Abstract

Euler-Lagrange (EL) model of voltage source PWM rectifier is set up based on its model in synchronous dq coordinates. Passivity based controller is designed on the basis of passivity and EL model of voltage source PWM rectifier. Three switching function are educed by passivity based controller. A switching function is only realized in engineering consequently. Voltage source PWM rectifier using passivity based controller has many advantages, such as simpler structure, low total harmonic distortion, and good disturbance rejection performance. Abstract

With the rapid development of "Silk Road E-commerce", the cross-border e-commerce cooperation between China and countries along the "Belt and Road" is gradually deepening. As a major e-commerce country and the initiator of "Silk Road E-Commerce", China has rich experience and a good material foundation. As the largest economy of ASEAN and one of the partner countries of "Silk Road E-Commerce", Indonesia has a broad market and a huge consumer base. The cross-border e-commerce sector between China and Indonesia has shown strong complementary and synergistic development capabilities. This paper first analyzes the basic situation of "Silk Road E-commerce", followed by an in-depth analysis of the current situation, development pain points and cooperation space of cross-border e-commerce in China and Indonesia, and puts forward six suggestions for the development of cross-border e-commerce in China and Indonesia, which provide strong academic support for scholars in this field.

Abstract

The rapid urbanization and adoption of smart city technologies have led to increasing complexities in managing electricity demand. Traditional methods of forecasting electricity needs often fail to accommodate the dynamic and real-time nature of energy consumption in smart cities. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a promising approach by leveraging machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics to address these challenges. This study explores the use of AI in predicting electricity needs, focusing on its applicability in optimizing energy distribution and reducing inefficiencies in smart city infrastructures. The research aims to develop an AI-based predictive model to forecast electricity demand using historical and real-time data. The methodology involves data collection from smart meters, weather forecasts, and demographic records, followed by training machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, and Neural Networks. Performance metrics, including prediction accuracy, computational efficiency, and scalability, were analyzed to evaluate the model's effectiveness. Results indicate that AI-based models outperform traditional forecasting methods, achieving an average prediction accuracy of 92%. Neural Networks demonstrated the highest performance, particularly in handling complex and nonlinear data patterns. The AI model also showcased scalability by adapting to increasing datasets without significant degradation in performance. The study concludes that AI is a transformative tool for predicting electricity needs in smart cities. By enhancing forecast accuracy and enabling efficient energy distribution, AI contributes to sustainable urban development and smarter energy management systems.

Abstract

The rise of cloud computing has transformed software development, enabling collaborative environments that enhance productivity and efficiency. However, the performance of cloud computing systems in supporting collaborative software development remains an area of active research, with various factors influencing effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the performance of cloud computing systems in collaborative software development environments. The focus is on identifying key performance metrics and their impact on team productivity and project outcomes. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative performance metrics and qualitative surveys from development teams using cloud-based tools. Key metrics analyzed included system uptime, response time, and resource utilization. Surveys gathered insights on user satisfaction and perceived efficiency improvements. The findings reveal that cloud computing systems significantly enhance collaboration among software development teams. Metrics indicated an average system uptime of 99.5%, with response times averaging under 200 milliseconds. Survey results showed that 85% of participants reported increased productivity when using cloud-based tools compared to traditional methods. The research concludes that cloud computing systems provide substantial performance advantages in collaborative software development environments. These systems facilitate better communication, resource sharing, and project management, ultimately leading to improved project outcomes. Future research should explore the long-term effects of cloud computing on software development practices and its implications for team dynamics.

Abstract

The interplay between conservation and development poses significant challenges in forest management. Unsustainable practices often lead to biodiversity loss and environmental degradation, highlighting the urgent need for effective policy frameworks that balance these competing interests. Sustainable forest management is essential for preserving ecosystems while supporting economic growth. This research aims to develop a comprehensive policy framework that harmonizes conservation and development goals in forest management. The study seeks to identify strategies that promote sustainable practices, enhance biodiversity, and support local communities' livelihoods. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection. Case studies from various regions were analyzed to understand existing policies and their impacts on forest management. Stakeholder interviews and surveys were conducted to gather insights on the challenges and opportunities in balancing conservation with development. The findings indicate that successful policy frameworks incorporate multi-stakeholder participation, adaptive management strategies, and comprehensive monitoring systems. The analysis revealed that integrating local knowledge and addressing socio-economic factors are crucial for effective implementation. Case studies demonstrated that successful balance results in improved ecological outcomes and enhanced community well-being. The research underscores the importance of a holistic approach to forest management that aligns conservation and development objectives. By implementing the proposed policy framework, stakeholders can foster sustainable practices that benefit both ecosystems and local communities, ensuring long-term viability and resilience of forest resources.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational culture on the level of innovation in manufacturing companies. Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping the behavior of employees and influencing how companies adapt to changes and foster innovation. Despite the growing importance of innovation in maintaining competitiveness in the manufacturing sector, the relationship between organizational culture and innovation has not been fully explored in this context. This research aims to investigate how different dimensions of organizational culture—such as support for risk-taking, communication practices, and employee involvement—affect innovation outcomes in manufacturing firms. A quantitative research design was employed, using surveys distributed to employees in various manufacturing companies across different regions. The survey data were analyzed using statistical methods, including regression analysis, to determine the correlation between organizational culture and innovation levels. The findings indicate that a strong, innovation-supportive organizational culture significantly enhances the innovation capacity of manufacturing companies. Specifically, companies with cultures that promote open communication and risk-taking showed higher levels of innovative output. The study concludes that fostering a culture that values creativity, risk-taking, and collaboration can significantly improve innovation outcomes in manufacturing companies. Future research should further explore the role of leadership in shaping organizational culture and driving innovation within this sector.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital for economic growth in many developing countries, including Indonesia. However, these businesses face significant challenges related to management inefficiencies, limited access to resources, and lack of technological adoption. This study aims to develop a cloud-based Management Information System (MIS) specifically tailored for MSMEs. The system is designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and facilitate better management practices for MSMEs in Indonesia. The research utilizes a design and development approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methods. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with MSME owners and managers to identify their needs and challenges. The MIS was then developed using cloud computing technologies and tested with a sample of MSMEs. The cloud-based MIS successfully streamlined key management processes such as inventory tracking, financial management, and customer relationship management. Users reported increased operational efficiency, easier data access, and better decision-making capabilities. The system proved scalable, allowing MSMEs of different sizes and sectors to benefit from the technology. The study concludes that cloud computing-based MIS can significantly improve the management processes of MSMEs, contributing to their growth and sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines how artificial intelligence (AI) can augment human creativity in the field of narrative writing through a collaborative approach. The research addresses the growing influence of AI-based tools in creative industries and the need to understand their role in enhancing innovation rather than replacing human authorship. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of machine-human collaboration in generating original and innovative storylines. Using a mixed-methods design, twenty creative writing teams were engaged in structured workshops combining generative AI tools with traditional writing processes. Data were collected from narrative outputs, participant observations, and post-workshop interviews, and analyzed using thematic coding and comparative quality assessment. Findings indicate that AI-assisted teams produced more diverse narrative structures and demonstrated a significant increase in creative risk-taking compared to control groups. The results suggest that AI can serve as a valuable co-creator when guided by intentional human direction. This research concludes that rather than replacing writers, AI technologies can strengthen creative processes, supporting a hybrid model where human judgment shapes and refines machine-generated contributions.

Abstract

Canada, amid the growing need for sustainable food production. The background of this research focuses on the challenges of modern agriculture in the efficient use of fertilizers and their impact on the environment. The purpose of the study was to examine the extent to which smart fertilization technology can improve agricultural yields while reducing fertilizer use and environmental impact. The research method used is a quantitative approach with field experiments involving farmers in five major Canadian provinces, using soil and weather sensors to collect data in real-time. The results of the study show that smart fertilization technology is able to increase crop yields by up to 22% and reduce fertilizer use by up to 18%, as well as reduce environmental impact by 9-12%. The conclusion of the study is that smart fertilization technology has great potential in improving agricultural efficiency and maintaining environmental sustainability in Canada. However, more research is needed to understand the long-term impact and ensure equitable access to these technologies across the region.

Abstract

Greenhouse technology is an important innovation in facing the challenges of sustainable agriculture in the UK, especially in the face of climate change and increasing food needs. This research aims to explore the application of advanced technologies in greenhouses, such as automation sensors, hydroponics, aquaponics, and renewable energy, as well as their impact on agricultural productivity and sustainability. Descriptive-qualitative research methods are used to gain insights from farmers and experts in the field of agricultural technology, through interviews and direct observations. The results showed a significant improvement in resource use efficiency, with a reduction in water use of up to 50% and an increase in crop yields of up to 30%. The adoption of renewable energy in greenhouses also plays a role in reducing carbon emissions and operational costs. In conclusion, greenhouse technology innovation has the potential to be an important solution to achieving sustainable agriculture in the UK, but more research is needed to evaluate the long-term impact on the environment.
