Abstract

Penggunaan zat aditif pada makanan yang tidak bijaksana dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, antara lain alergi, radang tenggorokan, keracunan, kelainan pertumbuhan, bahkan dapat menimbulkan kematian. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari pemakaian zat aditif makanan perlu mendapat perhatian dari insan akademis dari perguruan tinggi untuk menyampaikan penyuluhan mengenai pengenalan zat aditif pada makanan dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan terutama pada siswa dan siswi SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing Muara Enim Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan ini secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan berjalan baik dan berhasil, dilihat dari antusias siswa-siswa dalam memberikan pertanyaan, ketercapaian target jumlah peserta penyuluhan (100%), dan kemampuan siswa-siswi dalam menjawab dengan benar lembar pertanyaan (86,6%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif kepada siswa-siswi dalam memberikan informasi dan menumbuhkan kesadaran mengenai dampak negatif dari mengkonsumsi makanan atau jajanan di sekolah yang mengandung zat aditif makanan.Kata kunci: Zat Aditif; Makanan; Dampak Kesehatan.AbstractThe use of additives in foods that are not wise can cause various health problems, including allergies, strep throat, poisoning, growth abnormalities, can even cause death. In connection with this, to reduce the negative impacts arising from the use of food additives need attention from academic people from universities to delivered counseling about the introduction of additives in food and their impact on health, especially for students of SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing Muara Enim, South Sumatra Province. This activity as a whole can be said to work well and successfully, seen from the enthusiasm of students in giving questions, the target number of extension participants (100%), and the ability of students to correctly answer the question sheets (86.6%). This shows that the existence of this activity has a positive impact on students in providing information and raising awareness about negative effects of consuming food or snacks in schools that contain food additives.Keywords: Additives; Food; Health Effects.

Abstract

Sistematika tumbuhan merupakan suatu bidang studi yang luas yang mencakup keanekaragaman, identitifikasi, penamaan, klasifikasi, dan evolusi tumbuhan. Istilah lain untuk sistematika tumbuhan adalah taksonomi tumbuhan, oleh karena itu beberapa ilmuwan menyatakan bahwa sistematika tumbuhan dan taksonomi tumbuhan merupakan sinonim. Taksonomi tumbuhan merupakan teori dari klasifikasi tumbuhan. Jadi dengan demikian taksonomi merupakan bagian dari sistematika tumbuhan, yang mencakup prinsip, prosedur, peraturan, dan dasar dari klasifikasi tumbuhan. Tujuan mempelajari taksonomi tumbuhan adalah menginventarisasi tumbuhan yang ada di dunia, memberikan metode untuk identifikasi dan komunikasi, menghasilkan sistem klasifikasi yang terpadu dan universal, memberikan nama ilmiah dalam bahasa latin untuk setiap kelompok tumbuhan yang ada di bumi, baik yang masih hidup maupun yang sudah fosil dan menunjukkan implikasi evolusi dari keanekaragaman tumbuhan. Metode pelaksanaan melalui kegiata penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang dapat diwujudkan dalam satu kegiatan inti yaitu membuat herbarium. Sehingga, di era pandemi Covid-19 ini, herbarium dapat dijadikan sebagai media entrepreneur.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is prone to disasters. Based on BNPB data, from 2018 to 2019 there were 3,999 disasters. The total potential area of ​​flood hazard in South Sumatra Province as a whole is 6,476,932.00 Ha and is in the High class. The extent of flood hazards is broken down into 3 hazard classes. In reality, the survey results show that knowledge of disasters in Indonesia is still not accessible to the general public. There is a gap between disaster knowledge and existing knowledge at the community level. This is proven by the community's lack of responsiveness in protecting the surrounding environment, their lack of response to natural phenomena and their tendency to wait for the government to handle disasters. The success of this strategy is expected to increase public awareness of disasters so that they actively participate in flood prevention. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results show that children who have environmental awareness in Plaju District are only around 50.57%. The value of children's environmental awareness based on the results of the questionnaire is still low, namely 49.86%. And from the survey results, the government must raise environmental awareness among the people of Plaju sub-district, which must be done by the government, the managers (RT/RW), one of which is the need for support and motivation from related parties such as the government in the form of counseling and providing capital to encourage its citizens to process waste into something useful. useful so that it can convince residents by creating jobs and minimizing waste.

Abstract

Climate change affects agriculture through its impact on plant growth, development and yield. Research on indications of climate change and its impact on rice production in Indonesia in South Sumatra This research aims to examine climate change and its impacts on rice production in Indonesia. This study uses data from temperature, bulk rain, agroclimate, and rice production as well as socio-economic data. Methodology This research is an explanatory descriptive study using the concept of risk assessment where risk (risk) is a function of danger (hazard) and vulnerability (vulnerability). Study results shows that in Indonesia there has been climate change with indications of increasing temperature, changes in rainfall patterns, changes in hitergraphs, and changes in Oldeman classification.
