Abstract

The Hospital of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is a type B regional hospital that providesspecialist medical care and subspecialty limited. Treatment Room at IRNA II Class III is room surgicaltreatment for the disease, so that the potential occurrence of nosocomial infections. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine whether there are differences in the numbers of germs existing air in 6 types ofclass III treatment rooms of IRNA II in hospitals of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.This research is an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. Type variables usedwere the independent variables (sanitary conditions in the third class ward IRNA II), the dependentvariable (number of air germs), potentially confounding variables (temperature, humidity, lighting,ventilation and a wide density residential).Based on the results of the examination, the average - average rate of 6 indoor air bacteriaexamined was 157.5 CFU/m3. Average - The average temperature is 29,630 C. Average - averagehumidity is 69.05%. Average - average is 122.5 Lux lighting. Ventilation holes wide average - average is13.5 m2. Average occupancy density - average is 17.55 m3.Researchers concluded in the third class ward IRNA II is not fully qualified fully seen from thequality of the physical environment. Researchers suggest a number of bacteria should be monitored asan indicator of air disinfection room does.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit sebagai sarana pelayanan kesehatan dan tempat berkumpulnya orang sakit maupun orangsehat, serta dapat menjadi tempat penularan penyakit dan memungkinkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkunganmaupun gangguan kesehatan. RSUD Ajibarang adalah Rumah Sakit kelas C yang memiliki 163 tempat tidur inapdan memiliki BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) di RSUD Ajibarang pada tahun 2014 sebesar 56,41%. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan sampah di RSUD Ajibarang Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenispenelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara danpengukuran. Hasil penelitian pengelolaan sampah di RSUD Ajibarang Kabupaten Banyumas volume sampahmedis rata-rata perhari adalah 736,27 liter dan untuk sampah non medis adalah 1958,125 liter per hari dan skorpenilaian sampah medis yang didapatkan yaitu 89% dan sampah non medis 77%. Sudah dilakukannya pemisahanantara sampah medis dengan sampah non medis, namun masih tercampurnya sampah organik dengan anorganikpada sampah non medisnya. Dan masih tercampur antara sampah infeksius benda tajam dengan sampah infeksiuslainnya. Pengangkutan sampah medis dan non medis dilakukan oleh petugas dengan cara manual.

Abstract

Salmonellosis caused gastroenteristis (acute indigestion), the cause is Salmonella choleraesuisdan Salmonella enteriditis. Salmonellosis occur after an incubation time of 5-72 hours after eating foodcontaining Salmonella. Symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and headache. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the presence or absence of Salmonella in goat sataysold in District of Bumiayu Subprovince of Brebes Year 2014.Research methodology that is used is descriptive, data that have been collected will becompared with the exist standard.Based on the results obtained, hygiene sanitation management satay at 6 places ranging from theselection of foodstuffs, foodstuff storage, food processing, transporting and serving food that the foodwas good with a score of 88.05%. Based on the examination of 6 samples in the laboratory goat sataycan be seen that 4 samples did not meet the standards because of the positive Salmonella while2 negative samples that meet the standards set are negative (zero).The conclusion of this research is the sanitation management of satay in six place with a scorethat is already a good 88.05%, and 6 samples of goat satay can be seen that 4 samples did not meet thestandards because of the positive Salmonella while the 2 sample negative Salmonella so as to meet thestandards that have been determined under National Agency for Drugs and Food ControlNumber.HK.00.06.1.52.4011, 2009 about the determining contamination maximum limination of microbaand chemistry on the food that is negative (zero). Suggestions can be given that the goat satay beconsumed should be completely cooked and when preparing food should refer to aspects of foodsanitation hygiene to prevent contamination.
