This study focused on the Implementation of Character Education by History Teachers The purpose of the study was to describe describing the implementation of character education and describing the obstacles faced by history teachers in the implementation of character education. The type of research used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show: 1) The implementation of character education assigns tasks to students, gives direction, to be honest in doing assignments, cooperates together to clean each other, 2) Teacher constraints in carrying out character education there are still students who do not attend congregational prayers and throw trash carelessly, students do not do assignments, cheat when testing, not confidence when told to read the results of the discussion in front of the class, still behave poorly to friends and still argue the results of the discussion by maintaining opinions own. It can be concluded that the implementation of character education by history teachers has been carried out but there are many obstacles in its implementation.

ABSTRAKKasus-kasus kekerasan seksual pada remaja putri menjadi fenomena tersendiri pada masyarakat modern. Anak-anak, termasuk remaja putri, rentan untuk menjadi korban kekerasan seksual karena tingkat ketergantungan mereka yang tinggi, sementara kemampuan untuk melindungi diri sendiri terbatas. Masyarakat Jorong Kalumpang Kabupaten Sijunjung khususnya remaja putri serta orang tua dari remaja putri masih belum memiliki pemahaman yang jelas tentang masalah kekerasan seksual dan cara menanggulanginya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan pada masyarakat jorong Kalumpang Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dalam rangka mengatasi permasalah mitra. Melalui analisis kebutuhan, rencana kerja, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan terrealisasi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diantaranya: pemberian materi tentang kekerasan seksual, pemberian pendampingan. Berdasarkan uraian hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan meningkatnya pemahaman remja putri terhadap tindakan kekeras seksual mampu melakukan kegiatan preventif. Disarankan kepada remaja putri untuk ikut terlibat aktif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang tindakan kekerasan seksual. Kata kunci: Remaja Putri, Kekerasan Seksual, Kegiatan Preventif

The development of digital technology in the legal system has driven the modernization of law enforcement in Indonesia, including through the implementation of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE). This system relies on cameras and artificial intelligence to automatically detect traffic violations. However, its implementation still raises legal and institutional issues, particularly regarding the validity of electronic evidence, data privacy protection, and regional disparities in terms of supporting infrastructure and regulations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ETLE system in Indonesia from a normative and institutional legal perspective, as well as to evaluate its compliance with the principles of due process, privacy rights, and technology-based law enforcement governance. This study uses a normative legal approach with analysis of primary legal materials (laws and regulations), secondary scientific literature, and tertiary materials (legal dictionaries or encyclopedias). Data was collected through a literature review using purposive sampling techniques, then analyzed deductively and interpretatively against positive legal norms and principles of procedural justice. The results of the study show that although ETLE has the potential to improve efficiency and transparency, there are still discrepancies between its implementation practices and the positive legal framework, particularly regarding the status of electronic evidence and personal data protection. Institutional inconsistencies and disparities in implementation between regions also hinder its effectiveness. ETLE needs to be supported by reforms to criminal procedure regulations, strict data protection policies, and the establishment of an independent oversight body. Public awareness of digital law is key to creating a fair and sustainable technology-based law enforcement system.

This study aims to analyze the shifting cultural values and traditions of the Tingkeban ceremony among the Javanese community in Nagari Padang Canduh, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. Such shifts are influenced by modernization, globalization, socio-economic changes, and intergenerational differences in perception. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants included traditional birth attendants (dukun bayi), local community members, and the younger generation. The findings reveal that the Tingkeban ceremony, once rich in values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, spirituality, and respect, has undergone significant transformation. Traditional values have shifted toward individualism, materialism, and consumerism. Moreover, the younger generation’s understanding of the symbolic meanings of Tingkeban has declined, leading to the simplification of rituals. The main contributing factors to this shift include the influence of globalization, rapid technological development, and the community’s economic realities. Nevertheless, the younger generation holds great potential to revitalize and innovate the tradition to maintain its relevance. This study emphasizes that preserving the Tingkeban tradition is essential not only for safeguarding cultural heritage but also for strengthening the cultural identity and selfhood of the Javanese community in the face of modernization. Revitalization efforts through education, the role of cultural leaders, and the creativity of the younger generation are crucial to ensuring that the tradition endures. Meningkatnya jumlah kasus perceraian telah menjadi isu sosial yang signifikan yang dapat memengaruhi pemenuhan hak-hak dasar anak, khususnya hak atas pendidikan. Meskipun Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak menetapkan bahwa kedua orang tua tetap bertanggung jawab untuk memenuhi hak pendidikan anak setelah perceraian, implementasinya seringkali menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji regulasi dan implementasi hak pendidikan anak setelah perceraian berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak di Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum empiris dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan pustaka, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak setelah perceraian telah diatur secara hukum melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak, Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan sebagaimana diubah oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019. Dalam praktiknya, sebagian besar orang tua terus menyediakan akses ke pendidikan formal, fasilitas pendidikan, dan bantuan belajar bagi anak-anak mereka. Namun, implementasinya belum sepenuhnya optimal karena kendala ekonomi keluarga, komunikasi yang tidak efektif antara orang tua yang bercerai, dan tingkat tanggung jawab orang tua yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, penguatan komitmen orang tua, bersama dengan dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat, sangat penting untuk memastikan pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak secara optimal sesuai dengan prinsip kepentingan terbaik anak. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in improving the learning outcomes of tenth-grade students in Pancasila Education at SMK Negeri 1 Solok Selatan. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were students of Class X Hospitality 2, while the informants included the Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs and the Pancasila Education teacher. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the TGT model was carried out through the stages of class presentation, teams, games, tournament, and team recognition. The implementation of the model enhanced students’ activeness, collaboration, motivation, and participation in the learning process. Students’ average learning scores increased from 75.00 to 79,00 in Test 1 and further improved to 87,00 in Test 2. These findings demonstrate that the TGT cooperative learning model effectively creates an active, collaborative, and student-centered learning environment, thereby improving students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education.

This study aims to describe the PPKn teacher's strategy design in strengthening the character values of student learning discipline through learning Education and citizenship at SMP Negeri 9 Pariaman, to describe the implementation of Civics Teacher strategies in Strengthening Discipline Character Values for Student Learning through Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning in Middle School Negeri 9 Kota Pariaman and to reveal the obstacles experienced by Civics teachers in Strengthening the disciplinary character values of students at SMP Negeri 9 Pariaman. The type of research used in this study was qualitative research using descriptive research methods with informant subjects being school principals, curriculum representatives, Civic Education teachers and VIII/4 grade students at SMP Negeri 9 Pariaman. The data collection used included observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the strategy of PPKn Teachers in Strengthening Discipline Character Values of Student Learning through Pancasila and Citizenship Education Learning at SMP Negeri 9 Kota Pariaman has been applied to students, namely coming to school on time, always providing motivation before learning begins, starting and ending learning with time implementing Civics teacher strategies in strengthening disciplinary character values that have also been applied to students are teachers using habituation strategies, teachers as examples or models, teachers give rewards and teachers give punishment, these four strategies have been implemented by teachers PPKn at SMP 9 Negeri 9 Pariaman the obstacle faced by PPKn teachers in strengthening disciplinary character values is the lack of interest or awareness of students to learn and the environment in which students play, these two obstacles are the inhibiting factors for PPKn teachers in implementing strengthening the character values of school discipline learning.
