Abstract

"The implementation of the Primary School Curriculum 2013 is done through partial learning towards an integrated learning, with a thematic approach-integrated from Class I to Class VI" (Permendikbud No. 65 and 67 in 2013). Integrated Thematic learning is implemented using the principles of integrated learning. The integration of the thematic order competency materials related to one another, so as to be mutually reinforcing, avoid overlapping and maintain alignment of learning (interdisciplinary) and contextual (transdisciplinary). Integrated thematic learning relevant to accommodate differences in qualitative learning environment, and is expected to inspire learners to acquire learning experience. Integrated thematic learning has a qualitatively different with other learning model, because it guides learners achieve higher levels of thinking to optimize multiple thinking skills, an innovative process for the development dimension of attitudes, skills and knowledge. However, the tendency has been teaching in elementary schools put more emphasis on (LOTS) Lower Order Thingking Skills are only able to answer factual questions which alternative is only one answer and the answer is usually something that can be found directly in the book or memorizing. Low-level thinking skills is the medium of higher thinking skills. That is why learning patterns that need to be initiated HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). These skills need to be trained since elementary school age to make students familiar with the way of thinking that would be a high level of capital in the next education level. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of available mathematics teaching materials that are attractive and in accordance with the characteristics of primary school students. In addition, students' mathematical understanding is still low regarding the Geometry material. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to develop rainbow book teaching materials and to analyze the impact of using these teaching materials on mathematical understanding of students. This research is a development research using the 4D model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. At the disseminate stage, an analysis of the impact of using teaching materials on student understanding is carried out. The instruments used were questionnaires and tests, questionnaires were used to assess the appropriateness of teaching materials both in terms of content and media. While the test is used to see students' mathematical understanding. Based on the results of the development, it was found that the rainbow book teaching material was feasible based on the content and media expert's assessment. The assessment of the two experts shows that the rainbow book can be used as teaching material in geometry materials for primary school students. In addition, based on the results of user responses, students stated that students showed good responses to learning using the rainbow book. The results of the comprehension test showed that the remainder after learning to use the rainbow book obtained an understanding score of 83.75 with a very good achievement category. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Rainbow Book, Student Understandig

Abstract

Abstrak. Pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SD sering dianggap sebagai pelajaran yang membosankan karena terkesan hanya mengcatat materi dan  jarang dipraktikkan. Keluhan tentang prestasi belajar khususnya mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai kelalaian guru pada sekolah yang bersangkutan. Namun hal ini harus dikembalikan lagi pada kembiasaan membaca siswa, sehingga menarik peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Pengaruh Kebiasaan Membaca Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Bahasa Indonessia Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Kubanglaban. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Kubanglaban Kabupaten Serang dengan 30 siswa.  Metode yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan 3 teknik penelitian, yaitu Teknik angket dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data tentang kebiasaan membaca, tek tes untuk mengukur kemampuan dan prestasi siswa dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, dan teknik analisis data dimaksudkan untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel kebiasaan membaca terhadap prestasi siswa SDN Kubanglaban. Hasil angket menunjukan tingkat kebiasaan membaca mencapaian sebesar 67 % dari 30 siswa. Tingkat pencapaian 90 % diperoleh dari skor prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia setelah diadakan tes, dengan nilai terendah 80 dan tertinggi 89. Hasil analisis data dari korelasi kebiasaan membaca terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN Kubanglaban memperoleh angka sebesar 0,641. Korelasi tersebut termasuk  ke dalam korelasi tinggi. Sekitar 41% prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan membaca. Hal ini menunjukan bahawa  kebiasaan membaca amatlah penting dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar khususnya pada siswa kelas V SDN Kubanglaban.Kata Kunci : kebiasaan membaca, prestasi belajar Abstract. Indonesian Language Lesson in Elementary School is often regarded as a tedious lesson because it seems to only record material and is rarely practiced. Complaints about the achievement of learning, especially Indonesian subjects, can not be said as negligence of teachers at the school concerned. But this should be restored again on the habits of reading students, thus attracting researchers to conduct research on the Influence of Reading Habits of Learning Achievement of Language Indonessia In Students Class V SDN Kubanglaban. The sample of this research is the students of grade V SDN Kubanglaban Serang with 30 students. The method used is correlation with 3 research techniques, namely questionnaire technique is intended to obtain data about reading habits, test techniques to measure the ability and achievement of students in Indonesian subjects, and data analysis techniques intended to measure the influence of reading habit variable on student achievement SDN Kubanglaban. The questionnaire results show the reading habit reached 67% of 30 students. 90% achievement level is obtained from the score of learning achievement of Indonesian language after the test, with the lowest score 80 and the highest 89. The results of data analysis of the correlation of reading habits on student achievement class V SDN Kubanglaban get the number of 0.641. The correlation is included in the high correlation. About 41% of learning achievement is influenced by reading habits. This shows that reading habit is very important in an effort to improve learning achievement, especially in grade V SDN Kubanglaban.Keywords: reading habit, learning achievement

Abstract

Indigenous School Education Officer for Civil-directed, School Opleiding voor Inlandsche Ambtenaren (OSVIA) in Serang Banten years 1900-1927. This research is based on a system of government that the Dutch East Indies in the program directed by the Government is required to be able to perform administrative tasks in the province but because of the high officials who have to come from the Netherlands to the Dutch government established a school to meet educational officials natives in the province. The purpose of this thesis writers to learn the system of government in the province with the native elite-modern with the traditional school as a condition for becoming a regent. The method that I use the method of Historical done through several stages, namely: (1) Heuristics, (2) criticism, (3) interpretation, (4) Historiography. While the techniques used to obtain data through library research by studying and analyzing various resource books, newspapers, interviews and archival materials related to the issues discussed. The results reveal that the purpose of recruitment administration in Banten just to get the officer natives are very cheap and the Dutch government considers important role for indigenous political elite bureaucracy native is an intermediary between the government and the people using its traditional authority. So the Dutch government established a school to become an administrative officer at the school named Banten OSVIA. After the establishment of the school in Serang Banten OSVIA traditional governance with the pedigree of the king replaced by a modern system which breeds not be the main requirement to be governor, but education has to be provided to the regents, in which a minimum standard of education graduates OSVIA and able to speak Dutch. Thus the author can give lessons to the community and fellow students with thesis title so that I can learn a transitional government would be traditional-modern in Banten after the arrival of the Dutch.

Abstract

This research was aimed at increasing basic mathematics ability in numeral operation aspect of students level B at Sejahtera I Kindergarten in Panggarangan using manipulative media. It was carried out in April to May 2017. Action research of Kemmis and Taggart (tahun) was used as the method of the research. It applied two cycles with 12 meetings. The cycles consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of the research were 13 kindergarten level B students of Sejahtera I Panggarangan. The data gained were assessment results of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, fieldnote, interview, and documentation. Emills standard was used to analyze the data percentage, that the average increase of basic mathematics ability in numeral operation aspect reached 71%. The result of the research showed that there was an increase in basic mathematics ability using manipulative media. It was proven by the increase of the students' average assessment results. In cycle I the students' average score was 27,7, in cycle II it was 32,2. It means that there was an increase of 4,5 in the average score, from 76,9% in cycle I to 89,5% in cycle II. The implication of this study indicated that the use of manipulative media to teach basic mathematics in numeral operation brought about good result. In the learning process, the students became more active and creative. They found it easier to learning some mathematics concepts. In teaching mathematics concepts, manipulative media helped ease the teacher in explaining the concepts.

Abstract

Based on the results obtained from the first cycle to the second cycle, it can be concluded that the use ofimage media can improve the learning outcomes of IPS students in grade III A MIN 4 Serang, the districtof Pamarayan district, attack. Images of media used in this study are images of natural and artificialenvironments. In the learning process the image media is used in the initial activities, core activities andfinal activities in the first cycle, the use of picture media in social studies can improve student learningoutcomes from the class average value of 65.76 to 71.92 and if using the KKM achievement value this hasreached KKM. Then in the second cycle, the average value of students increased again to 76.90. Thisvalue has reached KKM and has reached a target where more than 75% of students get scores of morethan 70.00. Observation results of student tolerance, from cycle I to cycle II improve gravity. This isevidenced by the increased activity of students. From this description, it can be concluded that thelearning outcomes and activeness of class III MIN 4 attacks increased by using media images on socialstudies subjects. With media images students are increasingly eager to learn greetings in class. Keywords: The Use of Media Images, Result Learning Social Science AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua, dapat disimpulkan bahwapenggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bagi siswa di kelas III A MIN 4 Serang,kabupaten Pamarayan, serangan. Gambar media adalah gambar lingkungan alami dan buatan. Dalamproses pembelajaran, media gambar dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa. Hasilbelajar siswa dari nilai rata-rata kelas 65,76 hingga 71,92 dan jika menggunakan nilai prestasi KKM telahmencapai KKM. Kemudian pada siklus kedua, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat lagi menjadi 76,90. Nilaiini telah mencapai KKM dan telah mencapai target di mana lebih dari 75% siswa mendapat skor lebihdari 70,00. Hasil pengamatan toleransi siswa, dari siklus I ke siklus II meningkatkan gravitasi. Inidibuktikan dengan meningkatnya aktivitas siswa. Dari uraian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dankegiatan pembelajaran telah ditingkatkan oleh gambar media pada mata pelajaran IPS. Dengan gambarmedia, siswa semakin bersemangat untuk belajar salam di kelas. Kata kunci: Penggunaan Media Gambar, Hasil Belajar IPS

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pambelajaran dan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VI SD di kota Rangkasbitung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu atau quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Seluruh analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 20 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berpengaruh 68,50% terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VI SD di kota Rangkasbitung. Model pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD di kota Rangkasbitung. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Berpikir Kritis, Hasil Belajar
