Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam penulisan makalah ini, penulis akan mendiskusikan tentang keterampilan membaca siswa. Membaca adalah keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh setiap siswa karena dengan membaca siswa dapat memperluas pengetahuan. Tetapi di lapangan masih ditemukan kesulitan siswa dalam memahami teks bacaan. Dalam makalah ini penulis memberikan solusi terhadap masalah tersebut dengan membahas sebuah gabungan strategy untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami sebuah teks bacaan yaitu gabungan antara Self-Monitoring Approach to Reading and Think (SMART) dan Class Wide Peer Tutoring (CWPT) strategy.Strategy ini mempunyai langkah-langkah yang menarik dalam penerapannya. Dimulai dari siswa membaca sebuah teks narative. Kemudian siswa membuat tanda check pada catatannya dalam sebuah kalimat atau paragraf jika dia sudah mengerti dan tanda tanya jika belum mengerti. Setelah itu guru menyuruh salah seorang siswa menjadi tutor (siswa yang sudah paham) dan tutee (siswa yang belum paham) dalam sebuah teks. Pada langkah akhir siswa diminta guru untuk saling berdiskusi dan guru memberikan point terhadap siswa tersebut. Adapun kelebihan dari gabungan strategy ini adalah menarik untuk diterapkan dan siswa pun dapat membandingkan pengetahuan sebelumnya dengan pengetahuan sesudah membaca teks.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   One of the successes of development in the health sector is growing Life expectancy (UHH) which is a leading indicator of the health of public health. To achieve health care efforts at the community level that The Integrated Service for old-agers. This research is an analytic survey with cross sectional study design, which is to portray how the relationship behavior of elderly and family support for the the service for old-agers utilization. The population of this study were all elderly aged ≥60 years with as many as 1420 people in the work area Darussalam health center with a simple random sampling as many as 96 person. The data used are primary through interviews and secondary data, the data were analyzed using chi-square test. The results showed that there was relation between knowledge with the use of the service for old-agers ((p)=0.001), there was relation between attitude with the use of the service for old-agers ((p)=0.001), there was relation a family support is informational support the family ((p)=0.001), support a family assessment ((p)=0.001), family instrumental support ((p)=0.003) and emotional support to the family ((p)=0.001) with the use of the service for old-agers. For agencies, health center and village are advised to increase outreach to the elderly and elderly families (General Discussion Elderly/BKL) involves a variety of activities and objectives are implemented the service for old-agers the health centers health center so hopefully would utilize the service for old-agers elderly.   Keywords: elderly behavior, family support, use of the service for old-agers.

Abstract

This study analyzes the ethical problems of government officials from the perspective of public administration, which plays an important role in realizing good governance. This study uses a literature study approach by collecting data from journals, books, and relevant documents. The results of the study show that ethical violations, such as abuse of authority, corruption, collusion, and nepotism (CCN), are still frequent at various levels of government. The impact of this violation is a decrease in public trust and the quality of government services. The proposed solutions include strengthening regulations, strict sanctions, bureaucratic reform, and improving ethics education for public officials. This study emphasizes that the application of ethics in public administration is the key to increasing accountability, integrity, and transparency in public services.
