Abstract

  ABSTRAK Aditya Mulia Sembiring (130304003) dengan judul skripsi Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Panen Kebun Tanjung Kasau. Studi kasus: Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Kecamatan Sei Suka, Kabupaten Batubara yang dibimbing oleh bapak Dr. Ir. H. Hasman Hasyim, M.Si sebagai ketua komisi pembimbing dan ibu Siti Khadijah H.N., SP., M.Si sebagai anggota komisi pembimbing. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik karyawan terhadap kompensasi finansial yang diterima karyawan (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh peraturan kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial karyawan terhadaap kinerja karyawan (4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi non finansial karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penentuan daerah penelitian secara purvosive (sengaja). Metode penentuan jumlah sampel digunakan metode slovin diperoleh sebanyak 64 sampel karyawan. Untuk pengambilan sampel digunakan metode Sample Random Sampling. Sampel adalah karyawan panen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah Metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan Metode Skoring dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1) variabel umur, pendidikan, masa kerja, pendapatan dan jumlah tanggungan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi finansial, (2) peraturan kerja di Kebun Tanjung Kasau berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan, (3) kompensasi finansial Kebun Tanjung Kasau berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) kompensasi non finansial di Kebun Tanjung Kasau berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Kinerja, karyawan panen, Kompensasi finansial, Kompensasi non finansial

Abstract

The purpose of this study is work motivation in mediating the influence of organizational culture on the innovative work behavior of employees of the Binjai City Communication and Informatics Office. The approach in this study uses an associative approach. The study was conducted at the Binjai City Communication and Informatics Office. The determination of this area was done purposively. The study was conducted from January 2025 to March 2025. The sample in this study was all employees of the Binjai City Communication and Informatics Office, namely 20 people. In this study, hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) or abbreviated as SEM - PLS. The results of the study The relationship between organizational culture and work motivation is positive and significant. The relationship between organizational culture and innovative work behavior is positive and significant. The relationship between work motivation and innovative work behavior is positive but not significant. The mediation relationship between work motivation and organizational culture and innovative work behavior is not significant.
