Abstract

This was a literary research about the contextualization of Islamic Law in Buton in the 19th Century. It proved a descriptive data about the paradigmatic basis used by Idrus Qaimuddin to re-actualize Islamic law in Buton. It utilized Von Eckartsberg’s phenomenological hermeneutic approach combined with Miles and Huberman’s analysis model. The study concluded that Idrus thought about mawaris was designed based on the Butonese needs and local character. It was product of Al-Qur’an constructed based on the spirit of reformation by prioritizing justice aspects to create social and cultural fairness. His attempt to re-interpret the mawaris verse showed his view on the text as something alive so that it needs a dialogue with condition and realities. Even though he did not explore much potentials of Islamic thurats which could enrich his views on mawaris, at least his thought proved that in the beginning of the 19th century, there was an Islamic scholar attempting to re-actualize Islamic teaching in this archipelago.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the mitigation-based MDMC enlightenment da'wah in handling the impact of the pandemic, especially providing psychological assistance to the COVID-19 survivors' community. Research data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. All data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman paradigm. The results showed that Muhammadiyah first carried out mitigation-based enlightenment da'wah through various social activities by providing public awareness in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, da'wah based on a mitigation approach was carried out by the Southeast Sulawesi MDMC, with three approaches, an oral approach, brochures, and social media. The bil hal or bi al-amal approach was carried out through measured and planned actions, such as spraying disinfectants, distributing masks, sharing food, and providing scholarships to survivors. Third, the enlightenment da'wah based on the mitigation movement conducted by MDMC was inclusive and universally humanitarian oriented. This activity has proven to improve the psychological condition of the COVID-19 survivors. The pandemic period requires physical distancing, but social attachment must be solid because caring for each other can reduce stress levels and make the body's immune stronger.

Abstract

Proses sosialisasi anak dapat didentifikasi sejak anak dilahirkan. Seorang anak bayi awalnya tidak menyadari akan lingkungan sosialnya, namun lambat laun mulai memiliki perhatian terhadap benda-benda di sekelilingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian perkembangan sosial pada anak, tahapan dalam perkembangan sosial anak, kemampuan sosialisasi anak pada lingkungan sekitar, serta upaya guru dalam meningkatkan perkembangan sosial anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) yakni penelitian atas literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan sosial dan kemampuan sosialisasi anak pada lingkungan sekitar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya tahapan perkembangan sosial anak bermula dari tahapan permainan solider (0-2 tahun), tahap semi solider (2-3 tahun), permainan kooperatif (3-4 tahun), permainan khayal (4-5 tahun), permainan keteraturan (5-10 tahun), dan permainan kelompok terorganisir (10-14 tahun). Berdasar tahapan-tahapan tersebut dapat dianalisis bahwa anak mulai berkembang sosialnya saat berusia 3 tahun atau pada masa tahapan permainan kooperatif. Upaya mengembangkan kemampuan sosialisasi anak diantaranya dengan metode ganjaran dan hukuman, metode didactic teaching, dan metode pemberian contoh.
