Abstract

Sei Nypah beach are located in the eastern coast of Sumatra, it has a variety ofactivities that affect the water quality. Information and understanding of environmentalchange is indispensable in ecosystem monitoring efforts.This research aims todetermine the status of Sei Nypah’s the water quality. This research had been conductedon May to Juny 2015 in Sei Nypah Beach, Serdang Bedagai District, North SumateraProvince. There are three station observed, Station 1 : aqua culture activities area;station 2 : agriculture activities area; and station 3: tourism activities area. Samplingwas done three time within 2 months. The value of physical and chemical parameters ofwater include temperature from 29,2 – 31,9 oC, turbidity 2 – 8 mg/l, pH 7,4 – 8,5,salinity 25 – 30 o/oo, DO 7,6 – 8 mg/l, BOD 0,6 – 1,7 mg/l, COD 11,12 – 18,36 mg/l,nitrate 0,0029 – 0,0041 mg/l, and phosphate 0,015 – 0,075. Sei Nypah’s water quality topollution index and storet method for station 1, station 2, and station 3 according werecatagorized to class lightly polluted.Keywords : Sei Nypah Beach, Pollution Index, Storet.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem akuntansi adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengatur atau mengumpulkan, mengumpulkan, dan melakukan informasi mengenai semua transaksi perusahaan, di mana karyawan, kegiatan perusahaan, bahan dan mesin dapat diintegrasikan sedemikian rupa sehingga pengawasan dapat dilakukan. Sedangkan pengendalian internal adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk melindungi aset perusahaan, serta untuk menjalankan struktur organisasi dan menghasilkan informasi untuk mencapai tujuan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparatif yaitu penelitian komparatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan persamaan dan perbedaan antara dua fakta atau lebih dan sifat-sifat objek yang diperiksa berdasarkan kerangka berpikir tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara dokumentasi, wawancara dan studi literatur.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan bahan baku dalam fungsi terkait dan dokumen yang digunakan belum dilengkapi dengan teori yang ada. Padahal sistem pengendalian internal pasokan bahan baku kain, struktur organisasi, praktik sehat, dan sumber daya manusia tidak sesuai dengan teori yang ada. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Pengendalian Internal Persediaan

Abstract

In an era of rapid technological disruption and skill obsolescence, organizations face the dual challenge of closing critical competency gaps and retaining top talent. This study investigates formal upskilling programs as a strategic retention engine, positing that investment in employee growth directly reduces turnover by fostering engagement, career path clarity, and a psychological contract of mutual investment. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research analyzed longitudinal HR data and conducted interviews at a multinational firm before and after implementing a structured, role-specific upskilling initiative. Results demonstrated a 40% reduction in voluntary turnover among participating employees and a significant increase in internal mobility and promotion rates. The discussion identifies key success factors: aligning skills with strategic business goals, providing clear internal career pathways, and ensuring managerial support for learning application. The study concludes that a strategic upskilling program, embedded within a broader talent development philosophy, is a powerful mechanism for future-proofing the workforce and building organizational resilience from within, transforming a cost center into a core retention and competitive advantage strategy.

Abstract

The contemporary workplace is undergoing a fundamental transformation, driven by post-pandemic expectations, social justice movements, and a heightened focus on holistic employee value. This research investigates the complex interplay between Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), employee well-being, and flexible work models as the three pillars of the "new norms" in people management. Employing a multi-case study methodology, the study analyzed the integrated strategies of five purpose-driven organizations over an 18-month period. Results indicate that a siloed approach to these domains leads to initiative fatigue and diminished impact. Successful organizations demonstrated that authentic, data-driven DEI efforts create psychological safety, which underpins well-being. Furthermore, structured flexibility, when managed with clear principles of equity and accountability, was found to enhance both inclusion and mental health outcomes. The discussion argues that HR leaders must transition from programmatic thinking to systemic integration, where policies in one domain actively reinforce the others. The study concludes by providing a practical framework for navigating these interconnected priorities to build resilient, adaptive, and high-performing organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, profitabilitas dan arus kas terhadap harga saham (pada perusahaan subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 12 populasi dan 10 sampel. Kemudian dalam penelitian ini terjadi outlier dikarenakan ada data yang nilainya ekstrim. Data diperoleh melalui data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, sample yang digunakan ialah teknik purposive sampling dengan mengambil dari suatu populasi yang luas kemudian dipersempit dengan suatu kriteria tertentu. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik serta uji t, uji f dan koefesien determinasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial likuiditas dan solvabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan aktivitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan profitabilitas dan arus kas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, profitabilitas dan arus kas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham. Variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sebesar 35,9 % sedangkan sisanya 64,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
