Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur-unsur utama yang harus menjadi kepribadian seorang pengajar dengan mengkaji ayat 129 dan 151 Surat al-baqarah. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research) yang bertumpu pada kajian dan telaah teks. Hal ini dilakukan karena sumber-sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa data literatur. Disimpulkan bahwa bagi para pendidik Islam pada khususnya, sudah seharusnya dapat memahami peranannya sebagai pendidik. Memahami konsep tujuan pendidikan Islam dan menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Dengan melihat perjuangan Nabi Muhammad SAW diharapkan pendidik Muslim mampu meniru kesabaran beliau dalam mendidik umatnya. Beliau mendidik dari nol hingga mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Selain itu pendidik Muslim juga diharapkan mampu melahirkan generasi-generasi yang dapat diunggulkan sebagai khalifah fil ardhi, sehingga mampu memberikan kebijaksanaan dalam rangka perbaikan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan umat Islam. Hingga pada akhirnya mampu mengembalikan kejayaan umat Islam seperti dahulu kala. [This article aims to analyze the main elements which must become the personality of a teacher by studying verses 129 and 151 of the letter al baqarah. The method in this research is the literature (library research) which is based on the study an study of texts. This is done because the data sources used are in the form of literature data. It can be concluded that for Islamic educators in particular, it is supposes to understand their role as educators. Undestand the concept of the objektives of Islamic education and apply it in everyday life. By seeing the struggle of the prophet Muhammad SAW it is expected that Muslim educators are able to imitate his patience in educating his people. He educated from zero to experience significant changes. Besides that Muslim educators are also expexted ti be able to give birth to generations that can be seeded as khalifah fil ardhi, so as to be able to provide wisdom in the context of improving the welfare and progress of Muslims. Until finally able to develop the glory of the Muslims as before.]

Abstract

This research aims to watch the extent of guidance and counseling teacher services in improving student learning achievement shape Islamic morals on students. This research approach is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data source of this research was through the assistance and role of the Guidance and Counseling teacher to 88 students who were sampled. Data collection instruments were carried out by interview and questionnaire. The collected data is then collected, analyzed and interpreted into a whole new concept and also fres. The result of the research is the role of the guidance teacher has included a good classification. But there are still several factors that cause students to experience learning difficulties, for example, factors from within the individual consisting of physiological and psychological factors. Physiological factors are physical conditions and the five senses. While psychological factors, namely talent, interest, intelligence, achievement motivation and cognitive abilities. While the Guidance and Counseling teacher strategy in improving student learning achievement, for example, is correlating between the Guidance and Counseling teacher with parents or homeroom teachers who know the learners' personalities in depth to better know what problems have occurred.
