Graduate Program ofPublic Administration Slamet Riyadi University, Thesis, unpublished.This study aimed to analyze the management of funds of the village in thevillage of Wonorejo, Gondangrejo Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency. Thisresearch intends to identify factors supporting and restricting fundmanagement in perspective of the Regent Regulation of Karanganyarnumber 93 year 2015 dealing with the use of the village fund. This researchemployed descriptive qualitative method. Primary as well as secondarydata related to the situation and empirical condotion concerning to villagefund management were collected. Research result showed that theimplementation of village fund in the perspective of Karanganyar Regentregulation number 93 year 2015 in Wonorejo Village ran pretty smothly inimplementing some management functions. However, on the other hand,with regard to village community participation in providing suggestions andcriticisms in the village development discussion on development planningstill felt lacking. This fact was proved by the changings of the amount offunds and of physical infrastructures in the some local areas (dusun). Thiswas caused by urgency and by the benefits of the project for the localpeople.Key words: management; planning; implementation; participation..

Abstract

The widespread circulation of drugs in the community and the magnitude of the adverse effects and losses, both economic losses and social losses caused by it, have opened awareness from various circles to drive a "war" on drugs. In this study, several data collection techniques was used: Documents; used to examine existing data in the form of journal policy documents and books related to the research theme, as well as in-depth interviews and in analyzing the data SWOT analysis was used. The result of the study indicate that drugs control is not optimal. This is due to the lack of knowledge, skills, and attitudes possessed by the Narcotics Investigators in dealing with drugs crime cases. The inhibiting factors of efforts to improve the ability of investigators of the Narcotics Investigation Unit are external environmental factors as opportunities as well as threats, including: political, socio-cultural and technological factors. The inhibiting factors for drugs control efforts in Jayawijaya Regency are internal environmental factors as strengths as well as weaknesses, including: human resources, budget, facilities and infrastructure and communication factors. In order to suppress drugs criminal acts, the efforts that need to be carried out in overcoming drugs crimes in Jayawijaya Regency are: a.The existence of regional government policies to formulate drugs crimes prevention regulations; b.The policy of Jayawijaya Government in forming the Regency Narcotics Agency; c. Increasing the role of community leaders and religious leaders and NGOs involvement in suppressing drugs criminal acts; d. Maximizing socialization on every opportunity either formal and informal to overcome the drugs crimes; e. Increasing the availability of the budget in financing the addition of narcotics criminal acts adapted to regional conditions; f. Increasing the availability of human resources in quantity and quality; g. Improvement of adequate facilities and infrastructure; h. Coordination between agencies involved; and i. Increasing cooperation and communication in the prevention of drugs crimes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Terhadap Penerbangan Di Bandar Udara Wamena. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 (dua) variabel, yaitu Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan (X) dengan indikator-indikator: Struktur Organisasi dan Prosedur, sedangkan Variabel Penerbangan (Y) dengan indikator-indikator : Bandar Udara dan Navigasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif, penarikan sampel digunakan sampel jenuh, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan. Tehnik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik parametrik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen keselamatan berpengaruh terhadap penerbangan di Bandar Udara Wamena. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koofisien korelasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 6,28. Jika nilai ini dibandingkan dengan r tabel adalah 1,68 berarti tingkat pengaruh adalah kuat.
