the IT Balance Scorecard, the performance of business organizations such as life insurance companies is not only measured by the financial benefits, as has often been done, but also considers internal processes. In addition, the implementation of the COBIT 5.0 framework provides a comprehensive framework that helps companies achieve their goals for IT Governance. The purpose of the results of this study is a strategic recommendation for companies to be able to provide improvements in the governance and management environment of information technology in the company as one of the enablers in achieving business goals during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the IT governance design are in the form of a roadmap for the implementation of IT governance along with recommendations for 25 COBIT 5 processes which are the evaluation points based on the prioritization of the combination of impact and urgency.

Abstract

Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (Ubhara Jaya) merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta dibawah pembinaan Yayasan Brata. Untuk mendukung visi dan misi Ubhara Jaya maka perbaikan kinerja dosen menjadi hal penting untuk ditingkatkan dalam upayapeningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Sebagai pembanding atas keefektifitasan kinerja dosen maka dilakukan penelitian tentang perbandingan efektifitas kinerja dosen antara sistem konvensional dan sistem cerdas berbasis fuzzy logic. Sebelum perbandinganefektifitas dilakukan maka dibuatlah terlebih dahulu sistem cerdas berbasis fuzzy logic untuk mengukur kinerja dosen yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai perbandingan dengan penilaian kinerja dosen yang sudah ada. Output yang dihasilkan dari proses fuzzification kemudian masuk ke tahap inference dengan mempergunakan metode Simple AdditiveWeighting. Output dari proses inference yang merupakan hasil dari penjumlahan terbobot dilanjutkan dengan proses defuzzification yang berfungsi mengubah fuzzy output menjadi nilai crisp. Hasil dari proses defuzzification merupakan output yang akan menjadi nilai akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan kuesioner sedangkan untukmenganalisa perbandingan dengan sistem konvensional yang saat ini berjalan maka dibuatlah sistem cerdas berbasis fuzzy logic sebagai sistem yang di harapkan dapat memperbaiki penilaian terhadap kinerja dosen yang sudah ada. Populasi penelitian iniadalah dosen tetap Ubhara Jaya, sedangkan penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan random sampling pada dosen Ubhara yang aktif.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic over the past few years has made the tourism world slump, and Indonesia is no exception. However, this creates a potential use of IT not only for managing tourism activities but also for managing risks and conflicts that arise due to pandemics or others. The existence of various integrated managements on the economic, socio-cultural, and ecological dimensions can create tourism sustainability that is supported by technological advances. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive and integrated model of sustainable tourism activities supported by the use of IS/IT infrastructure. The methods used in the formation of this model are Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) and smart thinking. From ISM, four key components are produced, namely innovation, local wisdom, local residents resources, and revitalization of tourist destinations due to disasters. The results of this study are in the form of a smart tourism sustainability model in Indonesia which is supported by an integrated application derived from the four key components

Abstract

Terdapat risiko saat penggunaan TI yang dapat mengakibatkan proses bisnis menjadi kurang optimal. Hal ini menyebabkan kerugian finansial dan berbagai kejadian lain yang dapat merugikan perusahaan, tidak terkecuali PT. XYZ. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, setiap organisasi atau perusahaan harus memiliki manajemen risiko di bidangnya. Manajemen risiko yang tepat dalam teknologi informasi diperlukan untuk mengurangi risiko seperti adanya kendala pada aplikasi atau infrastruktur, penyalahgunaan akses aplikasi, data, dan infrastruktur, kehilangan atau rusaknya data dan informasi, serta yang lainnya. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini melakukan analisis manajemen risiko TI di PT. XYZ menggunakan framework COBIT 5 menggunakan domain APO (Align, Plan, Organize)12. Hasilnya menunjukkan risiko yang mungkin berbahaya serta menawarkan penyelesaian akan mengurangi kemungkinan kerugian. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi tingkat kemampuan manajemen TI proses APO12 menunjukkan bahwa kondisi saat ini (As Is) dalam manajemen risiko berada di level 4 (Predictable Process). Sementara itu, tingkat kemampuan kondisi yang diharapkan (To Be) dalam mengelola risiko TI adalah pada level 5 (Optimizing Process).

Abstract

The client from the TRIAS project is facing issues with a decrease in production quality or defective products. They require a monitoring system for temperature and humidity in the production area, providing real-time notifications in case of any anomalies in temperature and humidity. However, the project has a limited budget, which poses a challenge for the contractor in developing a monitoring system that tracks temperature and humidity changes using temperature and humidity sensors as the data source. It should also provide alarms if the temperature and humidity values exceed the standard values for the room. Additionally, the pricing offer should be adjusted using information technology. The research methodology used in this study includes qualitative methods such as observation, literature review, and interviews to gather data on the mentioned issues. The SWOT method is used to analyze business process problems, while the Waterfall method is employed for system development. Based on the research findings, the researcher concludes that this project requires cost reduction in material usage and also needs a data visualization application for the mentioned sensors. The visualization application system utilizes Grafana as the frontend, chosen for its high flexibility in processing. The temperature and humidity data obtained from the sensors will be recorded by Node-Red as the backend and synchronized on the server. The data stored on the server will be saved in a MySQL database. The data from the database will be synchronized with Grafana for processing and visualization, presenting the data in easily understandable graphical forms.

Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia terus meningkat secara kuantitas meski tidak selalu dalam kualitas, padahal Pemerintah mengharapkan UMKM naik kelas. Salah satu yang merupakan kendala stagnannya UMKM dan terkadang gulung tikar adalah ketidakmampuan UMKM dalam menganalisis kinerja usahanya dan tidak memiliki target di masa mendatang. Laporan keuangan dapat membantu UMKM dalam menganalisis kinerja masa lalu dan target masa mendatang, namun banyak kendala dihadapi UMKM dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan Kemandirian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi penyusunan Laporan Keuangan menggunakan SIAPIK yang dicetuskan Bank Indonesia, serta praktik dan studi kasus penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana berdasarkan SAK EMKM. Berdasarkan Pretest dan Posttest yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Jakarta Barat dengan 100% menyatakan kebermanfaatan pelatihan SIAPIK serta bersedia untuk menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK pada penyusunan laporan keuangan usaha. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan UMKM bertambah sadar akan manfaat laporan keuangan bagi keberlangsungan bisnis.

Abstract

The clients of the TRIAS smart industry project are facing issues with a decline in the quality of their production output. They require a monitoring system capable of tracking temperature and humidity levels in the production area and providing real-time alarm notifications for both parameters. This poses a challenge for the contractors to develop a monitoring system for temperature and humidity changes using temperature and humidity sensors as the data source. The system should display the data and issue alerts while also reducing material costs. The research methodology used in this study includes qualitative methods, literature review, and the SDLC-Waterfall method. The research outcome is the development of a data visualization application for the sensors, which utilizes Grafana as the visualization tool. The temperature and humidity data collected by the sensors are recorded using Node-Red and synchronized to the server. This data is stored in a MySQL database within the server. The data from the database is then synchronized with Grafana to be processed and visualized in the form of easily understandable graphs, with the aim of reducing material costs.Keywords: Grafana; IoT; Monitoring; Node-Red; Temperature and Humidity AbstrakKlien dari project TRIAS smart industry memiliki permasalahan pada hasil produksi yang mengalami penurunan kualitas, mereka membutuhkan sistem monitoring yang bisa memantau Suhu dan Kelembaban pada ruangan produksi, dan memberikan alarm notifikasi suhu dan kelembaban pada ruangan produksi secara realtime. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi kontraktor untuk membuat sistem monitoring perubahan suhu dan kelembaban menggunakan alat sensor suhu dan kelembaban sebagai data yang akan ditampilkan dan memberikan peringatan dan melakukan pengurangan biaya pada material. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, studi literatur, dan metode SDLC-Waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini membuat sistem aplikasi visualisasi data dari sensor, aplikasi visualisasi tersebut menggunakan Grafana. Data didapat dari sensor suhu dan kelembaban dicatat oleh Node-Red dan disinkronisasi pada Server. Data yang berada di dalam Server, disimpan pada database Mysql. Data dari database, disinkronisasi dengan Grafana untuk diproses dan divisualisasikan untuk menampilkan data berbentuk grafik yang mudah dipahami dengan memangkas biaya material.Kata kunci: Grafana; IoT; Monitoring; Node-Red; Suhu dan Kelembaban.

Abstract

Beautiful, comfortable, safe, and affordable tourist attractions are every tourist's dream. Meanwhile, tourism in developing countries, the authenticity and uniqueness of nature and culture are the main attractions for tourists. The lack of accurate information that can accommodate tourist locations, local culture, unique tourism, transportation, and accommodation of a tourist attraction for developing countries is an obstacle to the success of tourist visits. The role of technology and society can help the concept of smart tourism governance for developing countries. Therefore, a framework model is needed that can explore the advantages of tourism in developing countries. The success of Smart Tourism cannot be separated from the development of the application architecture that is used as the basis for developing the Smart Tourism system application. So, the purpose of this study is to create an informative, accurate, safe, and easy smart tourism application architecture. This study uses a qualitative method, namely with literature studies and in-depth interviews were also conducted with tourism and informatics experts. The Mc Farlan Matrix used in the Ward and Peppard method and the TOGAF framework are used in the formation of smart tourism applications. The results of this study are The results of this study are in the form of an application architecture that focuses on stakeholder interests in the form of Smart Tourism Service Application Architecture for various Stakeholders which is an integration of smart tourism organization, smart destination, smart service, smart decision, smart share, smart experience, smart recommendation.
