Abstract

Corn is the third plant of food after wheat and rice. To increasing of productionneeded to use hybrid and nonhybrid variety, with organic and unorganic fertilizer. Theobjective of this research was to evaluate the influence of bokashi and NPK fertilizer ongrowth and yield some maize varieties.The research was carried out in the UPT Balai BenihInduk Palawija Tanjung Selamat, Deli Serdang. This research used Randomized BlockDesign. Two varieties of maize (Bisma and SHS-4), two levels of bokashi (0 and 180g/plant), and three dosages of NPK (4,2 ; 8,4 ; 16,8 g/plant) were used in the experimentwith three replications. The results showed that varieties were significantly different toparameters plant height and numbers of leaf. Bokashi treatment have no significant effectto all parameters. NPK treatment were significant to parameter numbers of leaf at 6 dan 7week after planted. The combination between varieties and bokashi, varieties dan NPK,bokashi and NPK, and combination of varieties, bokashi and NPK have no significanteffect to all parameters.Key words : Variety, Bokashi, NPK Fertilizer

Abstract

The aim of this research is  to know factors that affect manpower productivity especially leadership factors, compensation factor and cultural organisation  factor  in PT.Industri Karet Deli Medan. Methode of determining magnitude sample is use Slovin method with asumsion of sampling error totalled 5%, so obtained sample 96  manpower  person. Top of Form Result for these research with distribute quesioner to manpower  to 96 sample and doing interview to company about output or product motor circle tire  to last three months 2013 from January to March 2013 so obtained data skor and production data to analyzed. For  all of result research had testing result all item score and total score said valid, and inter item reliabel score. Data distributed normally follow line diagonal, and does not occur mulikolinearity, and does not occur heterokedastisity.  Leadership factor is real positif and influence significantly  to the manpower productivity.  By simultan with α=0,05 to test two sides become 0,025 achieved F counts = 20,438 with sig.= 0,000 < 0,025 alleged by significan so together influence leadership factor ( , compensation factor ( , and factor of organization culture (  have positive influence on manpower produktivity, and see coefficient determination shows  that  by simultan leadership factor, compensation and organisational culture have positip influence on manpower produktivity  as big as 40% whereas waste him 60% more still influenced other factors that untested in perusal this research. Keywords : productivity, production factor, tomato, cabbage potatoes

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara III is a state-owned company engaged in plantation activities. Sei Silau Plantation is one of the units that manages oil palm plantations. One of the factors that determines the company's performance is the productivity of the harvesters. The amount of premium received by harvesters is a factor that affects motivation and performance, but the determination of premiums still uses general slope data for each harvest area in determining the task base. The method used in this research is spatial data processing, overlaying slope data from Demnas with regional boundaries at each level and then analysing the increase in productivity and premiums. The results showed that the slope class from the spatial analysis was divided into three parts, namely flat and undulating (0-15%) covering 114.91 ha/45.85%, hilly (15-45%) covering 110.34 ha/44.03% and hilly without terraces (>45%) covering 25.35 ha/10.12% of the total oil palm area. The slope class of each plantation is divided into three classes. There was an increase in productivity and premium after the method change, namely an increase in productivity from April to May by 214.95 kg/17.04%, May to June by 123.43/8.43% and April to June by 339.38 kg/26.90%, and an increase in premium from April to May by Rp 3,190,252/22.20%, May to June by Rp 1,642,123/9.35% and April to June by Rp 4,832,375/33.63%. This shows a clear correlation between increased productivity and increased premiums.
