The purpose of this study is to describe Farmers Group Perceptions of the Role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the development of Farmer Groups in Rantau Utara District, Labuhanbatu Regency and find out related to extension agents in various training programs for farmer groups in Nagari Sungai Pua, Sungai Pua District, Agam District. This research is a survey research, using selected respondents using a multistage sampling method by selecting 7 out of 68 farmer groups and choosing 79 respondents from selected farmer groups, which is carried out intentionally. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the role of instructors as motivators of educators, instructors, administrators, and communicators was categorized in participation, while the role of instructors as catalysts and consultants was categorized as not supportive. From this result it was agreed that extension agents were expected to further increase their contribution by assisting farmers in solving problems, assisting the process in the field and connecting farmers with technology sources.

The production of superior, important and prospective horticultural products in Binjai City during the period 2010-2015 shows a fluctuating pattern. This happened not only in the vegetable commodity, but also in the fruit commodity group. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of superior fruit commodities in agribusiness and analyze the level of business feasibility of developing superior commodity commodities in agribusiness in the City of Binjai. Data uses primary and secondary data. The analysis tools used are Location Quotient (production value) and farm feasibility analysis (Revenue Cost ratio). The results showed that the fruit commodities which became the basic agricultural commodities in most districts in the City of Binjai were rambutan, mango, papaya, banana, guava, and breadfruit. Soursop commodity is a base fruit commodity in 4 sub-districts. Avocado, duku / langsat, guava, mango, pineapple, papaya, banana, rambutan and sapodilla commodity are fruit commodities in 3 districts. Star fruit, durian, guava, tangerine, jackfruit, snake fruit, breadfruit and yam bean commodities became commodity base fruits in 2 sub-districts. Value of Return Cost Ratio (RCR) obtained from rambutan farming is 29.10; water guava (honey guava) is 2.05 and yam is 3.63 per arable area / year. It can be concluded that rambutan, guava and yam farming are efficient and feasible to be cultivated.

This study aims to determine what factors influence labor absorption in agriculture sector. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach using multiple regression equations using series 7 Eviews software. This research used time series data from 1986 until 2016. This research using labor absorption as dependent variable and the independent variables are inflation, investation, and provincial minimum wage. The results of the study show that inflation and investment variables have a significant positive effect on employment. The provincial minimum wage has a negative effect on employment in the agricultural sector in North Sumatra Province.

The market condition for organic products in Sumatera Utara is still very small. This can be seen from the very few companies engaged in organic products. The market is very small due to low consumer awareness and consumer knowledge of organic products. This research was conducted to analyze the characteristics and behavior of consumers about organic products in Sumatera utara. The locations of research activities are Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang, Serdang Bedagei and Langkat. In addition, the lack of involvement of local governments and related institutions in encouraging the development of organic products is indicated by the low level of commitment in developing organic products in Sumatera utara. The results of this study indicate that organic knowledge, environmental science, health science, pricing and subjective norms are the factors that determine whether consumers buy organic products

Soybean availability in North Sumatra Province have to be considered, this is caused by soybean being the third most important food after rice and corn. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the availability and needs of soybeans in North Sumatra. This study uses secondary data on the availability and needs of soybeans in North Sumatra from 2008-2017. Secondary data collected in this study came from related agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency, the North Sumatra Province Food Security Agency, the North Sumatra Province Agriculture Office and the Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center. From this study it was found that the availability of soybeans in North Sumatra was influenced by harvested area, soybean production and soybean imports. Soybean needs in North Sumatra are influenced by population, consumption / per capita and soybean availability. Analysis of soybean availability and needs in North Sumatra experienced fluctuations in 2008-2017.Â Â

The research objective was to analyze: The supply chain distribution pattern structure and performance of Resiprene 35 PT Medan Nusantara Rubber Industry. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. The research type used is qualitative descriptive. The source of the data is obtained from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In order to obtain data validity, data triangulation was used. While the data analysis technique used a quantitative descriptive situational analysis model with score. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The distribution pattern of Resiprene 35 products is carried out by simplest route, which is carried out directly from the producer to the consumer without using an intermediary (Selling Door to Door). (2) The supply chain structure uses a simple type of supply chain, which consists of suppliers, companies and consumers. (3) The supply chain performance that occurred in Resiprene 35 factories showed a value of 76.15% for the first semester and 78.10% for the second semester. This value is included in the good category. The value of the supply chain of the Resiprene 35 factory which is still good is influenced by the value of responsiveness, agility and asset management which is still still good.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of partnerships in mediating the use of social media and perceived competitive value on the performance of MSMEs. The approach in this research is associative. As for the population in the study, namely MSMEs assisted at PTPN III Nusantara, totaling 100 MSMES business actors who were declared successful in MSMEs development. The sampling technique used was a saturated canoe. So that the sample in this study is 100 MSMES business actors. The data was collected using a questionnaire that was compiled based on each variable indicator item. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS. The results showed that the direct use of social media and perceived competitive value and partnerships had a direct effect on the performance of MSMEs at PTPN III Nusantara. Indirectly, only partnerships do not have a role in mediating the use of social media on the performance of MSMEs. However, partnerships have a role in mediating perceived competitive value on the performance of MSMEs.

The purpose of this study was to determine the "Effect of Work Spirit and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Arista Auto Lestari Medan ". The type of data used is associative, which is a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Arista Auto Lestari Medan as many as 65 people. Data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to office employees at PT. Arista Auto Lestari Medan. Data analysis techniques using validity and reliability, hypothesis testing, statistical tests using multiple linear analysis models using multiple linear analysis models and determination tests.Â The results of the t test can be seen that the t count on the morale variable is 4.147 greater than t table of 1.689 with a probability of t that is sig 0.004. Based on these values, the morale variable has a positive and significant effect on performance variables and the value of t arithmetic oversight is 6,649 greater than t table of 1,689 with a sig level of 0,000 smaller than the significance limit of 0.005, the partial compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance variable. Based on the results of the F test, the F value of 42.567 is greater than the F table of 3.27, which means that morale and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance variables. The R Square value obtained is 0.727. This figure shows that 72.7% of performance (the dependent variable) can be explained by morale and compensation. The remaining 27.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Covid-19 has really worried people today. The impact has been felt in various sectors of public life, including the financial sector. Many sectors that have been carried away by the current economic crisis, one of the impacts is Islamic financial institutions. This research is intended to look at the resilience of Islamic banks during this pandemic, especially Islamic commercial banks (BUS) and Islamic business units (UUS). One of the indicators of the resilience of Islamic banks is Return on Assets (ROA), non-performing finance (NPF) and financing to deposit ratio (FDR) during the pandemic period, namely from July 2019 to June 2020. The results of this study indicate that ROA has decreased significantly. , whereas the NPF and FDR are still within safe limits.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intention to Use and Perceived Usefulness on Actual System Use through Intention to Use as an intervening variable in the LinkAja application in GraPARI Telkom Group Medan.The population in this study were all consumers average in one day, amounting to 150 people using a sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the t test (partial) the variable Perceived Ease of Use obtained tcount 4.748 t table 2.048 and significant 0.000 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Perceived Usefulness. The variable Perceived Ease of Use is obtained tcount 4.433 t table 2.051 and significant 0.049 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Intention to Use . The Perceived Usefulness variable is obtained tcount 5,089 ttable 2,051 and significant 0,046 0,05, then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Usefulness has a partially significant effect on Intention to Use . The Intention to Use variable was obtained tcount 3.140 t table 2.055 and significant 0.040 0.05, then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which stated Intention to Use partially significant effect on Actual System Use.Based on the intervening test, the results show that Perceived Ease of Use has a correlation with Intention to Use as an intervening variable because it has a value of Pvalue α, namely 0.105 0.05. The Perceived Usefulness variable has a value of 0.264 0.05, which means that it has a positive regression coefficient direction.
