ABSTRACT One of the successes of development in the health sector is growing Life expectancy (UHH) which is a leading indicator of the health of public health. To achieve health care efforts at the community level that The Integrated Service for old-agers. This research is an analytic survey with cross sectional study design, which is to portray how the relationship behavior of elderly and family support for the the service for old-agers utilization. The population of this study were all elderly aged ≥60 years with as many as 1420 people in the work area Darussalam health center with a simple random sampling as many as 96 person. The data used are primary through interviews and secondary data, the data were analyzed using chi-square test. The results showed that there was relation between knowledge with the use of the service for old-agers ((p)=0.001), there was relation between attitude with the use of the service for old-agers ((p)=0.001), there was relation a family support is informational support the family ((p)=0.001), support a family assessment ((p)=0.001), family instrumental support ((p)=0.003) and emotional support to the family ((p)=0.001) with the use of the service for old-agers. For agencies, health center and village are advised to increase outreach to the elderly and elderly families (General Discussion Elderly/BKL) involves a variety of activities and objectives are implemented the service for old-agers the health centers health center so hopefully would utilize the service for old-agers elderly. ABSTRACT The searching process for medical care or treatment is a process that can not be separated from human’s life because every people in their lives is never detached from disease problem. Four medication pattern that developed in Desa Patumbak Kampung is by self medication healing to the disease suffered, by using the traditional medication, by using modern medication, and the fusion between traditional and modern medication. The purpose of this research is to describe behaviour of medication in Dusun VI Desa Patumbak Kampung. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative methodology approach. The result is analyzed descriptively and quantitatively, and presented in percentage amount. The respondence that have been interviewed are 81 respondences. Data collected by questionnaire module, as a guide of inquiry during the interview. The results of this research shows, most of the respondence by the age 18-40 years old, is about 53,1%. The majority of unemployed respondence is about 61,7%. Respondence’s education is include in the mediocre level is 71,6%. The respondence’s average earning that > Rp 1.201.000,- is about 71,6%. Public Health officer is include in the low category as much as 72,8%. Famili support is included in the mediocre category by 56,8%. Print/electronic media is included in the high category by 37%. The knowledge level of the repondence is in mediocre level, at 60 respondences(74,1%). The respondence’s behavior is in the mediocre level, as much as 51 respondences (63%). And for the respondence’s action is in the low level, as much as 44 respondences (54,3%). Based on the research, it is recommended for Patumbak Public Health Service ( Puskesmas Patumbak) to be more sensitive and serious in order to minimalize the obstacle such as the officer’s behavior that still not optimal( less action) in giving the medication service or socializing the health information.

ABSTRACTJampersal program was started on June 2011 in Deliserdang regency. However,the program has not well-done in all districts including in Namorambe district. It can beseen that some people do not know the Jampersal program from the government.The objective of this program is to know the behavior of the people to the use ofJampersal Program as the place for delivery in Community Health Service in Namorambe,Deliserdang regency. This research used Cross Sectional design. The population was allmothers who delivered in 2012 and resided in working area in Community Health Servicein Namorambe, Deliserdang regency for 812 mothers. The sample was for 87 mothers.The data of age, education, occupation, income, knowledge, attitude and action weretaken through interview using questionnaire. The collected data was analyzeddescriptively and presented in the table frequency distribution.The result of research showed that mostly of the respondents were dominated byage ³ 29 years old (54.7%). Seen from the background of education, it was dominated bymedium education (74.4%). Based on type of occupation, it was dominated by farmers for46.5% and with highest income 55.8%. Mostly of the respondents had low knowledge(57.0%), medium attitude (51,2%) and low action (52.3%). 38.4% checked theirpregnancy using Jampersal for 38.4% and delivered using Jampersal for 38.4% and usingJampersal as postpartum service for 38.4% and 36,0% of the mothers followed FamilyPlanning Program after postpartum.It is suggested for Community Health Service in Namorambe, Deliserdang regencyand village government officers to give information about Jampersal Program routinelyand wholly to the people in Integrated Health Service or in mothers religion groups.Key words: Behavior, Use, Jampersal

Interpersonal communication is communication between two people face to face, which allows any other person reaction catch participants directly, either in verbal or nonverbal. Interpersonal communication is only consistedof two people, such us the patient and nurse, the husband and wife, teacher and student and etc. So that communicator can see the reaction given by komunikan. But the real practice interpersonal communication is often overlooked because of time belonging to the health worker. Treatment Compliance is a complete regularly and complete treatment without interrupted for at least 6 months up to 8 months. With good interpersonal communication built up between the health worker and the patients are expected to improve patient medication adherence.This research is descriptive analytic study with the purpose of analyzing the relations interpersonal communication health worker on the compliance of patients lived treatment of Pulmonary Tuberkulosis. The population in this study were all patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Sunggal the Health Center and the number of samples is entire populations that as many as 42 people.Data was obtained with the interview using questionnaire were analyzed using Chi-square test at = 0.05. The results showed the frequency of adherent patients as many as 28 people (66,7%)and non-adherentmany as 14 people (33.3%). The results of statistical tests shows interpersonal communication variable aspects of openness, empathy, supportiveness and equality effect to compliance of patients lived treatment of pulmonary Tuberculosis in Medan Sunggal the Health Center. Pulmonary Tuberculosis.To the health worker advised that holds especially Pulmonary Tuberculosis program in order to always provide motivation to patients to regularly take medication at the health center.
