ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of passenger satisfaction on service quality, fares and word of mouth on low-cost flights in Indonesia. The theory of this study is derived into the research model with the instruments used in compiling the questionnaire for primary data collection. Samples taken as many as 248 with the criteria samples have used low-cost flights in Indonesia. Sampling was conducted at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng Airport, Indonesia with purposive sampling at three low-cost airlines. Instrument testing is done using reliability and validity test. For reliability, it uses Cronbach's alpha while for validity it uses confirmatory factor analysis. In the hypothesis test used SEM with Lisrel. Service quality has a direct and indirect effect on word of mouth. While the tariff does not have a direct or indirect effect on word of mouth. Passenger satisfaction as mediation variable is important in forming word of mouth, compared without the mediation variable. Passengers still measure the quality of service received with perceived satisfaction. Therefore airlines with low-cost airlines still need to pay attention to passenger satisfaction, not just at relatively cheap fares. ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh mediasi kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas pelayanan, tarif dan wouth of mouth pada penerbangan bertarif murah di Indonesia. Kajian teori yang diturunkan kedalam model penelitian dengan instrument yang digunakan dalam menyusun kuesioner untuk pengambilan data primer. Sampel yang terambil sebanyak 248 dengan kriteria sudah pernah menggunakan penerbangan bertarif murah di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Bandara Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng, Indonesia dengan purposive sampling pada tiga perusahaan penerbangan bertarif murah. Dilakukan uji instrument dengan menggunakan reliabilitas dan validitas. Untuk reliabilitas maka menggunakan cronbach’s alpha sedangkan untuk validitas menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis. Pada uji hipotesis digunakan SEM dengan Lisrel. Kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh baik langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap word of mouth. Sedangkan tariff tidak mempunyai pengaruh baik langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap word of mouth. Variabel mediasi kepuasan penumpang penting dalam membentuk word of mouth, dibandingkan tanpa adanya variable mediasi. Penumpang tetap mengukur kualitas pelayanan yang diterima dengan kepuasan yang dirasakan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan penerbangan dengan konsep penerbangan bertarif murah tetap perlu memperhatikan kepuasan penumpang, bukan hanya pada tarif yang relative murah.

The level of competition in the aviation industry has increased since the regulation change in 1999. Aviationcompanies in providing services can be divided into three categories: full service, medium service, and no-frillsservice. Both Full-Service Carriers (FSCs) and Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) experience a high level of competition.The research aimed to look at the differences in customer loyalty on domestic FSCs and LCCs in Indonesia.The differences were shown from testing the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customersatisfaction and behavioral intention to use. Respondents were FSCs and LCCs passengers. Samples were takenby purposive sampling. There were 522 respondents for FSCs and 529 respondents for LCCs were observed bydistributing questionnaires. Then, the research tested the validity and reliability of the variables using ConfirmatoryFactor Analysis (CFA), Composite Reliability (CR), and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Structural EquationModeling (SEM) was also applied to examine the hypothesis. The results show the formation of customerloyalty from service quality, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention to use on FSCs and LCCs. The mostsignificant factor is the behavioral intention in forming customer loyalty in FSCs and LCCs. Meanwhile, customersatisfaction does not influence customer loyalty for FSCs and LCCs.

This study aims to examine how the effect of systematic risk and liquidity on stock returns. In this study, researchers found that the systematic risk and liquidity influence stock returns of the shares. Researchers focused on non-financial companies listed in the LQ-45 index for the period 2007 to 2009. The method used is panel data and a sample of 11 non-financial firms. For statistical processing methods used least squares regression analysis. Researchers found that the the returns on shares of non financial companies listed in the LQ-45 index, are simultaneously affected by systematic risk and liquidity. Results of studies have shown that there is significant influence between systematic risk and the liquidity of the stock returns in the fixed effect models, but there are also other factors beyond the systematic risk and liquidity that also influence the rate of return on stocks.Key words: systematic risk, liquidity of shares, bid-ask spread, rate of return

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap tipe investor individu di pasar modal Indonesia. Tujuan klasifikasi tersebut adalah, selain memberikan gambaran bagi perusahaan sekuritas tentang profil investor individu di pasar modal Indonesia, juga akan memberikan pengertian bagi investor individu tentang kebiasaan investasi mereka, sehingga bisa mendorong kebiasaan trading yang baik dan membuat investor memperoleh kinerja yang baik dari hasil investasi mereka. Dari profil investor tersebut, peneliti membuat petunjuk praktis yang memasukkan unsur Behavioral Finance ke dalam design alokasi aset yang sesuai dengan profil investor secara pribadi, sehingga lebih bermanfaat bagi kepentingan investor tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investor individu di Indonesia cenderung bersifat irasional dalam berinvestasi, dimana mereka bisa digolongkan dalam dua kelompok besar. Kelompok pertama adalah kelompok confident big trader yang memiliki rasa percaya diri serta kontrol yang tinggi, serta nilai portfolio besar. Kelompok kedua adalah kelompok loss averse small trader yang memiliki rasa percaya diri serta kontrol yang tinggi, dengan nilai portfolio yang kecil.

Stock split is a corporate action carried out by companies that have gone public to rearrange stock prices so that transactions increase and companies become liquid.This study aims to determine the effect of stock split on stock liquidity as measured by the bid-ask spread variable and trading activity volume in companies listed on the Stock Exchange between 2015-2017. The sample used in this study amounted to 53 companies. The method used in this study is paired t-test for the variable bid-ask spread and Wilcoxon Sign Ranked Test for trading volume activity variables.The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is no significant difference in the bid-ask spread for 5 working days, whereas on 15 working days and 30 working days there is a significant difference. The Bulir Padi Foundation, a non-profit organization that has been established since 2002, is committed to contributing to the education of underprivileged children in the suburbs of Jakarta by turning them into foster children. And in 2020, one of the work programs is to produce mentored children who have work skills so that the hope is that they are better prepared to enter the workforce at the entry level so that they can answer industry needs through providing job readiness training. To support the economic development of young people and the absorption of youth labor, The Wired For Work Soft Skill Training (W4W) program is a non-formal training program for Bulir Padi Foundation children to produce children who have work skills so that they are expected to be better prepared to enter the world of work at the entry level so that they can answer industry needs by providing readiness training. work. In this W4W Program, Bulir Padi Foundation will collaborate with Atma Jaya University and Pertiwi Vocational High School as a form of synergy between non-governmental organizations and the academic community in solving social problems, especially in the field of education. Pertiwi SMK students will be facilitated to receive soft skills training for their readiness to enter the world of work. The material covered in the Wired For Work Soft Skill Training (W4W) training activity this time includes Self management to improve work ethics, Implementing basic communications skills, Implementing the right equality of female and male workers in the workplace, Implementing the quality of grooming and professional manner, Preparing Job Application and interview test and Manage Personal Finances.

This study aims to determine the effect of the dividend's announcement to abnormal return from companies that registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study conducted by calculating the abnormal return by testing the hypothesis by using samples of 14 companies that registered IPO (Initial Pubilic Offer) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. From the analysis conducted, showed that there is significant effect between the announcement of the dividend’s announcement of the abnormal return. The result came out from the significant abnormal return that happen before, during and after the event's date.

Coal is the largest fossil energy sources and according to the basic scenario of primary energy supply mix in 2025 consisted of coal 33%, followed by gas (30%), petroleum (20%), and renewable energy (17%). Indonesia has a lot of potential in the natural resources of coal mining, so many investors conduct investment activities in the coal mining sector, one way is with a stock investment instruments. We want to examine the effect of coal prices and the Composite Stock Price Index which represented the market influence on stock returns of coal mining companies. Determination of the sample in this study using a non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, companies that meet the criteria are companies that have made the public stock offering before the year 2008. Data were analyzed using multiple regression methods. The study results showed that coal prices do not provide a significant positive effect on stock returns of coal mining companies. Composite Stock Price Index provides significant and positive influence on stock returns of coal mining companies. Simultaneously two independent variables (coal prices and stock price index) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (stock returns coal mining company). The results are consistent with the theory of leading indicators, traditional stock valuation theory and the theory of Wealth Effect.

Di Era Industri 4.0 saat ini, terjadi banyak perkembangan dan perubahan yang begitu pesat dalam berbagai hal di masyarakat, mulai dari bidang infrastruktur, sosial budaya, teknologi, dan lain-lain yang semuanya itu akan memberikan pengaruh pada tuntutan perusahaan paa kebutuhan sumber daya manusia. Kondisi ini tentunya berdampak pada tuntutan peningkatan kualitas siswa-siswi yang merupakan calon-calon angkatan kerja yang akan bersaing tidak hanya dengan tenaga kerja di Indonesia tetapi juga dengan tenaga kerja negara lain. Para siswa khususnya siswa yang bersekolah tingkat atas tidak cukup memiliki keterampilan intelektual secara akademik, tetapi juga mereka harus memiliki keterampilan non-akademik yang biasa disebut dengan soft skill. Pada masa sekarang sistem pendidikan sekolah formal kurang menitikberatkan soft skill karena pelajar lebih dituntut untuk memiliki kepintaran intelektual. Itu mengapa penting untuk memberikan pelatihan tambahan bagi pelajar supaya mereka bisa memiliki keterampilan yang diperlukan, antara lain kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, komunikatif, kolaboratif, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Salah satu soft skill yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja adalah etos kerja dan kerjasama tim. Keduanya adalah kemampuan yang saling berkaitan dan sangat membantu jika seseorang memasuki dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, Yayasan Bulir Padi bekerjasama dengan Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan Pengenalan Soft Skill; Etos Kerja dan Kerjasama Tim dalam Dunia Kerja bagi anak bina Yayasan Bulir Padi dengan tujuan mempersiapkan mereka untuk mampu mengakses dan bersaing di dunia kerja.
