Abstract

This study entitled Influence Workload on Employee Performance through Intrinsic Motivation on Outsourcing Employees PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik. This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of workload on employee performance of PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik, (2) To know the effect of workload on intrinsic motivation of PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik employees, (3) To know the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik, and (4) To know the effect of work load on employee performance through intrinsic motivation as intervening variable at PT Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik. This study uses quantitative methods whose population is all employees outsourcing PT. Cahaya Bintang Plastindo Gresik which amounts to 121 employees. The sample used is 93 employees with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique. Hypothesis in this research are: (1) Work load has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, (2) Work load has positive and significant effect to employee intrinsic motivation, (3) Intrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, (4) work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with intrinsic motivation as intervening variable. Based on path analysis result show that: (1) Work load positively and significantly influence to the performance employee value 6,463 (2) Work load positively and significantly influence to intrinsic motivation with influence value 0,796, (3) The intrinsic motivation have positive and significant influence to the performance employee with influence value 0,300, (4) Work load have positive and significant effect to employee performance through intrinsic motivation as intervening variable with influence value 0,238.

Abstract

There’re so many factors that effect on business performance at of typicalgedog batik SMEs in Tuban. This can be in the in the form of entrepreneurialorientation factor and product innovation. The aims of this research are (a) todetermine whether the Entrepreneurship orientation variable effect on variableperformance of typical gedog batik SMEs in Tuban. (b) to determine whetherproduct innovation variable effects on variable performance of of typical gedogbatik SMEs in Tuban. (c) to determine whether the Entrepreneurship orientationand Product Innovation variable simultaneously effect on variable performance oftypical gedog batik SMEs in Tuban. This research used the population as much as 47 entrepreneur of typical batik in Tuban as samples. The method used is multiplelinear regression analysis. Using this analysis, the results indicate that 1) the entrepreurship orientationvariable has positive and significant effect on variable performance of typical gedogbatik SMEs in Tuban. 2) product innovation variable has positive and significanteffect on variable performance of typical gedog batik SMEs in Tuban. 3)simultaneously, the entrepreneurship orientation and product innovation variableseffect on variable performance of typical gedog batik SMEs in Tuban. 4)entrepreneurship orientation variable is the dominant effect on variableperformance of typical gedog batik SMEs in Tuban.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship at SMEs of roasted crackers in Kwanyar District, Bangkalan Regency. The population in this study was female entrepreneurs in SMEs of roasted crackers. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, where data are collected through interviews with 45 women entrepreneurs. There are 3 factors that motivate women entrepreneurs: 1). Family Factors (Confidence Modalities), 2). Intentional Factors (Emotion Modalies), 3). Tension Modalities. Based on the results of the study it turns out that the Family Factor (Confidence Modalities) is a factor that motivates women in entrepreneurship, while the family factor in question namely heredity has an internal strength in supporting and motivating women in entrepreneurship. This condition is supported by a family environment that is very thick in the spirit of entrepreneurship so as to facilitate and succeed them in doing business.

Abstract

Sektor kuliner di kota Sampang, dipilih sebab ekonomi kreatif yang dilakukan industri kreatif dianggap bisa mengembangkan SDM berbekal ilmu pengetahuan, aktivitas dan inovasi. Pengembangan kreativitas ini merupakan suatu keunggulan kompetitif bagi bangsa dan memberikan dampak sosial yang positif. Namun dalam usaha mengembangkan hal tersebut, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dialami oleh pelaku UMKM kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi, dan bagaimana strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif pada kegiatan usaha kuliner oleh UMKM kuliner di kota Sampang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM kuliner di kota Sampang terletak pada SDM, penggunaaan teknologi, dan manajemen keuanga. Strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan dengan memperhatikan bentuk kemasan dan keindahan dalam setiap produk atau masakan yang disajikan, selalu melakukan inovasi-inovasi untuk meningkatkan jumlah atau variasi produk, menjaga ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku untuk pengolahan dan produksi produk, menjaga kualitas bahan baku, melakukan Quality control untuk memastikan produk atau masakan yang di produksi dalam keadaan baik sebelum disajikan kepada konsumen.
