Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang sangat penting di dalam perusahaan. Rendahnya gaji, upah,dan tunjangan menjadi salah satu faktor rendahnya kinerja karyawan, sehingga PT. XYZ sering sekali tidakdapat memenuhi pesanan pelanggan dan tidak tercapainya target produksi, yang mengakibatkan PT. XYZharus meminta bantuan kepada perusahaan sejenis untuk menyelesaikan order. Bulan Januari 2012- Juli 2012,tercatat selama 6 bulan PT. XYZ tidak dapat memenuhi pesanan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu PT. XYZ inginmengetahui faktor apa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan dataadalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan mengenai gaji, upah, dan tunjangan kepadakaryawan. Setelah kuesioner disebar dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui kelayakankuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan melalui beberapa tahap yaituanalisis regresi linier berganda, uji statistik f, dan uji statistik t. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan secarasimultan gaji (upah) dan tunjangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji fyang menghasilkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 25,854 > 3,32. Secara parsial, faktor yang berpengaruh terhadapkinerja karyawan adalah faktor gaji (upah). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t yang menghasilkan nilai thitung >ttabel, yaitu 6,927 > 2,042 untuk gaji dan 3,646 > 2,570 untuk upah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis penetapan nilai pengganti wajar dalam pembebasan tanah untuk kepentingan umum di Kota Lhokseumawe (Studi Kasus Pembuatan Jalur Rel Kereta Api Di Kecamatan Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe). Pembangunan suatu wilayah di Indonesia saat ini dilatarbelakangi terbatasnya ketersediaan dan daya tampung tanah untuk pembangunan yang diakibatkan oleh pertumbuhan dan distribusi penduduk. Disamping semakin meningkatnya kegiatan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat wilayah yang tercermin dalam bentuk perluasan ruang wilayah meningkat pula. Dimana diperlukan penggunaan tanah yang menyangkut kepemilikan masyarakat. Penetapan nilai pengganti wajar dalam pembebasan tanah untuk kepentingan umum di Kota Lhokseumawe dilakukan oleh tim appraisal dengan memperhatikan nilai fisik dan nilai non fisik sesuai dengan UU No 2 tathun 2012 dan Standar Penilaian Indonesia. Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pemberian ganti kerugian dalam pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan rel kereta api Kota Lhokseumawe adalah hambatan yang berasal dari masyarakat pemegang hak atas tanah, bangunan dan tanaman serta benda-benda yang berkaitan dengan tanah adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk berperan serta dalam pembangunan dan kurang pemahaman terhadap arti kepentingan umum, fungsi sosial hak atas tanah, akibat kurangnya pemahaman mengenai rencana dan tujuan pembangunan proyek tersebut yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan penjelasan dan penyuluhan dari Panitia PengadaanTanah untuk pembangunan rel kereta api Kota Lhokseumawe.Masih ada saja masyarakat yang merasa kurang puas, terutama mengenai nilai pasar tanah, hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat beranggapan bahwa tanah mereka sama dengan tanah yang lain kenapa nilai pasar tanahnya berbeda.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine Competitive Strategy for Increasing the Competitiveness of Logistics Expedition Services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were managers and supervisors, consisting of one person each. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies (library). The data analysis method uses data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the Competitive Strategy implemented in increasing the competitiveness of logistics expedition services at Lion Parcel P. Siantar branch consists of Differentiation of Products and Services (Differentiation), PT. Lion Parcel has different products and services consisting of Jagopack, Regpack, Interpack, Bigpack and Bosspac. Low Cost (Cost Leadership. Some of the strategies implemented by Lion Parcel in its low cost strategy to increase competitiveness are by introducing a 20% GASS discount program, for regular shipments (REGPACK) under 1kg and large shipments (BIGPACK) under 10kg. 25 % discount for sending packages at Lion Parcel Special for Weekends The strategy implemented by Lion Parcel in its innovation strategy to increase competitiveness consists of launching the newest payment method, namely Cash on Delivery (COD), the PASTI: Growth (Growth) program. Currently Lion Parcel has more than 7,000 agents, 15,000 delivery couriers, and 3,000 delivery fleets. With agents spread throughout Indonesia, PT Lion Parcel has a collaboration strategy with several companies such as Bukalapak and Tokopedia, Pos Indonesia, PT Kereta Api Logistik (Kalog), PT Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi (Narindo), Luwjistik, a startup from Singapore that specializes in logistics integration Customs clearance for overseas shipments. Abstract

Chicken production in North Sumatra increased significantly from 2020 to 2022 which indicates that the business potential of broiler raising is promising. Broiler is known as a chicken which is able to produce high quality chicken in a short time which makes it a high ranking product in poultry raising. Partnership pattern between poultry raisers and companies is the main strategy in increasing productivity and the sustainability of broiler raising business. PT. Karya Usaha Mandiri as a holding company has developed a partnership with plasma broiler raisers to advance broiler raising business. However, there is dissatisfaction of plasma broiler raisers with the service quality of PT. Karya Pahlawan Mandiri, indicated by their complaints about the lateness of DOC supply and food, and irregular technicians' visits. The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of service quality and firm commitment on plasma broiler raisers' satisfaction and loyalty and to explore the correlation between customer satisfaction and loyalty in the context of this partnership. The research uses quantitative causality method which is aimed at analyzing the cause and effect correlation between service quality and the effect of the company's involvement in customer loyalty with customer satisfaction at PT. Independent Spirit Work. The research location is at the broiler raising place, Binjai, North Sumatra. The population is 322 clients of the company, of which 140 are used as samples, taken by using simple random sampling technique. Te data are gathered by using Likert Scale questionnaire and analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with SmartPLS version 3. software. The results of the research show that service quality does not have any significant influence on customer loyalty but has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty which indicates that good service will increase satisfaction and, in turn, it will increase loyalty. Service quality does not influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction while firm commitment influences loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the impact of digital marketing utilization on the performance enhancement of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City. The study focuses on the government's programs aimed at improving the quality of MSMEs in Jambi City through training, mentoring, and coaching. To approach this issue, marketing management theory serves as a framework to enhance business performance in MSMEs in Jambi City. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 106 respondents, namely business owners in Jambi City who have been using digital marketing for at least 1 year, and analyzed quantitatively using multiple regression analysis. The research findings reveal a simultaneous influence between digital marketing and business performance with a strong correlation level. Moreover, the hypothesis partially indicates that the benefit dimension has the highest influence, while the incentive program has the lowest influence. Collectively, the five dimensions of digital marketing contribute to influencing the business performance of MSMEs in Jambi City by 56.5%, with the remaining being influenced by other factors. This study offers a novel measurement concerning the utilization of digital marketing in MSMEs based on relevant literature review.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect of marketing mix (7P) on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative methodology. The customers who visited Cafe Palapa were the population that the researchers used, which was 5,890 people. The Slovin technique was used to calculate 100 Cafe Palapa samples to obtain fairly representative results with an error rate of 10%. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression to test the hypothesis partially (t). The research results show that product has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Price has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Place has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. People has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Process has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa.
