Abstract

Abstract. Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) is a concept which has some instructional strategies (treatments) that are optimally effective for students of different aptitude levels.This research is expected to know the process and result of the development of mathematics learning instruments based on Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) in sub subject of Prism and Pyramid. The subject of the research is students of grade VIII A SMP AL-Muttaqin Banjarsengon Jember. Learning instrumentsdevelopment model refers to Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel Model (4-D) Model.The result product is lesson plan, student books, work sheets, and evaluation test. Based on validation process and tryout the learning sets can be concluded that the learnig sets had been appropriate with validate, practice, and effective criteria. Abstract

Abstract: The advanced payment system has shifted the role of cash as a means of payment to the form of non-cash payment to be more efficient and economical. In Indonesia there are 10 banking sectors that have obtained permission from Bank Indonesia and in Manado E-money product that comes from State-owned banks are the most popular in the society, which are: BRIZZI from BRI, Tapcash from BNI, E-cash and E-money from Mandiri bank. The purpose of this research is to analyze the actual usage and the preferences of electronic money users by State-owned banks in Manado. This study uses descriptive qualitative research to describe the customer’s perception and their preferences by using E-money in State-owned banks in Manado from 22 informants by used semi in- depth interviews. The result of the research shows that E-money users from State-owned banks in Manado have received and used electronic money as a means of payment. However, the volume of transactions in using E-money is insufficient due to the lack of supported payment facilities. The e-money users have the same preference in using e-money because it is easy to use and many promotions are given. The E-money issuer prefer to develop the infrastructure to support E-money payment. Keywords: e-money and state-owned bank

Abstract

Perusahaan skincare dapat memanfaatkan media sosial yang nantinya akan merekomendasikan ketika konsumen merasa puas terhadap suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare somtehinc (studi pada mahasiswa di Kota Malang) secara parsial dan simultan.Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang memenuhi karakteristik responden penelitian. Kemudian, menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare somethinc dengan kontribusi kuat. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan somethinc dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan cara meningkatkan SOP pengiriman produk dan desain kemasan dan untuk brand ambassador untuk mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen meskipun sudah berganti brand ambassador-nya dan tetap ketergantungan terhadap merek agar konsumen tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the phenomenon of female rivalry in Elena Ferrante’s My Brilliant Friend, focusing on the complex relationship between the two protagonists, Elena “Lenu” Greco and Raffaella “Lila” Cerullo. Employing a qualitative descriptive method and the sociology of literature approach, the research explores both the contents and underlying factors of their rivalry. Data were collected through close reading and analyzed based on theoretical frameworks concerning female competition. The findings reveal that the rivalry between Lenu and Lila centers on three main dimensions: attractiveness, encompassing Lila’s intellectual brilliance and magnetic personality; beauty and physical appearance, which create deep insecurities for Lenu; and similarity of interests, particularly their shared passion for learning and recognition. These dynamics are further intensified by two driving factors: competition for male attention and Lenu’s persistent lack of self-confidence. The study concludes that female rivalry, even within a deep friendship, functions as both a source of motivation and emotional struggle, reflecting broader societal expectations surrounding women’s beauty, intellect, and desirability.
