Abstract

ABSTRAK Dengan meningkatnya pendapatan dan kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan, terlihat kecenderungan permintaan produk organik yang semakin meningkat.  Namun kondisi tersebut belum direspon dengan peningkatan penyediaan produk.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik sosial ekonomi (umur, tingkat pendidikan, total pendapatan, luas lahan dan pengalaman bertani) petani dengan tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknologi pertanian terpadu usahatani padi organik di daerah penelitian, untuk mengetahui tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknologi pertanian terpadu usahatani padi organik di daerah penelitian.  Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Simple Random Sampling.  Data diperoleh dari 30 petani padi organik sampel di Desa Lubuk Bayas.  Metode pengumpulan data terdiri data primer dan data sekunder.  Data kemudian dianalisis dengan korelasi Rank Spearman dan secara deskriptif.  Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil yakni tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknologi pertanian terpadu usahatani padi organik yaitu tergolong kategori tinggi.  Ada hubungan antara pengalaman bertani dengan tingkat adopsi petani terhadap pertanian terpadu usahatani padi organik. Abstract

The object of this research was to determine the pandemic Covid-19 impact on the income of fruits and vegetables traders in the Traditional Market “Pajak Pagi Pasar V Padang Bulan Medan. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods by describing and interpreting data as well as the conditions or phenomena. From the research that has been carried out, it had been obtained that the responden continue their business in the market during the pandemic, even the number of buyers and incomehad decrease more than 50%. Factor that made traders continue doing business was the awareness and struggle to meet the needs of daily life. Meanwhile the inhibitng factors are the reduction in the number of buyers, income that had been decreased about more than 50% and worries about being exposed to the virus.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of CR,DER,ROE,TATO and NPM on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2021 period. The type of research used for this research is Quantitative Research. The data Source in this research is secondary research. This research population was obtained from 9 companies listed on the indonesian Stock Exchange. And the samples used in this research were 36 samples. The data collection technique used in this research is using Documentation Techniques to collect secondary data from the Annual Financial Reports of the Pharmaceutical Sub Sector for the period 2018-2012. Based on the partial and simultaneous results of this research, the variables X Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on Variable Y Stock Prices. The results of the coefficient of Determination show that the independent variables (X) influence the Dependent Variable (Y). In this study it was 37.0%. This means that the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Supra Jaya Abadi adalah perusahaan otomotif yang berfungsi sebagai dealer resmi Honda dan juga merupakan bagian dari independent dealer PT. Indako Trading Coy, yang merupakan dealer utama Honda di kota Medan dan sekitarnya. Persaingan yang semakin ketat saat ini menyebabkan penurunan tingkat penjualan perusahaan dari waktu ke waktu. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh keputusan pembelian konsumen yang semakin selektif, yang membuat mereka mencari alternatif terbaik sebelum membeli produk. Penurunan keputusan pembelian tidak terjadi secara tiba-tiba, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti komunikasi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada perusahaan selama tahun 2023, sebanyak 1.352 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, di mana setiap anggota populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk terpilih sebagai sampel, tanpa mempertimbangkan strata dalam populasi. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan tingkat kesalahan 10%, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 93 konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan semuanya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT. Supra Jaya Abadi Medan. Secara bersamaan, ketiga faktor ini juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Fenomena keputusan pembelian produk Nike mengalami penurunan disebabkan oleh produk, harga dan promosi. Studi ini memiliki tujuan dalam pengujian dan menganalisis pengaruh produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Nike. Metodologi penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow disebabkan populasi penelitian tidak diketahui jumlahnya dengan jumlah 73 Mahasiswa Unpri di Kota Medan yang membeli Produk Nike. Kuesioner dan dokumentasi dimanfaatkan sebagai pengumpulan data. Simpulan dalam studi bahwa secara serempak dan individual produk, harga dan promosi berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Nike.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effects of content marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews on TikTok Shop customer satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Prima Indonesia, Medan. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active TikTok Shop users, and 321 respondents were selected from a population of 1,622 students using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that content marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Among the three variables, influencer marketing was found to be the most dominant factor affecting customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a significant joint effect on TikTok Shop customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that customer satisfaction in digital commerce is shaped by the combined influence of relevant and reliable content, credible influencer promotion, and authentic customer reviews. This study contributes to the digital marketing literature by emphasizing the importance of integrated marketing strategies in enhancing customer satisfaction on shoppertainment-based e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on the performance of civil servant employees at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. Employee performance is a crucial factor in improving the quality of public services and achieving organizational goals. Therefore, supporting factors such as high work motivation, good work discipline, and a conducive work environment are needed to improve employee performance. The research method used was a quantitative survey approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents, who were civil servant employees at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of statistical software. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, discipline, and the work environment have a significant effect on civil servant employee performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office.
