Abstract

This paper will examine the penetration of the Shia’s ideology in the periodization of the Qur’anic exegesis (Tafsir). It argued that periodization phases showed the evidence of the ideologization tracing back to the Shia’s exegetic activities by using the the theories of Gramsci’s hegemony and counter-hegemonies. This paper revealed also that, as opposed to Sunni Qur’anic exegesis, the Shia’s Qur’anic exegesis reached its peak at the period of ahl al-Bayt.Keywords: Shi’ah, Tafsir al-Qur’an, Ideologi, Periodisasi.

Abstract

The involvement of women in the public sphere should be accompanied by two theories, textual and contextual. These two theories appear to support a big agreement that the Koran is present in addition to being a solution but also providing innovation. The innovation offered is the concept that the Koran is suitable for every situation.Keywords: women, Koran, textual and contextual.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dalam membuat tulisan ilmiah terkait laporan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh para guru MTs. Nurul jadid adalah kurang termotivasi untuk membuat tulisan ilmiah disebabkan beberapa faktor, antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan terkait kiat-kiat membuat tulisan ilmiah dan kurangnya waktu karena kesibukan para guru dalam menjalankan proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan demonstrasi dalam menyampaikan materi pelatihan, serta pengaplikasian materi ke bentuk pelatihan  membuat tulisan ilmiah yang diarahkan untuk membuat proposal dan laporan hasil  penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya motivasi dan pengetahuan para guru tentang bagaimana membuat tulisan ilmiah, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tulisan ilmiah terkait proposal, laporan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas, dan makalah ilmiah. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang diperoleh guru pada pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi, kapasitas, dan profesionalitas  para guru sebagai pendidik.

Abstract

The patriarchial system has been considerable in the socio-cultural construction of the parts of world, as it legitimated a fact that male is conceived as having a higher position than female. The existence of religion argues that a theological interpretation is still based on gender bias. The creation of female from male’s rib bone as a result of interpretation to the nafsin wâhidah is basically designed in terms of isrâiliyyât  over the story. By examining many interpretatory books, this article is to argue that nafsin wâhidah in Quran told equality between male and female, not a biological creation of female.

Abstract

This study aims to trace Husein Muhammad’s reason thinking, Indonesian feminist Kyai in the case of licensing polygamy according to the Compilation of Islamic Law. Husein Muhammad is one of the pesantren kiai who is intense in gender issues. The idea offered by Husein Muhammad is reinterpretation of gender-biased legal issues in the hope that it can be used as a guide and guide in dealing with particular problems at the present time. This study seeks to unravel the views of KH. Husein Muhammad on gender justice in polygamy permits. This research is a qualitative research literature (library research). The technique used in analyzing the data in this study, using descriptive-analytical method, to describe in general the thoughts of Husein Muhammad. The data for this research are books written by Husein Muhammad and interviews with him. This study concludes that Husein Muhammad's method of thinking in rejecting the rules for licensing polygamy according to the rules of the Compilation of Islamic Law is based on the concepts of selection (intiqo-iy) and exploration (ijtihad). These two concepts are oriented towards the concept of protecting and providing a sense of justice for women which can be integrated into Indonesian positive law. Abstract

Abstract: In order to realize the achievement of ideal and professional Islamic Religious Education teachers at MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan, a managerial approach is needed in order to increase the competence of these teachers, which includes aspects of planning, organizing, supervising. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses; observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity or validity is carried out by means of data verification, re-checking the report results, and triangulation. The results of research while in the field are as follows; 1) Efforts to increase the competency of Islamic Religious Education teachers at MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan from a Madrasah-based management perspective are carried out by means of; cultural change, improving the quality of human resources, providing continuous motivation, educational supervision, and continuous evaluation. 2) The results of efforts to increase the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the perspective of Madrasah-based management can be seen in the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers at MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan which can be seen from; discipline in carrying out duties and responsibilities, improving the quality of teacher human resources, increasing work ethic, and increasing the quality of learning.

Abstract

The Wafa method is a comprehensive, easy and fun learning Al-Qur'an in learning the Qur'an. The learning context aims to simplify and at the same time accelerate the students 'learning method of the Qur'an. The focus of this research is how to implement the Wafa method in improving the students' ability to memorize Al-Qur'an at MI Fathania Sumberanyar Paiton Probolinggo This study used a qualitative approach with a multicasus study design. documentation. Data analysis techniques include data  reduction, data  presentation, drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the findings carried out by extension of participation: tringulation  techniques  and  observation  persistence.  Research information is the principal, wafa coordinator, teachers and students.
